I would have to put Richards Place Storage at the top of the heap in Reno-Sparks, particularly the climate controlled section. The facility is always spotless, andAlicia is about as helpful and courteous as one could ever hope for. Paid a year in advance and was given a free month. Top drawer all the way!!

I was looking for a storage place late last year, and they are hard to find. I contacted Richards Place and was lucky to get a storage room there. The on site manager showed me the unit and I rented it that day. I was given a Veterans discount as well. Everything seems brand new. Easy to access through the security gate. I highly recommend if you are in need of a quality storage facility.

My experience at Richards Place Self Storage was a 100 on a scale of 1 to 100.The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The hours are convenient. Most importantly, the place is clean and well-kept and feels like it is brand new. Id highly recommend it if you are anywhere in the Reno or Sparks area.Pat

Very attentive to what we needed and great with understanding circumstances when I was late with my rent. Can pay online and helps that they send a reminder via email before the bill is actually due. Clean and very secure. Thanks for providing a great business and experience.

I needed a good Secure storage place In Sparks. I found Richards Storage had a large unit available and they were close to my new house. I rented my 1st unit from there even though the hours were 7am to 7pm. While I was going over the paper work they told me about their extended hours till 11pm and asked if I would need them. Working the crazy hours I do I so needed this!! Very clean units and very pleasant staff! I highly recommend this place and will continue to use them when i need more room! THANK YOU ! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

We easily rented a storage space online from Richards Place Storage and look forward to putting our possessions in them later this month. Moving isnt easy, but Alicia, the manager, made us feel more secure about using storage for a while. She is totally professional. The web page pictures let us know that Richards Place Storage is the place for us.

Clean and accommodating. Had and issue with water dripping from overhead in my unit. They quickly moved me into a new unit the same day I informed them of the issue.

My husband and I just rented a unit from Richards Place for our big move from CA to NV. Diana was fantastic getting us all set up quickly and efficiently. Diana was extremely friendly, professional and did a super job giving us a tour. The facility was REALLY clean, organized and easily accessible. This is a great storage spot!

Gorgeous, state-of-the-art facility! Everything is completely brand new and the entire property is gorgeous. They offer both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor drive-up units that are super convenient and securely enclosed by an electronic gate system. There are cameras EVERYWHERE and Ive never felt my stuff was stored in a safer place. Thanks Richards Pl!

DIana was amazing so happy we got the space today. She made it all worth it. And .... THEY SELL BOXES!!!! everything one stop shop. I had more time to pack because she already had them there to buy so i could go straight home and not have to stop anywhere else... She even had locks there as well at reasonable prices.... which is hard to find. Thank you Diana your the best!!!!

Very tidy & practical units with accommodating business & access hours, understandably a bit pricey however worth the cost should one need storage in the Sparks area.

I reserved a storage unit online, was called immediately and give all of the information I needed. I did not have a single question after after the phone call. Front desk was so polite and kind when I went in to get my code and pay. Clean, fair prices, security is spot on.

Diane has been incredibly friendly and helpful! There was another gentleman, I don’t remember his name but he was great as well. Professional, and friendly staff!!!

I am super happy with my experience with this New Sparks Storage Facility. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Since it is so new, they had plenty of storage options to choose from. Because it is a gated facility with the staff on site, it creates a sense of security.

Climate controlled indoor storage! Access hours may be shorter than most, but the facilities and the excellent management more than make up for the 7pm gate closing time.

This place is absolutely amazing! I was moving out of my apartment in a rush and quickly needed a storage unit for most of my stuff. Sylvio and Linzi were quick to help and got me into a unit THAT DAY. Im so appreciative of them going above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule and help me get everything set up over the phone. The location is tucked away in a safe neighborhood and they live on-site so I have no worries about anything happening to my stuff. The unit was also very new and clean with very secure walls and doors. I recommend this storage facility 100%!
