I love Lana, she gives me a great pedicure and gel manicure every time! Khan is very good to for any kind of nails with design. Ive been a customer for many years, they are the only nail shop l go to.

Been going here for about 2 years now, but Ive been getting my nails done by the owner for about 10+ years. I followed Khan from place to place until him and his wife finally got a shop of their own. Always friendly, clean, and great pricing. I always get compliments on my nails and its all because I go here. Definitely a place I recommend to all my family, friends, and strangers who stops me to look at my nails.

Very unprofessional. Told me I could wait to get my nails done then showed them what I wanted they told me to come back. Not good service in my book .

This is the cleanest and nicest salon I have ever used. The equipment is modern, clean and attractive. They are strict in their Covid19 protocols and thats very important to me. Bobby has done my pedicures and he is great!

I have been here twice and I went a second time to give them another chance. The first time the tech was kind of rude and the second time a different tech left my nails wavy after giving me a gel manicure and the gel was so far out that it already looked like I needed another manicure the day I got them. The guy tech that worked on my friends nails didnt listen to what she requested and she ended up leaving with something she was unhappy with because he was rude when she was more specific and she is too kind to argue. On a positive note I must say that there is 1 yes 1 amazing tech in there that painted my 9 yr olds nails. She was so sweet and did a great job and my daughter said she was very kind to her.

Ive been living in Elk Grove for a year in a half now and Ive visited 5 different nail salons and have had no luck. Today it appears as though my luck has changed. I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately. The service was wonderful. I explained to Vi my past experiences and also shared how I like my nails (I only get mani/Pedi) and he DELIEVED. I will definitely be going back!

Khan is my go to always. He does a great job every time. Lana usually does my pedicures which are absolutely fantastic but another lady did it and was really good still. But remember quality aint cheap. Just saying

I have had nothing but good experiences at OMG nail. Kimberly got me hooked, she takes care of me and really listens to what I want done. The owner is always prompt with setting up appointments and he took care of me when I had problems with my nails. I would refer to anyone looking for a good nail salon.

Ok. There is a nail shop on every corner, however, not all are created equal. I would give this shop a 9/10 overall. 10/10 for their pedicures. Best I ever had in Cali, out-of-state, out-of-country. The 5-star reviews are legit.

I am sitting here while Bobby does my pedicure after Khan did my nails. This is the best nail salon I have been too in years. I actually drove from fair oaks to give this salon a shot. Totally worth it. Ive been looking for a nail artist for quite awhile. Khan did an amazing job.

Very busy location. Might want to consider making an appointment, just in case. I was able to get 2 pedicures on a walk-in status. Clean, nice chairs. Lots of color choices.

This place is busy and technicians vary greatly in care and attention. Went with a friend and we had completely different experiences. We paid for same pedi/mani and friend got so much better work and more time. The person who did my nails did not care, rushed and didnt do the same stuff as friend received. The topper was manicure, polish on skin and uneven coverage. If you go here, make an appt with a recommended tech. Other nail shops in area have much better techs for a walk in appt. I assume because this place is so busy due to the location.

What is there not to like about it here. My wife and my sisters pamper themselves here and I thought only girls can relax but nooooo. The place is amazingly gorgeous. The staff are sassy, fun, and friendly!

Wont step foot in this place again. The customer service was horrible. The guy in the front was RUDE!! The nail job subpar...Im disappointed the most at the customer service. I should have left when I had the chance :(

Twice now I have come to this location trying to walk in to get a set of nails done. Both times I was told too busy everybodys booked not even allowed to wait for an hour or so for anyone to be available I was told to make an appointment and come back in a couple days they need to advertise this as an appointment only facility if thats how its going to be run

Called to see if they were open went all the way up there in a Lyft. Got there the dude said they don’t have any opening for unless you have an appointment. Waste of time ! Very unprofessional
