I personally was not satisfied with this service. My paint was very sloppy and messy. Also the entire time the techs spoke there language loud and freely. The shop is not following the cdc guild lines, it’s over crowded and no barriers up for close by customers. I will stick to my regular nail salon.

I had a great time getting my nails done and they did a good job on my eyelashes I will be down there tomorrow to get my feet done and then Ill post some pictures but their customer service was a one and Ill recommend this place to anybody come and get your nails done and you would enjoy and love them.

BE CAREFULthe lady who is in charge of this salon did my nails i have left this salon in extreme pain she is super rough she literally dug her sharp nail into my skin until she cut my skin to push back my skin so she could have room to file she is extremely aggressivethe machine she uses on the nails is dirty and un clean that will leave your fingernails itching for dear life literally be aware and she also is so aggressive and does it so fast she will cut your skin and not care and continue even if she knows she is wrong GO SOMEWHERE ELSEsave your time and your nails and fingers from catching a bacteria infection or being cut by her thank you!

I just don’t get it. This is the third time they have cut me. I used to come for a particular technician but they all seem to have left and left behind a gentle man that does not know what he is doing. The other one is either book or they don’t do pedis. Extremely stressful. It’s frustrating when people make excuses. It is unsanitary to keep cutting people !

Terrible products and terrible terrible customer service! Do not come to this place their nail polish is old and cheap looking and they never have the color you want. Terrible experience with this salon.

Got here on time then had to wait for an hour for them to tell me the tech can’t do the manicure I had requested. Wasted my time of which I could’ve gone somewhere else

I gave it a 4 because Gel Mani and Pedi was a bit pricey $(60) BUT Kim Long Tran was awesome. He took his time and did not rush. My nails now look pretty.

Diana or whatever her name is who is The owner of this nail salon is so incredibly rude and has the worst customer service !she had the audacity to yell at my mom for a misunderstanding of an appointment change and that is just unexceptionable to treat a customer that way. The only reason why I am not giving them 4 stars is because they were late to open the shop. It was on a Sunday and I had to be somewhere so I wanted to be the first one there when they opened. I got there 15 minutes early and just waited in the parking lot. Once it was time for them to open, I kept walking to the door to check but no one was there. They didnt get there till almost 20 minutes later.I brought it up once I was in there just to confirm the time they open, being that it was my first time there. The lady informed me that they were late due to traffic or something like that. It wasnt a big deal because I dont know if it was one off or if it happens often but it did throw me off a little.Anyway, the shop was clean. Their prices were affordable for this area. I paid $25. The chair was comfortable and my pedicure was good. Nina did my pedicure and what I liked most was that it didnt feel rushed. I will definitely come back again.

Technician refused to give me the color that I wanted because I didn’t want gel, so I paid extra for gel. Ok, 3 days later a nail breaks, next day 2 more break! I figure I can go back and have them fix my nails or take them off. After paying $50 initially, they expected me to pay more. No thank you, I won’t be returning. And nails were not shaped correctly and acrylic is coming off. Never had an experience like this.

I really enjoyed my experience here! - Ask for Ms. Sang - she really took good care, took her time to make sure my nails were done right. She also made me feel really comfortable. I recommend going here and asking for Ms Sang.

Just had the worst manicure of my life. The guy doing it was watching soccer throughout my manicure session and just smeared the polish on my nails just to be done with me. Their customers service is generally bad and they will talk/make fun of customers in their language. Definitely never going back there.As of today the gel on 2 of my nails peeled off!! feels like someone didnt give value for my money!!!!

The girl who does eyelash extensions gives very poor customer service. She rushes thought the process which has lead to my eyelashes being glued together and some of my real lashes being ripped out. She also doesn’t like to take request. I wanted short lashes and she gave me medium because she thought it looked better.

I loved the way T did my nails they came out very good and ill definitely be coming back the only thing is the wait time that caught me off guard but t took her time and did them correctly:)

THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!I walked in and got a full set of gel nails, I was surprised at how fast he did ny nails, and five days later I understood why.Three nails completely SPLIT IN HALF, same spot, all three nails.Never has this happened in my entire life, I travel every week due to my job, so Ive been t more Salons than I can count.I called and explained the situation, the woman on the phone was rude, refused even a partial refund.I dont recommend this place at all

I gotten a acrylic overlay somewhere else and the they did a horrible job. So I came here because the fill in was $15. They did a an amazing job and was even able to fix the nails that were extremely crooked nail cause I did need two tips... BUT THERE SATURDAY HOURS ARE STOOOOOOPPPIIIDDDD... why would you close early on the weekends... Thats when business is supposed to be booming..

I honestly dont know how this salon got any good reviews....Worst nail experience EVER went in for a full set told the lady I wanna long skinny stiletto nails ask the lady 3 times if she understood what I wanna she said yes but obviously she didnt because I ended up with short fat nails that look like Easter eggs and she didnt seem to care when I got upset and said this isnt what I asked for I had to go to another salon pay to have them removed and have a whole new set put on I will NEVER step foot in this salon again....If u want your nails done right try Beauitful Nails ask for Tina or Falco love my nailsThe only good thing I can say about the salon is the decor is beautiful smh

The skill is great here. People actually do their job except one employee who refuses to invest in a camera and always accuse her customers of taking germ filled nail polish. They have a paranoid employee

I have gone to many salons and this one I just walked in, fot great service & most of all I received a wonderful, detailed pedicure! Also got waxed twice by two different employees and loved it!

Horrible experience. Had an older lady do my nails and it was the worst experience ever. The guy there tried to fix ny nails but was unable to.I was charged full price and I paid because I didnt want to deal with them any longer. Wasted too much time there trying to get my nails fixed. Will never ever go there again. Worse experience of my life.

Horrible, came in to get a color change and cut down. I dont get prdicures if they font have a plastic bowl protector for sanitation purposes. Ive never paid $12 for a polish change ever. Overpriced and the service sucks. The lady was so rude and disrespectful, yelling for no reason. She yelled at another customer also for no reason. She was very confrontational!

I came in for an overlay with gel nail polish and the nail tech that I was given seemed like she did not know what she was doing. I was very unhappy with her work. My pedicure was rushed and the customer service was very lacking. I did not enjoy my experience here at all.

Horrible place unfortunately they get one star cause i couldnt give -5, their no chip gel nail polish is actually so cheap that it chipped the very next day, the pedicure is like a foot wash and the prices are high for what you get, they dont even accept card payments STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BIGGEST HOAX, I WAS JUST VISITING FAMILY AND HAPPENED TO DRIVE BY SPENT 75 DOLLARS (PLUS ATM FEES), FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
