This is the first time someone positively surprised me with their skill. Nikki is extremely talented and professional. Shes so comfortable with the job, she could probably do it in her sleep! The way she chopped my hair was amazing... snip here, snip there....and its the BEST haircut Ive had in years.... She did an excellent job both with my highlights and haircut. It is privately owned, and the owner actually was my stylist. She did a great job, was very fast (which is very rare when highlighting my thick hair), and was very nice to talk to. This is a great small business by an entrepreneur, and I recommend scheduling an appointment. Note that you actually have to enter from the back of Mill St, so make sure you dont miss it!

I love NV salon and Niki has always done a wonderful job on my hair. My son has long hair and it is difficult to find someone who is experienced in cutting long hair on boys as it is very different from cutting hair for girls. My son has always hated having his hair cut and he never complains about going to Niki! In addition, she is simply sweet and enjoyable to spend time with. I would recommend her to anyone.

As long as NV Salon is around I will never go anywhere else! it is absolutely fantastic. The salon its self is very chic and welcoming! Niki is completely amazing at what she does. Half the time I am so indecisive and come in just knowing that I want something new, and Niki always comes up with something fantastic for me Ive never been disappointed and I know you wont be either! I highly recommend that you go and check it out, I mean dont you want to look fabulous too?!

NV Salon is great! The Salon is beautiful and relaxing, the people are friendly and talented! I have always been happy with the way my hair turns out and the prices are really very reasonable compared to some other places around. I dont live close but continue to go there because I have been very happy every time!

I have been going to Niki for several years.She is a great stylist and I have had so many complements on my hair.All the ladies seem very nice and seem to do a great job.The salon is very nice, its comfortable and relaxing and they treat you wonderful!

I was extremely happy with my cut and highlights. For the first time in a long time I got the natural blended look I wanted in a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend NV to anyone looking to update their look.

Love, love, love this salon. I just moved here about a year ago from Portland, OR and have been searching for a new hairstylist that I could trust with my hair (Im very picky and specific with what I like done to my hair and went to my previous stylist in Portland for 10 years). Needless to say, thank the high heavens for letting my path cross Niki at NV Salon. I barely had to explain what I wanted done and she more than gave me exactly what I wanted. Im beyond relieved to know my hair is in good hands-- literally!! Thank you for the great work, Niki. See you in a few weeks!! :]

AWFUL! The owner (I think her name is Nikki) is so terribly rude. Basically everybody that I encountered there was rude. It looks like itd be a great salon but up close its dirty and nasty. I warn anybody and everybody to stay clear from this salon. (if you could even call it that) I could dye my hair at home and have it look better then what she did. I found spots where they had miss and dont even get me started on the cut. I cannot believe this place is still in business. I am sure they wont last much longer unless there is a change in management or they just need to get it together.

The place was filthy. There were bags of trash lying around and floors were covered in hair.I had a 4:45 appointment and when I showed up all she had to say was Who are you? Not very welcoming. Also the appointment was double booked so she was going to try and do two people at the same time. I did not stick around to see if her skills with scissors were better than her customer service.

NV Salon is a beautiful, modern, and comfortable salon that is close to New Albany, and Gahanna. I bought a Groupon online for a cut, color, and style. Abby did my hair and was phenomenal! Even though she wasnt getting basically any money from the Groupon I purchased, she still took her time and really listened to what kind of hair I wanted. The girl at the front desk was very helpful as well. We got into a conversation about extensions, as I was checking out, and she began to talk to me about different ways I could get the extensions. It was informative and nice that she took the time out to explain everything to me. I will definitely go back to this salon again. The customer service is fabulous!

I bought a Groupon thinking I would try this place out. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning. I got there and the door was locked. I called multiple times while i waited for a half hour. No one showed up. I frequently called days afterwards to try and get my money back. Groupon wouldnt give me my money back because they said I needed to get it from them, but they never responded. Later I read reviews on Groupon to find out I was not the only one to have this issue. Would definitely not recommend.

I showed up for my appointment on time, but the stylist didnt show up at all. The building was locked, and no one ever returned my call. These people are so unprofessional. (The no-show stylist was Bia Minyana, but from the reviews, it appears this is a common occurrence.)

I dont think Nikki knows how to process blonde hair. After my color, she faced me toward another customer instead of facing me toward the mirror while she finished cutting and drying. I found out why when I got home. I think she is dishonest and deceitful. This was the most awful hair experience Ive ever had.
