Tried this place for the first time today and was so nervous as I usually go to Creative Nails but they have been closed. I was pleasantly surprised! Vicky did a fabulous dip with take off and very reasonably priced. They offered me a cocktail which was pretty cool! I was a walk in and they started working on me within 10 mins or so. Will definitely be back!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was quick and was my best nail art experience. I simply showed my nail tech a photo of what I wanted and she was able to recreate the design exactly. I am definitely going back for more fun and gorgeous nail art.

Ive been to the shop 2 times.In my opinion the service is over priced for the attitude received.. Both times the owner(i believe) was very rude..they should work on the customer service.. If your not big on being treated with respect then go… nails will start chipping within days anyway. I wouldn’t recommend

I usually go to creative nails but came here because it has been closed. For the price they are charging for gel my nails shouldn’t chip after 4 days of having them. I’ve had multiple nails chip and i NEVER had this problem at creative nails. The prices are too high fir the services they offer

I took my daughter and her maid of honor to get their nails done for the wedding. None of us had much experience with manicures or pedicures. We had the best time. The staff was so relaxed and fun and friendly. They really made it a special memory for us all.

Appointment was made for 5:00, didnt get started until 5:45 BUT, the free cocktails made the wait worth it. Beautiful decor and the manager apologized for the wait. Very, very nice.

Paint started chipping within a day or 2.. when I called to make a complaint or see how this situation could be fixed, the person who answered the phone made me feel like I was lying or that I was a bother.. they take no accountability when the service is bad.. safe to say I’ll be finding a new place. I paid wayyy to much for my nails to need to be redone so soon.

I got my nails done yesterday. I had my gel nail polish removed and replaced. There are areas where the nail polish isnt even. There are parts on the side of my nails where you can see the old color. I have been here before had had a good experience. Not sure about this time. I am unsure who did my nails yesterday as I was scheduled with a male and my nails were done by a female. I am leaving tonight for vacation and will not be back until July 12. I chose to come in last night and now am not happy with how they turned out.

I arrived to get a pedicure at 5:00pm. After about 10 mins of waiting I decided I wanted my nails done as well. I told the lady at the front desk I wanted nails too.. she immediately started to talk me into getting Dip. I told her I wanted Acrylic nails(at this time, she could have said she only has ONE person that does acrylic and she wouldn’t be able to do mine today) but no she sat me down to get my Pedi( which by the way the person who did my toes was great and professional) however I kept noticing the lady at the front kept whispering about if I was going to get dip or not.. time was running out at this point and I believe employees wanted to go home. They close at 7 however I arrived at 5. Finally the woman finished my toes and asked the lady at the front desk about my nails and her reply in a rude tone is “I don’t know who is going to do them, I’m going home”. When she walked away, I looked at the woman who did my toes and said “Hey, I’m sitting right here. I can hear you”. I got up paid for my service and told the lady at the front desk that it’s unprofessional to be rude in front of customer. I explained to her it made me feel unwelcomed . I got no apology. She said she was sick and was ready to go home.. the lady who did my toes said “although it was rude she didn’t mean it that way”.. My first and last time visiting this establishment.I’m only giving it a 2 because I liked my toes. The lady at the front desk really made the experience a 0 star.

Went to Social Nail Bar for the first time today. I have never had a pedicure before. My experience was amazing!! Banny was very professional and she made the time so relaxing and fun!! WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC AND GREAT!!I will be returning and I can’t wait!!

This nail salon is really nice, their prices need to be more precise, I paid 183 and yes I can afford it but they charged for services that should come as a set price, I paid 183 for nails that were shaped incorrectly, and I I did post a picture, I asked for almond and she gave me pointed almonds. I paid 56 dollars for a pedicure Called bliss but had to pay an extra 42 because I paid for gel polish that should have came with the 56 dollars, listen this place is really nice and the nail technician are cool as well but make sure you double check the prices before and after because it could become lengthy, literally!

Just had the best experience at Polish Nail Bar. All of the nail techs were friendly and very personable. Our nails and Bliss Pedicures were perfect!!! The Sangria was delicious. Will definitely come back!!

I believe everyone at this salon has serviced me. Never any issues at all. I’ve been coming here for maybe 3-4 years now. I always enjoy the music, the convo, and drinks. August 11, 2020, my daughter and I went to polish bar for pedicures. This was our 1st visit and I was initially impressed. The staff was courteous and we were able to get right in without an appointment. The salon was very pretty and clean. My daughters pedicure turned out very nice. Unfortunately, my polish was very poorly done. The polish on some of my nails are messy clumpy and a few spots were missed. I have been trying a few nail salons in town to see which I prefer. After this experience I think I will keep looking.

I went to get a fill and fix 2 of my nails. They were very clean. Practiced social distancing very good. She was quick but thuro. Very good service.

Don’t waste your time! I made an appointment with Vanessa, but when I arrived for my scheduled appt I was told Vanessa was with another client. This was strange because my appt was right around opening time and I could tell she had just started the pedicure service she was performing. I was taken aback by this, but the owner (Ivy) offered to do my nails so it was fine.The next appointment I made was with Ivy because I was no longer interested in seeing Vanessa due to my prior experience. I received several confirmation texts reminding me of my upcoming appt with Ivy, but when I arrived Ivy was not there. I was told by her husband that she had to leave. When I asked why no one called me before I drove 20 minutes to the salon he apologized and said “we don’t have your number” which I knew wasn’t true because of the text messages I received.Needless to say, I will never patronize this salon again or recommend it to any of my friends. Appointments mean nothing to them.

This is my new go to salon. I got my nails done here for the first time today & IM IN LOVE. my nails look amazing & everyone was so friendly & actually held conversation with my friend & I. I used to think other places I went were pretty good at doing nails until I came here & they really made me realize I’ve been getting subpar work done every time. & being served alcohol was obviously a plus lol

A friend and I went to Polish Nail Bar for the first time tonight to try something/somewhere different. We each got a pedi and were not disappointed. Polish is cute, clean, and the stylists are professional. The service is excellent, and it is one of the few nail salons with a bar to order a drink while you relax. We will definitely be back. .

Vanessa was great! I hadn’t used the dip polish before and she made sure to explain the process And took her time and really made sure to do my nails exactly how I wanted them. There was a small issue with one nail and she fixed it! True professional! Will be going back to see Vanessa soon!

Four weeks ago, I came into Polish Nail Bar after reading their reviews online. I was not disappointed! It was my first time getting dip, and absolutely loved it! It lasted a whole four weeks, and probably could’ve last longer, had I not decided that I wanted a new color. I also got gel on my toes, which lasted four weeks, too! Son, “T”, and Ivy were very nice, and great to talk with! Son and “T” tag teamed and took care of me to get my services done. Friendly, clean environment — definitely recommend!

I won’t go anywhere else for my nails! Just like any place that’s really good, they are super busy so I highly recommended making an appointment before going. Everyone is so nice, I’ve been to several techs and they all do a good job. They are a little more expensive than your typical nail spa but they do such a good job it’s worth it. My dip powder treatments will last 4-5 weeks before I need them done, other salons are 2-3 weeks max.

My friend brought me here- such a nice experience. I was lucky enough to have the owner, Son, do my pedicure and he is phenomenal. Very funny and did a fantastic job. They serve alcohol which is nice if you would enjoy a drink. Pedi chairs had a massage on it too. Fun environment with upbeat music. I would recommend.

Was very happy with our experience. Havent been to a lot of nail places, but of all the ones I have this is definitely the best, we will certainly be back. We did have to wait a bit, but that was partly because we called about an hour before we wanted 3 pedicures. They did a great job at getting us done together and was great with my five year old that talked their ear off!

Did a good job on nails and my tech was cool, however giving only 3 stars because they said they couldnt take appointments when I called because they claimed to be short staffed. But took two other people that came and said they had appointments while we had to wait. Then the lady that took them said that they do take appointments and when the person who told us they didnt heard they ran up to state they werent that day..hmm. Then the bar wasnt open because apparently only one person has a license to mix and they werent there that day. Literally the only reason I went to the nail BAR, otherwise I couldve went anywhere.

Me and my mom went here on a whim this past week, and fortunately found our new go to place! I can’t say enough good things about the service provided as well as the workers!

Its always clean, and my nail technician, T, always listens and does his best to give my acrylic nails good shape and helps them last long. Im a hairdresser, so I work with water constantly, and Ive never run into problems with them before.

After waiting 40 minutes for our appointments, I got my nails dipped. Overall experience was fine. My cousin had the same treatment right before me, she had cuticle oil applied to her hands, while after waiting for my nails to finish drying I expected to also get cuticle oil, except he had moved onto the next clinent. For waiting 40 minutes for my appointment time, and lack of consistency in treatments I’m very disappointed. I understand that it was a Saturday, one of their busiest days, but if you can’t get to me in a reasonable time, and then moving on to the next client before my treatment was done left me very disappointed.

I’ve been here numerous of times and I usually go to the same nail tech, but this time my usual nail tech was on vacation so I decided to walk in and have someone else do my nails. I got my nails done on December 13th and within a week my gel polish started to lift (which has never happened before) I called on December 20th stating how I got my nails done a week ago and my polish was already lifting. The lady on the phone asked me how many nails chipped and I told her three and she stated that I could come in and get them fixed but I might be charged for the repairs. Which I didn’t understand because it was within a week so I decided not to go I was upset because I paid $40 to get my nails done and now I’ll have to pay full price to get them redone and it hasn’t been two weeks yet.

Visited polish for the first time today and found my new spot! The owners were there and very friendly and welcoming. Great service, great quality and amazing atmosphere!

I have been pleased with the job all the techs have done at this salon. My schedule is so variable making it hard to make appointments to far in advance. Normally I call to see if Ican get in and so far have been able to everytime.I have a particular situation with my natural nail and Ivy took care of it yesterday allowing the outcome to be even better!!!! I have used nail salons for a long time and very happy I found this one !!! Top notch !!

This nail salon earns 2 stars for the simple fact that I was able to get in when the first two places I tried were too busy. They were also friendly, which was a plus. I had a gel manicure done. Ive had gel polish done many times before; however, Ive never had them chip within the first week. Going on week two and they look terrible. All but 3 nails are severely chipped. I also used my debit card to pay with the tip in cash, as encouraged. Three days later when looking at the charges, I was over charged by fifteen dollars. I know I should go back and try to get a refund, but its not convenient since we are out of state. Just really bummed on the entire experience.

Polish nail bar is very chic and CLEAN! I have been serviced here on numerous occasions, however, this previous service was my last. I got a full acrylic set in which the entire job was rushed. The paint was sloppy and my nails were lifting in less than a week. I returned to Polish where the owner “OK’d” a repolish and the nail tech also seeped glue beneath the nails that were lifting. The paint job I received this time was slightly better than the first but still very rushed and honestly, sloppy. Stupidly, I reached out Polish after about 2 days as the paint job was bothering me AND my nails were lifting yet again. Upon reaching out, I was told there was nothing they could do because they already fixed my nails. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about the issues I was having & blamed it on the fact that I am hard on my hands at work (they have no idea what I do, and if they did they wouldn’t have made that sort of comment because I am not hard on my hands at all) Therefore, I will no longer spend my money at Polish.

Very clean classy place. Good prices. I have went twice. MOST of the staff are nice as long as its not first thing in the morning. The first time i went i had a nail come off (acrylic) and i went back. Got the same person. He blamed me for it coming off. Fixed it and did a balance. Came back 3 days later to have it fixed because they were almost all already lifting. They did not charge me to fix them and the girl (ivy) was very nice to me. However the nail that Tran had fixed because it fell off the first time he did my nails just fell off again after having them done for about 2 weeks. Will not be returning. I definatle wouldny let Tran do my nails again. Nothing but problems since he has done my nails. Very frustrating.

I did gel manicure and it started to chip the next day! Now, after only a week it looks terrible. I did gel at other places and it was perfect for 2-3 weeks

Went here a few weeks ago before vacation and got a mani / pedi with our group of girls. There were 5 of us. Everyone working was so accommodating and welcoming. We had such a great time -- this salon is truly one of the best! Friendly staff, awesome selection of colors, clean modern salon. Will be back!

They did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I get dip every 3 weeks and have for months. When they did my dip EVERY SINGLE one of my nails cracked after one week!!! That has NEVER happened to me before. When I called them and asked them to fix them they refused to give me an apt and told me to just walk in. They only fixed a couple of the nails and wouldn’t re do them all. Then another week later the other 4 cracked. Seriously the worst manicure I have ever had and even worse customer service! Would 10000% not recommend. Go to Nails on Neil, Lacquer Gallery, or W Nail bar!!!!!

My first experience was great. I had the gel nail service. The 2nd & 3rd visit was just meh... I tried the dip style nail service per the recommendation of my friend. Her nails are always cute so I gave it a try. My 1st experience produced very thick nails that looked very fake. The second time around I had the same results with uneven nail lengths. I went back the next day to have my nails refiled and thinned out. The original person that did my nails is the same person that had to fix them (Tran is his name). He was not too happy with me not liking his work. He kept trying to give excuses about the thickness of my nails and inconsistency in my nail shape. I had just gotten off of work so I was in no mood to argue. The owner took over from this point and fixed my nails and apologized for Trans behavior. I love the atmosphere and the availability of wine/cocktails, but I refuse to pay my hard earned money for crappie service and bad attitudes.

Didn’t mind that there was an hour wait. Hoping that meant they were good. From beginning to end there was no real customer service. We asked what kind of pedi we were getting and what the other’s were and both guys didn’t really answer us. The entire time acting like they didn’t understand what we were saying. But ironically during my girlfriend and I’s conversations they would pop in and say something 🤨 My friends nails were rough and not smooth around the edges. Tech walked away from us for a while and had to get his attention that he wasn’t done with my friends pedi. Actually left before getting my full set because they were taking so long. This place & concept is nice, but the service & work is horrible which is to bad 😒

Terrible! The woman would not listen to my request and kept cutting my nails and filing them back. I kept pulling my hands back to explain what I wanted and she would bid and go back to the same thing she was doing. I walked out with two filed back nails and instead of clipped cuticles she kept clipping the corners of my nails off!! I ended up walking out.

Great service and atmosphere every time I come to Polish! Very clean and sanitary plus the wine/liquor options are a nice touch while getting your nails done.

I booked my appointment two weeks in advance and asked for the name of my tech I was never given a name but was told I would be taken care of I showed up for my appointment there were 6-7 other women in the salon waiting and the girl at the counter just asked the techs do u want to take her until one said yes then she did the same for the next customer waiting It felt so uncomfortable and then my tech didn’t even speak to me till she asked if I wanted to cash out before she painted my nails I did not feel at all like a valued customer

I went to polish nail bar for my 21st birthday because they also served drinks. I go in for a Mani-Pedi and the nail tech was so gentle and careful (that’s the only reason I’m giving them a star at all.) The next day I wake up and all of my nails are chipped. I called the salon to see if I could get them fixed. The first time I called I explained the situation and they hung up on me. The 2nd time I called I was able to speak with a manager immediately. They schedule me an appointment for the next day at 11. I go in at 10:50 and they made me wait a while (which I didn’t have time to do.) After waiting 35 min I was told it would be another 10-15 min. So I just asked for my money back because I didn’t have time to wait. They refused to refund me the cost of the polish portion of the mani-pedi. The owner immediately took me back to correct my nails. He was filing another clients nails while one of the nail techs removed my polish. He then immediately went from filing someone else’s nails to painting my nails. He did NOT even wash or sanitize his hands ( I am a licensed cosmetologist by the way). That is unsanitary and against state boards sanitation policy. The 5 min polish job was the worst polishing I have ever received. 2 of my nails aren’t even completely covered. He didn’t wipe off the excess polish surrounding the nails. I got the color red and my fingered were red tinted after he polished them. There is clumps of nail polish under and on the edges of my finger nails. I will never ever go back there again.

I take my husband to get a Mani Pedi every year for his birthday. This year I found Polish Nail Bar at the last minute while waiting for our movie to begin in Easton. I called Polish at 2:47 for a 3:15 appointment, and they nicely accommodated. We were seen right away, and at 4 months pregnant, they let me sit next to him in the massage chair as they spoiled him. Dorothy was very caring, thorough, and attentive as she pedicured and massaged his feet/legs. He got the Lavish treatment, and my husband said it was the best pedicure he has ever received. I also loved how each and every nail tech was professional, cordial, and willing to pamper us as if we were the only customers. We live in Canal Winchester and will proudly make this our Nail Salon of choice. I highly recommend!

Definitely not your average nail salon. Love the set up all positive vibes. Looking at the menu and all they had to offer I saw prices were a little high… The lady at the front stated “You get what you pay for”… Which I don’t have a problem paying for good quality work. However I was not satisfied with the services I received. I had a mani/pedi walked out my hands were still ashy in between my fingers and my feet were still rough as if I didn’t even get a pedicure.. I ordered a drink from the bar vodka pineapple and cranberry juice and I was given vodka and orange juice.. I spent a total of $65 on a mani/pedi & drink and not satisfied with not one thing. If you saw me today you wouldn’t think I had anything done but a toe polish. Not a great first time experience 😐

One of my best friends paid for us to have a mani pedi here for her wedding last week. It was a good looking salon and the staff was very friendly and well attentive to us. However, while I got my gel mani, it burned under the UV lamp. I told my nail tech, and she adjusted the lamp, but it did it again and I was concerned because I’ve gotten my nails done with gel several times and it has never been painful before . This is day 5 of the gel and two of my nails lifted/chipped today. I googled painful gel mani and it said that a gel polish mani should never be painful, and if it is it will cause damage to nails and cause the polish to lift ....so maybe that’s what has happened ? I’m going to call the salon tomorrow and see if they will fix . I’m disappointed because I wanted to love this place :(

Nail techs rushed pedicures and were very ROUGH, left abrasions on several of my toes from rubbing her nail file over my actual toes and now they are sore.. my friend had a similar experience too, tech was too rough. Also our 2 person pedicure appointment was not honored when we arrived and one had to wait. Wont be back
