Asked for coffin shape got this, said it would be extra to basically make my nails match, so I have 3 semi coffin nails and the rest square . Said I wanted red nails got red and sparkles . Said I wanted the heart with the R got it on a diff nail . Rushed me and mad at me bc I wanted “ perfect nails “ Tony and the other guy are the only ones worth goin to .Only credit I can give is she tried something new for me that’s she’s never done which are the letters and heart but once it took to long everything else became rushed .

Every staff member is gentle, patient, and kind to my 83 yo mother with Alzheimers Disease. LA Nails has been my go to for my mani-pedis for 7 years. They also have online scheduling. I highly recommend them.

Thuy and Kay were great! I went on 2 separate occasions for dip manicures, and they lasted more than 2 weeks without cracking. I work in the service industry and my nails get knocked against many hard surfaces. Its my new favorite spot!

Learra is the bomb. The next time you visit this salon - ask for her. She takes her time, asks you if you like it, has no problem making changes, and does an absolute fantastic job. She is gentle, super detail oriented, and cares about whether or not you like your nails. I can’t recommend her enough - go to Learra!!! I saw her today and she just blew me away.

Today was my second visit. My first was the night before New Year’s Eve and Learra did an amazing dip powder manicure for me & my nails stayed on without chipping until I came back in today, three weeks later. Luckily I was able to have the same technician who absolutely blew me away with the dip job she did today. I picked 5 different colors and I am so happy and impressed with how they look! Already looking forward to my next appointment :)

This places is horrible and .y nails are horrible.. not shaped thin acrylic not even! Tony did them and he rushed through them.. and the lady who did my pedi was rough not gentle.. I will never go back here

I am naturally a very indecisive person in general but every time I come here Li is very patient with me and gives me great suggestions for nail color and style. The facials are amazing and have been helping my healing process.

I used to come here all the time and i loved it, but it was my first time coming here for a while, and it was the worst experience i’ve had here. the lady who was doing my nails left and picked up the phone during my manicure at least 5 times, and when she was doing my nails, she didn’t even make them all the same shape. some are a lot shorter than others, and the ends are also touch because of how much she filed them. i am disappointed because i love this place!

I normally come here to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks or so. I have no problems with the service I receive from majority of the workers. I tend to get the French, gel manicure as I do not like to wait for my nails to dry with the regular acrylic. I gave them a 3 star simply because its a pet peeves of mine for a worker to catch an attitude if they do not receive a tip. A fill in is beyond $70.00 already which seems pricey to me. The last time I attended, I didnt tip the man and he got up and made a nasty comment under his breath as if I didnt hear him. That alone makes me second guess coming back.

I asked for a new set of acrylics and to take off my old ones she literally ripped them off... it hurt so bad I started breaking into a sweat and she even noticed it. She then cut my nails so short that my finger beds started bleeding. When it came to putting new ones on she cut them shorter than where I had asked/showed her... I got my toes done as well and this man will literally file your nails so hard and rough that he cut my toes multiple times and he didnt say anything. Ive never been cut during a pedi before... Afterwards, it hurt so bad that I couldnt wear shoes without feeling horrible discomfort. He also finished my finger nails and cut me multiple more times with the file and buffer tools. Ive never paid over $100 for such torture. I didnt plan on getting my nails done to have cuts everywhere and ruin the appearance of my nails.

I have been coming here for the last few years. I came once and was hooked. I always book with San, but everyone else has good work as well. San is my gem😊. She is professional and makes sure that her work is neat and up to standards. She is friendly and very grounded. The facility is clean. They are currently remodeling the spa side.

My lilttle sister and I stopped in on a Sat morning. Although they were pretty busy we were seated right away for our pedicures. Our nail techs were very nice and funny and took their time

Went here with a group reservation. They rushed us and made us sit down to pick our colors so they could start our pedicures. I paid $35 for a pedicure that maybe lasted 4 minutes. They spent no time scrubbing or massaging my feet and tried to get us out the door as quickly as they could. All they cared about was getting the money. I will never go back. Ever.

We scheduled pedicures for 5 a week in advance. We were rushed and hurried the entire time. We werent even allowed to wait for the entire party to arrive. the girls left with dead skin still on their heels. Some of the ladies never got hot towels. The massage was not good. One girl was told her dead skin was nasty. One lady was slapped multiple times to move her feet and legs instead of being adjusted. They rushed us out so that they could sit on their phones. Biggest rip off ever. Do not go to this nail salon unless you want to be treated like your money is valued.

They have cut me about 5 times in the last 2 visits! The 1st time I thought was just an accident until my next visit. After sanding too far down under my nail, she drew blood which wouldnt stop bleeding for awhile so she got me good. I held pressure & was surprised when she put the bloody drill sander tip back in the drawer after wiping it with only a paper towel. I hoped she sanitized it later. The 2nd visit she nipped me in 4 places with the cuticle nippers- (3 times on one finger!) - which she also put back in the sleeve and then in the drawer. The more I think about it, I dont think this was accidental. She said you remember I trimmed your cuticles right (its $5 extra) when I said no, she pulled out the nippers and actually trimmed them, & cut me. I remember now! : ( I used to go there all the time but sadly the service has deteriorated. Hope I didnt get exposed to Hepatitis!

Wow.. The owner was mad rude. Cussed at my friend and had an attitude the entire time we were there. Completely unprofessional. I get we have bad days but him being the owner should lead by example.

Nail tech station definitely dirty. Used old file. Very bumpy acrylic and misshapen. Thick tip edges. No base coat used for uv gel polish. Tech spent a lot of time watching a video on her phone. Should have spent more time shaping for sure. Will never return here. Unsanitary practices and tools. Wayyyy overpaid for the service and polish. Will be removing polish and reshaping when I get home.

Went there because the typical nail place I usually go to was slammed.. made the mistake of going to this place. I went in for a simple gel French nails. The owner of the store told me to have a seat at the end of the row.. sat for over 20 minutes and no one said a single thing to me and once the owners husband came back he buffed my nails and then said he would grab the paint and disappeared.. I sat even longer. I will never ever ever go back to this place. The owner knew how long I sat and never gave discounts for sitting over 45 minutes to get a simple gel on my fingers. I paid over $100 for this awful experience and regret it and would never recommend anyone to this place! I got gel nails hoping it would last long and it took one day for this to already chip and peel... one whole day! Waste of money and horrible experience!

The customer service was lousy you come in there and want your nails done a specific way and they want to tell you how your nails should be done and youre paying their price whatever they charge and they dont tell you how much its going to cost you getting your nails done they wait till after they finish your nails and then tell you I went and got a pink and white and it was a lousy it seemed like the only cater to certain people. Its more like the blue collar people that they cater to. Everyone should be treated equally you never know what someone may have in their pocket. And give a good tip

I have been coming to this place for over a year, and every service I have picked leaves me pleased and feeling that I have been taken care of. Walk ins are welcome but I recommend booking an appointment as they are busy most of the days.

First of all the customer service is terrible, arrogant men that work in there & the woman dont listen to what you want done to your nails. The whole experience was just horrible. I went on my hour lunch break to get my nails done. lets just say I left 2 hours after and they still arent done. I asked for a specific shape..NO ONE COULD DO IT! (stiletto) so why pretend you can. So I got up from the little old lady who was doing my nails after she cut my finger ( bleeding) shapes are all different and lengths dont match the opposite hand. Used the wrong powder on two of my nails instead of fixing it she switched the powder and continued. So I have white powder on two nails and the rest pink?? Looks terrible. Nail work is sloppy and I WILL NEVER GO THERE. THE best nail shop in ohio is called GLOSS NAIL AND WAX BAR! DO NOT GO TO LA NAILS!! THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOUR HANDS LOOK LIKE - THEY JUST WANT MONEY! IF I COULD POST NO STARS I WOULD!! IT MADE ME CLICK ONE STAR TO SHARE THIS POST

Went there for a pedicure, lady was so slow that she took 2 hours! The place is over priced and the service is below average. Never going there again.

Would have given them 5 stars on my first visit but went back for a balance and it lasted a week. The acrylic chipped and was gone in 3 days. I drive 35 minutes to get them fixed and they have the nerve to charge me. Never coming back! Horrible experience and she cut me when using the tools. I am not pleased.

I went in yesterday for the dip powder. I can’t even believe they sent me out the door with my nails looking the way they do. They are all bumpy and uneven and she cut me on my finger after trying to fix one of the messed up nails and just said to come back tomorrow so she can fix when my finger doesn’t hurt so bad because it wouldn’t stop bleeding! No thanks I don’t want anyone going near my fingers in there..the pictures don’t show clearly how badly they are done.
