I normally love this place the manager is lovely and always a joy and does wonderful work on nails but I got someone different today and honestly she needs to stick to doing pedicures I told her I wanted them cut a little bit and she cut all my nails off she didn’t clean underneath and basically had no idea what she was doing regarding finger nails it was the short girl with red hair

I walked in without an appointment on a busy Friday morning. I was immediately seated with a manicurist named Ty. He was very friendly and happy to work with the image I had shown him. He told me he could absolutely do it and got to work on an ombre dip nail set. I had never had anything remotely interesting done on my nails and I didnt know what to expect. Ty told me to trust the process and was done within 30 minutes. My nails looked awesome! Next time I go back, I will definitely ask for Ty.

I walked in one day without an appointment. The owner Cathy did my nails and they looked great!I walked in again a few weeks later and was assigned Ty. He is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I have been booking my appointments with T y. I love the Ombre look he suggested. Looking forward to my next appointment. The rates are comparable to other upscale shops. Very relaxing atmosphere and nicely decorated, too.

O just moved up here from Fort Lauderdale and it took me a while to find a good nail salon. But I think I just found one!!!! I live the ambiance, the decor, even down to the people working. 1st and foremost majority of the workers spoke english, which is great because ‘ve always had a hard time explaining what I wanted and not getting the result due to the language barrier, so I was happy about that. Edwin took great care of me. The only small issue i had was the receptionist wasnt too welcoming. She greeted you, but she wasn’t pleasant in my opinion, even when I asked her for change, she didn’t say yes or no or asked me how I wanted the change, she just opened her draw and gave change and closed the draw. That could have been a deal breaker for me, but I saw how engaged every worker was with their client, so I stayed.UPDATE 3/31/18My nails started to lift within a week :((( and i notice after the fact how bulky the nail polish was put on. I’ll add updated photos .

This is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to. I didnt know exactly what I wanted I just told the ladies I needed to impress my sisters-in-law and boy did they deliver! My sisters were super impressed and my nails lasted almost the entire month I was traveling. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing I, a normally anxious person, felt totally fine resting and waiting for my polish to dry. The prices are reasonable, the technicians are skilled, and the results are fantastic. 10/10 would return.

My pedicure was mediocre. The put me under the fan to dry without even turning the fan on. When I got home I noticed the chips and blotchy paint job. $72 later and I have to say it’s the worst pedi ever.

Its only been two days since I left this bill salon and my gel nail polish is already chipping off I paid $80 for nails i wasnt even fully satisfied with and wasnt even very detailed so the price is ridiculous just for them to chip and come off 2 days later. Poor quality. Never going back here again. Horrible products. Dont wait your money.

So it was only $40 for a basic mani - pedi, but the guy doing my feet made me bleed and forgot a whole section on one of my toes. As well as it seems the lady who did my hands forgot the top coat as they are not smooth. Lint and such keep getting stuck to my nails.

This is the only nail salon I look forward to going to! I have been going for a few years whenever I have an occasion to do my nails. I have not had any problems. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I have done different designs each time and they deliver THE BEST results each time! Very satisfied. Won’t go anywhere else.

Ive been searching around for a go-to nail salon and this place was amazing. Everyone was so nice and there was a wide selection of colors. It didnt take too long, but they were really precise and Im in love with these nails. The price is such a great value for what you get. Both my friend and I enjoyed our time here and we recommend coming back. Definitely my go-to place from now on!

Today was my first time here inside looks so nice and beautiful! The workers here are all so nice and its clean. My nail tech was name Kaylee she was so nice and Im not picky so I let her do her thing. She did not disappoint. I will for sure be back to see Kaylee!

My first time here. I love it! The people are very nice and friendly. The girls do an amazing job. I got a gel manicure and she did it perfect! She even cut my cuticles and I didnt bleed at all. The place is pretty spacious and very neat and clean. I will definitely come back soon.

I had a lovely experience. I was in from out of town and they were very sanitary here. Everyone wore masks, and there are plastic dividers between clients. Everyone is 6 ft. apart. I showed a cute design from Pinterest, and my nail technician replicated it exactly how I wanted. I would come back when visiting again.

Came here last minute for an emergency nail appointment after my usual nail tech cancelled on me.They got me right in and My manicurist really did everything perfect. She has amazing attention to detail and really took her time to make sure everything looked great.Will definitely come back here again. Went in for a polish change, their board says 8 dollars for regular polish change so youre telling me because i have GEL ITS AN EXTRA 20 DOLLARS. So not told this in advance, I spent 28 dollars for a polish change. Had I known I would have just had them filled. Beware!! Ask all prices before you have any service done. They are not forth coming and apparently their nail polish contains gold at these prices!!

I have been coming to this nail salon for as long as I can remember and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I did my nails on Sunday and Had a Mickey design done. Today (Wednesday) I called as my Mickey was peeling off my nail (designed with nail polish and covered with a polish gel) they advised I can come in whenever to have it fixed. I walk in and sit down to have it “fixed”.... their solution was to glue the peeling nail polish back to my finger.! I asked if she can redo it as now my nail looks half and Inch thicker due to the glue!!! She said no, that wasn’t possible..... so I spent $60 on Sunday for an absolute disaster! What hurts the most is that I am a REGULAR and you couldn’t take ten minutes to fix TWO NAILS?! I will not be returning and will find myself another salon to support.

My daughter and I cane to this location today because we were out in this area and saw that they have another location out here. We are both so happy here today. Our nails came out PERFECT! Our first visit to The Nail Lounge Spa was in gateway about 2 weeks ago and we were very happy with the company. I am so glad we found a nail salon like this in fort Myers. We have been getting our nails done for many years and finally we found our place. Everyone seem so professional, kind and they even joke around with you... very friendly place. I recommend both locations to everyone and if you like designs on your nails... they do amazing work.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because I had two manicures done here and they were both done well; however, today I went in to have my acrylics removed and a regular manicure done. The women that did my nails was extremely rude to me. She did a bad job on the manicure because she didn’t want to do it. It was obvious. I have worked in the service industry for years. If you want to keep your business, you do not disrespect your customers. Let’s be honest, nail places are a dime a dozen. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This place is perfect. The nail techs are friendly, attentive and professional. Great color selection for both shellac & regular polish.I was dreading the hunt for a new nail shop that I could give my loyal business to. I got a full set of acrylic earlier this week. I was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of this place. Unfortunately this past Thursday, not even a week of having the acrylics, three of my nails chipped off. I have had acrylic nails from different salons many times before and have NEVER had a problem with a nail falling off just from picking up my phone. My nails usually tend to last two weeks or sometimes a little over two weeks. So today I went in and asked them to fix the nails and I was very appreciative that they took the time to do it with no charge. But I was not pleased that I was told that I should have called before I came in and that I was lucky they made time for me. I do not understand why I was told this when first of all, it was not even my fault that my acrylics were so poorly done that I have already lost 3 before it even was a full week with them. And secondly, there were so many people that walked in without appointments that wanted pedicures and full sets and the people had no problem taking care of them. I just needed 3 simple nails fixed. And later today I come home and another nail just chipped off while I was petting my dog. Although the workers for the most part seem very nice, I will not be returning after having this happen to me.

Had my nails done for my wedding on Nov. 23rd and today is Dec. 10 and they still are perfect!!! Thats 17 days!!! Awesome job!Plus they treat you very nice and the environment is relaxing to be in. Totally recommend this place.

Unfortunately since new owner ship came around, the quality as definitely gone down 🙁 I gave them 3 separate chances to see but unfortunately it’s just not that, I felt as if they were more worried about getting a lot of clients in & rushing threw who they already had. It took 20 minutes (that’s a big maybe too) to do my fresh full set. They were thick & just not done right. Unfortunately after about 3 years I have to find a new spot 💔

I got a gel mani and a gel pedi and I love how my nails came out. She was quick but also did a great job and did my nails exactly how I wanted them to. Beautiful salon, sweet and kind staff, and EXCELLENT quality. I have been here a handful of times after work and they do a gorgeous dip ombré. I accidentally went to a different salon two days ago that butchered my nails and my fingers. I called yesterday a little late in the day and they got me right in & fixed my full set of nails. I had an appointment and was even flexible and said I would use any nail tech available. I still waited for almost an hour and saw them call 6 other people before me. 5 of the 6 people were walk ins that came after me. What is the point of making an appointment?! I just walked out and went to a different salon.

Loved the decor, clean and chic. The nail techs know their craft and give helpful suggestions on colors that look right with your skin tone. My nails turned out great. Although my nail shape didn’t turn out how I wanted (partially my fault) it still looks great and will grow back.

Horrible experiance. I was first in line at 900am with about 15 women. Most did not have appointments. I was the last to sit down. Tech rushed through powder dip in 20 minutes. I left with mishapened nails and butchered cuticles. I will never be back. This place is pretty, but thats it that have no idea what they are doing.

Do not make an appointment here all they will do is call you and try to make you come early for you to rush to your appointment to when you get there they say to bad so sad you said you would come in sooner and they take another person ahead of you!! I went to get my nails done yesterday, I walked in and signed in and asked how long it would be and the girl at the front said about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour and when I started to get my nails done, Tracy burnt my nails with the nail drill. She proceeded to file my nails and cut the skin with the nail file on my pointer and pinky to the point where they were bleeding. She didnt even apologize. She just looked and ignored it. I usually love this place but I was so annoyed today and I probably wont be going back. I gave a tip but I shouldn’t have.

Pedicure basic type . Stone massage was not very hot and she did it for a minute per lleg. The clean up of nails was very good. Grating and buffing of feet was good. Husband got nails buffed but we could not see the shine. She rushed thru that .

NO GOOD!!! After making an appointment on 5/11 for 5/12 at 4pm, i was disgusted and appalled to see they are double booking, taking walk ins and there had to be 70+ % to capacity in this place. So the owner walks up to me and says oh i have to bump you to 5pm as i watched a woman sit down at 4pm with no appointment. This place is a mess!!! No control, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too many people in there and they dont care. Its all about the $$$ not peoples health or lives. These people are NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES. People are going to get sick here!!! BEWARE!!!!
