This place is horrible I got my feet and nails done. How is it I have dead skin still on my foot. Then I sat for two hours before they got to me to do my nails. Nails just horrible this how they look two days later. Like I need a balance after 2days. I will never go back now refer anyone to go to them.

I got SNS dip powder for months here at this location. My nails just started coming off which means Id due for a nail appointment. As I look at my nail i notice a dart sport on some of my nails. Not to mention theyve become very thin. I looked it up and apparently I have nail fungus. I called them and they did nothing to help. I normally go to nail artist, but ponder upon this location when my nail shop was closed. The service was not always the greatest but they had better color options. I would not recommend this location

Went in here yesterday not expecting much of a full set (i get medium/long length, coffin shape and gel polish) because usually at places like this i tend to get bad shape or crooked nails. However, my nail tech John killed it!! He was super polite as well. Also very cheap compared to what I’m used to. I had to wait a while, but i was a walk-in and they were very busy so i didn’t mind at all. Everyone else around me seemed very satisfied with their services as well. Would definitely recommend John to anyone who likes a nice, sharp coffin on their acrylics :)

I called the shop before going to make sure that if I came at 6:30 pm it wouldnt be too late and they seemed fine, I got there at 6:34 and everyone was putting on their jackets. When I went in I asked if it was to late and they all looked around and then said no but then they started talking in a language I didnt understand. Starting to feel uncomfortable. They asked what I need I told them and told them how I was paying since that was their other question. Again speaking in a language I dont understand and I repeated if its a problem I can come back and they said no no no and then started speaking in a language I dont understand. Finally I just got up and left. I have never felt so uncomfortable about asking for a service I was paying for. The only reason I got there so late is because I work 2 jobs and I finally had a few moments to pamper myself and they made me feel horrible for it. I will never go back after that experience and its sad because I did like their work all the other times I went there. Hopefully nobody else has to have my same experience.

Great experience! Despite covid regulations and mask wearing, they made my visit very relaxing. Clean and friendly service. Be sure to try the sugar scrub when you wash your hands:)

Love Susan! Ive been coming to this location to get my nails done for over 13 years. There have been 3 different owners & 3 names and by far Nail Ave has been the best nail salon in this place. They are reasonably priced, very friendly and its very clean. I would encourage anyone to come here and try it.

Nail techs are awesome, prices are great only real complaint is not enough techs for customers. Otherwise theyre amazing.

Ive been going there for 5 plus years and they do good work. Its clean and doesnt stink like nail polish. The only reason Im giving them four stars is because when they get a rush of people, the quality can go down as they are trying to get people in and out fast. And they definitely favor repeat customers over new people.

I love Nail Avenue. My nails are so perfect that I can wait 3 weeks in between. They never break. It is very clean place. I am very Blessed to find such a wonderful place

They were rushing my nails are uneven and lack of English caused mistakes. I specifically asked for a mani with acrylic gel and the lady completely skipped that after I repeated it several times and when it was on the chart . This was not relaxing or anything a nail salon is supposed to be.

I booked an appointment for me and the ladies too get pedicures for our girls trip. We loved the service and attention from the woman at the shop. They were very nice, reasonable prices . i will be returning 😍

Ive been going for about 2 years now and I must say the service is up and down. If they get a rush of people, they will do a rush job. Prices have increased and if youre looking for designs look elsewhere. However, if youre just a polish and nothing more kinda girl, then this place is for you. Susan, the owner is excellent in what she does as well as Jenny. The other girls are nice but their work can be up and down. Overall good clean place.

38 years old and just had my first ever manicure and pedicure! Took my mom with me for a girls day. We both loved the experience at nail avenue! Great service and prices! My only regret is not getting the name of the man that did my treatments! I would love to be able to book appointments with him! Such incredible service. Thanks for making the day so enjoyable for me and mom!

I will never bring my services back to this place. They need to get real licensed professionals. I dont know what was worse, the female turning her face up at me when I asked for pink and white coffin shaped nails, the face that she needed to use a tool in order to give me a french tip, the fact that she didnt give me what I asked for. Coffin shaped nail, my nails look like press ons, they are very thin, with no arch, the arch gives that strength in the nail, I have 2 nails that have decent arches. She got acrylic on my skin and just tried to avoid all around what I asked for. Im sure they were nice but I will never go back.

The staff was very nice and professional, but this was not a great manicure. My gel polish lasted all of 5 days before peeling off in sheets. Not sure what went wrong here, but they usually last almost 2 weeks before even showing small chips or wear.

Quick and fast service. The salon was very clean. I enjoyed my mani and pedi. I would recommend this salon to my family and friends.

Don’t get your nails dipped here.... the color is uneven I’ve never had this happen at other places. Eyebrows aren’t very good either.

I promise I’m gonna quit saying I’m NOT coming back and actually NOT COME! Nail Avenue is getting worse and worse by the week! I rather ride up to Easton and pay higher prices than to come back to these people! I’m over it

I was very hesitant about going due to the reviews, but I had a gel mani and pedi. They lasted with no chipping! Pedicure is $45 and manicure was $33. They advertise for $20 gel nail but that’s only a polish.... extra $5 for polish removal (which is ridiculous because I’ve never been to a salon that charges for a polish removal with a service) and a extra charge for manicure. I had no issues with anyone being rude, nice salon. Just wish the gel nail deal was properly advertised!

Worst gel manicure ever. It lasted less than five days. Terrible. The pedicure was ok. Also watch out for prices...they advertise $20 for gel but its $30 at the register. The ladies here are nice enough, but its a huge waste of time and money.

I will NEVER come here again. I was there last week and the girl was in a huge rush to do my nails, told me they didnt do Matte WHEN THEY DO! And my nails look awful. There are tiny bubbles, my nails are way too thick and uneven, my nail came off when I was at work picking up a box of shoes after only one week, they just look terrible! I wish I knew the girls name who did them! I do not reccommend !!!!!! 😡

This place is awful. I got gel polish and was rushed during my visit and the people were rude. Two days later (today) two of my nails have chipped and they will not fix it for free. I will NOT be coming back. Do not waste your money on their gel polish!!!!

I’ve been twice to two different people for gel manicure and with both after 3 days my nails started to chip. I went back the first time and they fixed it at no charge but waited 45mins. The second time didnt feel like bothering with it just decided that I wont go back.

I had my worst experience ever manicure & pedicure with Gel polish. I used to go other places every few weeks and they were friendly until i moved to Gahanna and decided to try Nail Ave.Afte rmy vacation i came back asking them to remove it but one of the ladies with long black hair was very rude with me in her voice tone and looking at me as i am asking something wrong or strangeAnd i walk out the store without do anythingI pay 100$ for the service before and i am a customer so they should be talking in a polite wayI am not recommending this place not respecting their customers

Place full of attitudes gel polish chipped three days after came back for a fix brought my children with me who are well behaved owner had her face turnt up whole time they act like they are not motivated to do nails or perform any services i understand same crew work everyday but if your that burnt out from workin them find something else do diff dont sigh and huff and puff we are paying for these services i wont be returning because a quiet salon with attitudes can turn into a loud one oh and they be on they phones and cant focus

The moment I walked in I knew I should have left, always trust your gut. I walked in and there was a lady out front on her phone, I signed in that same lady walked in, started my nails, she glued, without measuring the tips to my fingers first, and cut the acrylics all while still having her conversation on the phone. Once off the phone she rushed through my nails, looks okay from a far but the acrylic is very thick at the tips just not good quality and the environment was uncomfortable
