[I love this business that is literally down the street from me. Its convenient, its clean, they have doubled their size so you can get in & out quickly but most important DJ and all of the staff are super friendly and will do anything to help! Just last night I rolled in at 640 pm and he actually squeezed me in for a balance, i was out at 710 and my nails looked fabulous! THANK YOU DJ AND ALL OF THE STAFF! YOU FOLKS ARE AN AWESOME GROUP!!

This is my normal salon. I have gotten a variety of services there and all the techs minus one situation I had with a tech (he was too rough on my hands and the gel application was not good, I just dont go to that particular person anymore) there a year or so ago have done my nails. They are all fabulous at what they do. Prices are lower and fair. Wont go anywhere else!

I only get pedicures, but they get you in and out and they do solid work! I always love my toes when theyre finished!

I will never go back again. The employee that gave me a mani-pedi was ‘Nancy.’ Ended up contracting toe nail fungus, still fighting it. Never again!

Didn’t quite catch my nail tech’s name, but he did a PHENOMENAL job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and ultimately, he went above and beyond to complete my wants and needs. My actual nails ended up looking better than the picture that I showed him as a reference. I won’t go anywhere but Creative Nails. Friendly, awesome techs with great service. I highly recommend them and will be returning in the future. I’m very impressed!!

Thaos is The Best!! The upgrades theyve made to the salon are AWESOME!! Only thing is DJs television selections LOL!! The massage action of the pedicure chair is nice! The atmosphere is chill and open to everyone to be pampered.

When I went for a full set the staff was nice, but the technician I got was not very versed in doing acrylics. A day after spending $96 to have a full set done 2 nails completely snapped in half and broke off. It took 45 minutes of waiting and repeatedly explaining I just had my nails done the day before so they should not be broken or charging me to repair them.The polish chipped and peeled after not even a week and at about a 12 days they started to lift from the nail bed. They also show they are open later but stop taking clients at 5pm so unless you have an appointment dont go there after 4:30pm.

The guy was very nice, but $50 for my nails was just too much. The acrylic was kinda thick, and the shape was off a bit. I want to another salon to get them done over.

Love this nail Salon. But went for a balance yesterday and my nails look so bad. I can still see the grow out from last balance. I had a tall skinny gentleman. But next time will be with the girl or shorter gentlemen. Very unhappy with how they look with the holidays coming up.

The new shop is so much bigger and looks amazing. This is the first time Ive ever been to creative nails, I was very pleased and extremely happy with my nails. Im not a big talker, but if you are the other employees will talk. Next time I go back I will be getting a pedicure.

I’ve been getting my nails done at this shop for about a year and I’m usually satisfied with the service. The last few times i went I have witnessed rude behavior and poor customer from one of the technicians that’s an elder woman. The customer kept inquiring why she was using a certain technique which is something she never experienced, she was worried because her nails looked dull. The lady didn’t comfort her concern only brush it off, or responded with shrugs and rolling her eyes saying relax I know what I’m doing. The customer responded, you’re very Rude! Well, I went into today to get me and my 5 year a pedicure. My 5 yr old got the same tech. The tech wasn’t pleasant nor kid friendly. When she found out i wanted to get my daughters nails painted she mumbled and rolled her eyes like we were stressing her out. When she did my 5 year old nails she didn’t help her out her seat to the dryer so she could avoid messing up her nails. Needless to say she messed up two nails! You would think that tech would’ve been attentive and fixed the issue. I asked for the polish to fix it and she handed it to me. I’m thinking, isn’t this you’re job? I informed one of the staff members so They could address it because this isn’t how you keep customers. Guess who won’t be going back.

My daughter and I get our nails and toes done here all the time. The owner and his employees are friendly and courteous and do a great job.

I will never spend another dime here again. The reason why I came here on 08/25/2018 is because the woman who normally does my nails quit at the shop I went to. It was last minute when I found that out and my nails needed to be done. Creative nails is close to me and I tried them out. The first issue I had three days later on 08/28/18 was this dark film over my nails that started to peel. I don’t work in a profession where my nails would get dirty. I wash my hands everyday. It didn’t come off in the shower and under my nails were clean. I went back and they drilled it off. They blamed it on multiple stuff. Now today 09/01/2018 the dip is lifting. That does not happen a week later. That’s starts to happen after two/three weeks. I called them and no answer. I will keep calling. I should not be going through this after only one week. This is ridiculous! I didn’t ask for the $46.00 I spent back. I simply asked for quality work for the money I spent.UPDATE: Today 09/02/2018 my second finger, the dip came off. That’s exactly one week and a day later from when I got it. They’re closed on Sundays. I will be calling them Monday.Update: I went in 09/04/2018 The guy who did my nails and messed up the first time had an attitude after I told him he does not know what he is doing and said maybe I shouldn’t come back when I need my nails done. Now today 09/05/218 one finger is lifting again. I requested for the shop owner to call me back. They said he pops in and out when he want and that they did not know when he would show up but they left my number for him to call me. When I talk to the owner I will be requesting my tip back. Lastly he blamed it on another shop because I went there and put the nail charm on two fingers FYI the fingers the charm was on did not lift and slide off.I think his name is GI, that’s what one of the guys on the phone told me.Update: 09/06/2018 my second finger he supposingly fix came off. Still not call from owner, will be creating a claim in a couple days if owner does not call back. No money is deserved to that shop for all these problems before I hit two weeks of my dip. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Something they used burned my nails and skin. I had to get them removed at another salon the same day.

I had my nails done her twice I came in today to get a balance. One of the staff members began filing my nail but was pulling my fingers to hard and filing to hard. My skin was pulling from my real nail and my hand were BURNING. I voiced this multiple times and he didn’t seem to care. In fact he caught an attitude with me over it and was raising his voice at me for pulling my hands back. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. Honestly have had no problem with anyone else but this guy will be the reason I never go back to this Salon.

I normally have a good experience at this nail shop but this last time my nails did not last as long as they normally do. They started cracking and breaking after 2 weeks. The employee that did my nails kept insisting that the dip powder did not need to be cured under a light but instead he wanted me to hold my hands in front of the fan. I believe this is what resulted in my nails breaking so soon after having them done. Ive gotten dip powder several times before and they always put my nails under a light. Im not sure if he wanted to do a shoddy job so that Id have to come back sooner and spend more money or if he didnt know any better. Either way, Im truly disappointed in the service I received.

Very unprofessional, im very upset that I cant chose who do i want to get my nails done just because other once will get ofended.and i had very bad experience there with other people getting my nails done bucause they did a horrible job, so i gave them another chance and found someone that i like, and now i cant pick... btw the person incharge had a really bad actitud to us they dont just lose 1 clien they lose 3 ...

They do an amazing job but they take a really long time for someone that is just getting gel nails then their pedi they have a lot of workers. I literally wait an hour but I left. It was ridiculous! They put me in the station but I had to wait. The lady that was supposed to do my nails went to file another person’s nails who was getting a pedi! If you want to come here don’t come when it’s just a bunch of ladies getting gel nails then a pedi! It’s seriously an hour wait! I understand they want to have a nice natural gel nails but it’s ridiculously long. I been here when they had a lot Of people do full sets or a balance then a pedi and it wasn’t an hour wait! Three people left including me because of the wait! It was literally on a weekday! Aka I’m not shaming anyone that’s getting gel nails. It’s just they take forever on that.

Ive been to four different nail places and this one has been the best to me, i come here and get acrylics all the time and they take their time to make sure the shape is right and they are very friendly.

I was extremely satisfied with the balance I received and the mani pedi my sister received. The only complaint I have is they suggested a thicker nail polish (gel polish) with out disclosing it was going to be an addition 15 dollars. I had budgeted spending 70 and walked out paying 90.

My gel manicure was extremely rushed and I was given the basic manicure when I wanted the next level up. I was given a cold bowl of water to soak in and the sides of my nails didn’t even get any gel polish. I did not get a hand massage either. Will not be returning.Update: my gel started to peel/lift 5 days after my service so I went back to get them fixed. The nail tech proceeded to rip /peel all the gel from my nails....this is not the proper way to remove gel and results in damage to the nail. Not sure why she didn’t know that or care enough to do it properly but I digress.....because of her carelessness my nails are brittle and bend even with gel polish on top. Awful experience. Will NEVER be returning and will be steering my friends away as well.

They do a decent job but the prices are never the same and not everyone is the friendliest but I continue to go every few weeks because even with my nails going too long between balances they still haven’t broke
