They didnt close my sunroof. If they would have tried they would have been able to cuz the keys got left in the car. I have a push start. Other than that was good check out guy was awesome

I just called to get a quote and they were really good, but not what I was looking for.

I was in an accident last Saturday, when I went in to clean my vehicle out everybody was so nice to me.

I had an unfortunate mishap with one of Jeffrey’s trucks hauling a broken down box truck that had ice come off and break my windshield. I contacted Jeffrey’s and they sent me to accurate auto glass to replace the windshield at no cost to me. This is an honest, integral business that everyone should feel comfortable using if you are in need. I will certainly use them in the future if the need arises.

Even though my truck was towed there(Not their fault) I had a very polite and professional experience with the man that I spoke with on the phone. Even though I hate the fact that my Red f150 is there I would highly recommend this towing company to absolutely anyone that needs a tow. Very Good people.

Ive had 2 experiences with Jeffreys1: my old beater truck broke down at the light at 619/Arlington and one of the drivers happened to right there so he just towed me right on back to their yard and got me out of what would have been a real doozy of a situation.2: A routine tow after my alternator went bad in which the driver came right over and took care of most everything.No complaints from me. Great local business.

I ALWAYS call this specific towing company. They are so nice and helpful. Surprisingly they actually try to converse with you even when youre a hot mess! They are absolutely the best priced out place. Im so thankful for these guys.

New years eve at the movies. Came out to freezing weather and a dead battery. Called Jeffreys Towing. They came out quickly even though it was late night on a holiday and had me back on the road right away. Fair price and fast friendly service. Could not have been any better turning a bad situation around. I will recommend your service to everyone.

These people do not know what customer service is..my friend and I were stuck at portage lakes state park..they said they could only give the driver a ride home and the passenger had to find her own way. Well she wasnt able to find a ride so jefferys towing would have left her there stranded. What kind of company is this...a piss poor one at that...

I have never had service so bad in my life, apart from the building smelling horrid and having terrible cleaning conditions despite there being a global pandemic, the service was also horrendous. I waited an hour on the phone only to be rudely answered and asked for my credit card after a “what do you want”. Following this I was repeatedly asked for my credit card and hung up on when I refused to give it. I was wondering how much it would be to have my car released and what I needed. SERVICE, QUALITY, and the PEOPLE were AWFUL

The other reviews made me leery, but then I saw the same kind of scary reviews at the other local companies too. Jeffreys Towing delivered good service. They came in a reasonable time. The driver was polite. He evaluated several ways of pulling our vehicle out in a way that wouldnt damage it. Apparently he chose the right one in the end. The cars frame had been resting on cement, with the wheel in a ditch and there was no scraping or damage as he pulled it out. After he was done he said the job was easy and charged less than amount estimated on the phone. I will use them again if I ever need to.Also, the truck wasnt the one in the picture. So they probably have more than one. This is also the first towing company Ive used that didnt demand cash and would take credit card on site.

My daughters car broke down 40 minutes from home at 11 pm on Saturday night during this covid lockdown. Jeffreys was available right away, gave me what I thought was a great rate to tow it back home and the driver was just a gentleman in every way.i highly recommend them!

Just a bad company. The front office people are fairly civil, but only for towing company standards. Theyre just as much the scum of the earth as all towing companies are.

Surrendered our tiburon today. It was obvious that AN EMPLOYEE searched through the vehicle with no permission or search warrant. So disgusting and unprofessional.

Wonderful after the cops towed my car and charge me all types of money in court then Jeffreys Towing charge me to 75 to wonderful $300 in one day to spend $20 a day in their yard Its a Wonderful company they survive on other peoples misfortunes

My fiancee Broke down on I-77 n near Akron. She was frightened and scared. On top of it I had the cash and credit cards at home. This company was courteous and picked her up and towed her home for less than a cab ride back to canton. They even let me give them our credit card over the phone. No fuss. Very professional will use again!

They took great care in moving my classic car.

My brother had his car towed to Jeffreys tow yard on 619. When he went to pick up his car the back seats were missing out of his jeep, and his very expensive camping gear, golf clubs, spare tire, and probably another $500 worth of personal items had been taken/stolen from his car. When he asked for an explanation the employee at the tow yard simply said were not allowed to take anything from the cars. I cannot believe a business could take advantage of someone like that. The theft is currently under investigation and we have reported Jeffreys towing to the BBB.

NEVER USE JEFFERYS TOWING!! Went to pick my car up to find the bumper busted in. I started looking around the lot to find FOUR other vehicles with the same damage in the same spot. As if that wasnt bad enough, I open the car door to find my $700 laptop missing. When I confronted the clerk about what happened, he was ready with police signed proof that there wasnt any damage to the vehicle. I have pictures of the car and there was clearly no damage. This company will see legal action from me, and I just hope that others will see this review before allowing Jeffreys to damage their vehicle and steal their belongings. What a dirty company.

Worst experience in my life after a bad car accident. Thank you for towing my car for what I couldve spent on my childrens Christmas. The lady in the office is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. Thanks for ruining my childrens Christmas over the most ridiculously priced tow Ive ever seen in my life, and on top of that throwing out my headlight housing unit AFTER a bad accident left me with no car. I wouldve rather drove my car home after the accident instead of dealing with them. Their storage fee is also BS. never again will I ever allow this place to come into close proximity to anything I own.

Called at 6:30 am because my daughter had a blow out and no spare. I was on the side of the road, in the pouring rain and was told, We open at 8! Click!! They hung up on me. Website says open 24 hours!!
