I want to first say that Im thankful that they got us in on a Saturday an hour and a half before closing, when the other places I called said they couldnt take us in due to the time. They also have great prices! But my mother and I decided to get a classic manicure with regular polish (not gel polish) and unfortunately both nail techs we got didnt give us the massage with lotion that comes with it.The thing I disliked most though, is that even though I saw some actual nail dryers hanging around the place, they only had us drying our nails with these tiny fans they have. She checked my nails and said they were dry and then as soon as I got in the car and tried so hard to gently buckle my seat belt, 3 of my nails got ruined. Obviously because they only dried our nails with fans 🙄 I dont see myself going back

Their service is great their staff are really friendly my niece and I like to go there their chair where you sit for the pedicure are the best nice massage as you wait to get your pedicure done i fully recommend them 😊

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly but they are also professional. I do recommend making an appointment and best of all the honor all appointments, which I appreciate very much. They use liners for there pedicures and the chair are amazing. If you like getting designs on your nails then you should definitely give it a try, designs take time so allow some extra time, Over all the place is updated, modern, clean and sanitary.

YALL!!!! i have been coming here since they opened and watched this business grow into a beautiful work of art! They are clean, professional, so sweet. For years, I could never find a salon to call my own but I am so glad I stumbled into Nail Haus. Cody, Vee, Lorna work harder and better than anyone! ❤️ My nails always look good, never break (and they always have prior to coming), never chip and can last me foreverrrr and not to mention, they look beautiful the entire time. Happy happy happy to be a customer!

Amanda was awesome! Happened to come by this salon since they’re across from the salon I do my eyebrows at, and I was super happy with their services. I got a fill on an acrylic set and my nails look perfect! Definitely will be coming back.

I made a 5:30 appointment For a pink fill only. I arrived at 5:27 stated I was here for my 5:30 appointment. She says ok and I sit down thinking she was just finishing up with her client. 30 minutes later with no communication as to how much longer it would be, no acknowledgement at all. I walked out.

Very good and fast. I love the way Alex shapes my nails and makes them very natural looking with acrylic. I was apprehensive at first being my first time there. I heard the previous owners were not very good but the new owners and staff are very friendly and willing to try anything.

The gentleman does excellent nails. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

These people do not respect black women and will charge more than the other customers. Also the only half way decent tech is the older woman. The son does pedicures and its the worst job ever. He basically wash your feet with soap after letting u sit for a few minutes, and put nail polish on them. Black women avoid this place

Qualified nail techs do fine treatments...toes, fingers...massage chairs while having pedicure is nice too.

Everybody was really great. Not a long wait. managed to keep the place relaxing even when they became busy. very happy with everything.

Had my nails powder dipped and they turned out awful. They are thick and not smooth.

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I WISH I COULD UPLOAD A PICTURE OF MY NAILS! The lady owner is very rude. I went in for a simple fill and gel color and I didnt like the way the muscle guy polished my nails bc they were very lumpy and the polish was not evenly spread! I should have know something was up bc they onlylet him polish the nails bc he only knows how to polish and he doesnt even know how to do that! When I finished I explained to him that the polish was not evenly spread it was so noticeable and had big bubbles in it! I decided I didnt want that color on my nails like that so they made me wait over 20mins to change the color so I decided I didnt want a color at all and I would just like the polish off and Ill just pay for the fill in which was 15! She demanded I pay full price for her time and I said no I am not and she threatened to cut off my nails and Im like wow you didnt put them on so how dare you! Long story short she came outside being disrespectful to me bc I decided to just leave after she starting talking trash and roughly drilled my polish off of only 3nails and told me to leave! MAYBE BC IM BLACK LOL IDK WHAT WAS UP BC I CAME IN VERY HAPPY AND DELIGHTED AND LEFT UPSET AND ANNOYED! Only good thing is I didnt have to pay for such TERRIBLE SERVICE! THEY SUCK I EVEN HAD TO GO BACK TO THE GUY WHO DID MY FILL IN BEFORE I GOT MY POLISH PUT ON BC HE MISSED PUTTING ACRYLIC ON A WHOLE SIDE OF MY THUMB like my natural nail was showing lol they are a joke! Should have left then but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! Dont do it was horrific and the worst experience EVER

Absolutely terrible I asked for a manicure and a pedicure they only did a nail change on me and it was terrible they didn’t use any new tools they didn’t give me a manicure that and do they made me bleed never ever this is this is the fourth time do I have been trying the woman who owned it and was abused by her husband should be back in running it
