I joined Row House Pleasant Hill in November 2020 and it has been nothing but great! Row House offers a free introductory class, so I figured I would try it to see what it was all about and I’m so glad that I did. I always get the best workout each time that I go and I leave feeling refreshed. Sam and Heather are great and they always make sure each member is well taken care of. The rowers are socially distant and cleaned well after each class. The instructors are awesome and always pushes you to get the best out of each class.Come check out Row House in Pleasant Hill - you will not be disappointed! Did I mentioned they have the best merch! So come and let’s pull together and get those meters!
I totally love rowing, this was the best decision I made in signing up with this location. The owners and staff were energetic, supportive and by all means got me going. For me work prevents me from going and I was taken care of with ease. I can’t wait to get back in after COVId. Hope to see y’all soon. Keep up the good workouts, I’ll be back.
I love Rowhouse Pleasant Hill. Ive tried many, many, many...many exercise regiments, but nothing kept me interested for more than 2 months. The routines dont traumatized my knees and joints; yet, theyre effective. All of the coaches and trainers keep us motivated. Theyve been so receptive to ALL of questions and kept us safe during the pandemic. The Health and safety of their clients is a priority.
The coaches are awesome they support ever level and the staff
I have been a member since 2019. Unfortunately with being a new business there were delays that are out of there control. Then covid happened. With the start and stop I felt Heather and Sam navigated through a difficult situation. I signed up for a secondary workout other then running. It was more than I expected. The trainers challenge you. And when it rains Sam and Heather went the extra mile with setting up a tent to keep us racking up the meters. I recently hurt my back and I had some billing questions. Heather took care of me. You rock. Cant wait to get back out there.
Okay, so I didnt know much about Rowing but signed up after learning of the benefits. I was the 2nd person to sign up 😃 What I love is the friendliness of the owners and coaches, the excitement, care, and follow up that the owners have. I feel safe when Im there; they have a huge tent, spaced out rowers, and top notch bluetooth audio equipment. Even when the pandemic hit they still remained professional and were very accommodating. I cant wait to get inside and row! Come row, theyre having a special now too!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They had me sign up in November of 2019 for their special Price I waited for months and they never opened up. Then Covid hit and they got delayed even more. Fast forward a year later and they still werent open. I asked that they refund my membership and cancel my account. They ignored my emails, never picked up the phone and charged me monthly.... I finally had to call my credit card company and report as fraud. So disappointed in the way everything was handled.
I absolutely LOVE Rowhouse in Pleasant Hill. Not only is it an great full body work out but the instructors and owner Heather are top notch. The COVID 19 parameters they’ve put in place prove that our safety is important to them. This is a must try for all fitness levels.
When it comes to Rowhouse Pleasant Hill they are top notch! I appreciate the owners, staff, and coaches for providing such a sense of community during such a great pandemic. It has truly saved me! Their willingness and determination to continously provide a healthy workout for me despite the current situation I dont take lightly. 45min and out!! Love Rowhouse!!
My experience with Row House Pleasant Hill has been nothing but great! I purchased my membership in 2019 excited to try rowing but as with any new business, there were delays, then COVID-19 hit and everything was closed. When I had billing questions, they were answered promptly. When things opened up, I was promptly notified and went to a few classes before everything shut down again. Instead of closing competly, Heather and Sam (the owners) figured out a way to offer outdoor classes. After a short while, they purchased a new sound system that lets the class hear the music and instructor via headsets. Just recently, they put up a tent to keep us out of the rain. The instructors are REALLY good and the classes are fun. I look forward to rowing each week. If you havent tried rowing before, Row House Pleasant Hill is for you.
