Terrible doctor who is extremely robotic and lacks personality. She is in this job just for the money. I don’t think she honestly cares about the issue a person is facing. Save yourself from more heart take and go somewhere else.

I love my therapist. I appreciate that they are offering telehealth therapy. They are all very professional.

I give 2 stars because of my ongoing insurance issues that I have with this office. They lack when it comes to communication as well.Issurance issues: There was a lapse in coverage so I had to pay for visits out of pocket. When I did get new insurance I requested that they submit those claims I paid for to the new insurance so I can be reimbursed. They are not billing visits correctly to the insurance after I gave them specific instructions on how to bill the visits. They asked me several times for the insurance cards which I provided numerous times to different people in their office. FYI this goes back to September and it is now January and I have received nothing. On top of that they are still telling me that my insurance hasn’t paid them anything up until today. That being said I assume I should expect a fat bill from them even though I do have insurance. I spoke with my insurance several times about this and they are not denying coverage. They advised me that they have not received any claims from the provider.Communication: I have emailed several times about my insurance issues and barely get a response. I had to email Dr. McCleary directly in order to get a fast response. They are not clear when an appointment is scheduled or canceled. There have been occasions where we show up to the office and they are closed. They do not have a protocol when their therapist is out of the office for a long period of time so my child went 3 weeks without seeing anyone and my child needs weekly therapy.Aside from those 2 issues their therapists are great. My child has been seeing the therapist for over a year now so I would hate to change therapists and have my child start all over again with someone new. I have requested to meet with Dr. McCleary to go over the visits or have a conference call with the insurance company to get this resolved.

Was scheduled for a VA disability evaluation with this provider through LHI. Provider ended the 120 minute session after 25 minutes and programmed me as a NO SHOW with no reference to the camera issues, despite telling me that they would reference the technical difficulty.

I had an evaluation with Dr. McCleary. She was kind and made me feel understood. The staff was very friendly too. I had to call for directions and they were very nice.

I called several psychologists recommended by attorney. Dr. McCleary’s prices were very good but what was best report was done quick. Other places said 1-2 months for report.

My wife had an evaluation for an immigration process and they were excellent. Very friendly staff and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Hablan español tambien!

I never write reviews but feel its important to do so now. I was a victim of childhood abuse and have seen many different therapists in my lifetime. And it was until I met Dr. McCleary that I was able to fully transition from victim to survivor. She listened and questioned and never imposed her will or judgement. If you are like me, afraid to take the step to seek help, annoyed at the idea of having to open up again, start from the begging, retell your story one more time; know I have been there. I have been there too. Make that call. Take that risk. Something that has helped me a lot is the idea that everything passes. Just that the chance.

I had my son evaluated by Dr. McCleary. She was always professional and helpful. I highly recommend her services.

Worst service I have ever received! After making the first appointment, I received an email few days later canceling it, and setting me up for another date without my checking with my availability. After a rollercoaster time I was able to make the first visit, but when I came back the following week for my 2nd visit no one was at the office and I waited for +45 min before I get a call from Meghan Bly ( one of the staff) apologizing about not able to make it after I have freed my whole afternoon for them... so unprofessional!!!

I have worked with Dr. McCleary for a long time and truly appreciate her compassion and understanding. She questions and challenges to foster growth and change but is never judgmental about it.
