The beard trim and fade were done nicely, however the length cut off was too much by about an inch up top. Im not entirely sure how my total got to over $30 since I got just a normal haircut and very fast beard trim, so for value I wasnt too impressed.All in all itll grow into the look Id like, and the staff are doing there best with how limited they are and busy it is. Friendly and cleanly.

Okay... I asked her to stop and she just kept making it worse. I am too polite for sure but if she hadnt had me turned away so i couldnt see the mirror, i would have stopped her. I have to go to work looking like this now!! Horrific.Avoid the 410 older lady! I should have avoided her after i watched her be nearly abusive to a special needs kid who just got a number 3 on his whole head (she fd that one up too)

Lovely blonde woman did a good job when I asked for a fade. Lots of experience in hair cutting. She was able to do a good job taking the attention off of my receding hairline.Wish I tipped her more but the bill was 23.00, I usually i match the bill with my tip but on a budget. Anyways, they have some experienced and nice people working there. Specialize in mens cuts. Will be my regular place instead of using a clipper for the future.

Greeted with an attitude. Didnt even cut a inch of hair off. Was sighing and being rude to my son he is only 14 what a way to experience his hair being cut. Than my son came home brushed his hair and he was still covered with all the hair trimmings.. which means they doesnt even brush his hair. Learn to work with people of all ages..

Friendly staff, nice hair cut, waaaaaay to expensive! A kid cut for $19? We werent there 15 minutes. I asked for a military discount and was told I needed to be in the military....well no kidding....then she said you must be active duty, and its only good for my haircut, as a 23 yr woman veteran whose mother gets a shampoo, cut and style for $16.....I guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Get some kid prices! Brief your people that a woman can be a veteran and offer the discount to any card holder for any hair cut...... Regards, Jan

Got my haircut at the west duluth branch. My stylist was Tanya, in all the time Ive been going there she is the Best. She just made the hair cut so easy and relaxing, it people like her that keeps me coming back.

Always get exactly the haircut I want with little explanation. Stylists are friendly but also wont talk if youre not in the mood. Love that I can call ahead and go do something else before my haircut.

Stopped in for a quick haircut 2 hours before store closed and was told they were “too busy” to get to me that night. 3 employees working, 1 customer in the store and 2 names on the screen. Stores in the twin cities market are a lot better, more professional, and better to deal with. Will not go to this location again or recommend to anyone.

You need to go to Gabby: she does the best fad, very tight, good lines. The rest of them, eh just ok.

It just might be because I went so long with out a cut, and I need a cut but it was clean, service was friendly, and the hairdresser was under standing that I made an appointment for myself even though the shop is geared for men and boys.

This same type of service has happened more numerous times. I came in for a hair cut, no other customers were in there at the time. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I waited more than 10 minutes and while THREE employees just walked around not doing anything, and I finally just left. Other times I have been told to wait and then they will take someone that just walked in ahead of me. I am not the only one who has had this type of service.

My son went in for a trim with a wonderful curly head of hair. He asked them to take a bit off and it looks like hes ready for the army. Not pleased at all. I havent had nothing but problems the last several times in. I called the manager but they gone for today and also for tomorrow. I left a message to have that person call me. I cant wait.Im glad hes not going for grad pictures.
