After recently moving to Florida, Ive been searching for a new go-to nail salon. I walked in and was impressed by the decor and atmosphere, however, the quality of services did not match. I selected the $35 pedicure, which apparently had an additional $15 charge for gel polish. During the pedicure, the nail technician scrubbed my heel so hard that it actually starting bleeding. As soon as I stopped him and told him he was hurting me, he grabbed some type of liquid and immediately put it on my actively bleeding heel without consulting with me first. Not to mention, there was no type of cleanliness about how he treated the wound with whatever the liquid was. All I know is that it stung very bad! My heel was stinging for the remainder of my appointment there (and still stings 12 hours later). The additional fees are ridiculous ($5 fee for shaping my nails?!) I was charged a total of $95 for a pedicure and fill! The services are extremely overpriced for the poor quality and lack of attention to detail. This is actually the first time Ive never tipped in 15 years due to my poor experience. Honestly, I feel like I shouldnt have had to pay a dime for the services at all, considering I limped out with a bleeding foot. Never will I ever go back and I pray to God that my foot is not infected now.

The receptionist is very kind and organized. My nail tech, Emily, is so kind and respectful. She has done 2 sets of liquid gel nails on me with nail art and shes yet to disappoint. Shes always on time and does my set in a timely matter while making sure to pay attention to detail. I recommend this place and 100% recommend Emily.

If you ever come here ask for Chris. He is gentle he knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s kind. Very respectful. If I could give a 20 star rate I would.

I always do my own nails however since I was on vacation I figured I would treat myself to a regular French manicure and pedicure @ $55 plus a $10 tip. I went on Thursday morning and by Thursday evening the clear polish was cracking and lifting. I called the salon Thursday night to inform them of the issues and they offered to fix it at no charge. I told them I would come in on Friday morning when they open to have it fixed. Upon arrival I had to wait about 20 mins since they were busy. I had no issue waiting. I had a different nail tech redo the manicure who initially thought of just fixing the nails that were lifting. I told him to redo the entire manicure. He even put two coats of the top coat. By Friday afternoon they were worse than before. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the products used. Instead of having them fixed I should have just asked for a refund for the manicure. With that being said I’m out the cost of the manicure and will not be going back. Guess I will have to do my own manicure for the duration of my vacation.

Bliss does really good pedicures this is my go to place when getting pedicures my toe nails last for at least 2 months .The staff is so nice and the service is fast. Vicky does a really good job at what she do I recommend her to anybody that will like to go there to get their nails or feet done

I’ve been going to Bliss since the spring. Everyone is AMAZING. But James stood out for me. He’s extremely professional. Does not rush. I only booked a pedicure yesterday and James went out his way to make time for my hands. You will not be disappointed. Book with James!

First time going to this place and I’m super impressed! Absolutely gorgeous inside and super clean. The staff is so attentive and helpful. I got a full set and a pedicure and both of them were absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Prices are a little more expensive but still affordable

I gave this place three chances. Three times I paid over $80 for them to do my nails and they just could not give me a good acrylic set. The first time my cuticles were left shredded and dry and my fingernails just look disgusting and the paint job was see through. Two weeks later I come in for a fill, they didn’t give me the person I requested a week prior, and the guy did not know what he was doing. My acrylics were lifting after a day literally they were like frayed up at the end they just looked awful. He did OK on the pastel ombré tho. The third time I went in for a fill and I thought she did a pretty good job but they keep popping off. Hasn’t even been a week. they don’t prep the nail, they don’t even trim your nails, don’t push cuticles back they literally just take a Dremel to your nail beds slap on some acrylic and put on some paint. I just don’t think it’s worth the EIGHTY DOLLARS plus tip. Are you actually kissing me Bliss Nails?IThe only reason they’re getting two stars instead of one is because they were polite. I’m not even gonna give them my business to soak these acrylics off. I’m going someplace else.

I had a new set of acrylic nails and James did a fabulous job! I will be back.

I have been a few times and Tina and Davis both have done my pedicures. Both have done a great job. My toes feel so much better when I leave. Receptionists are always professional when I call and when I check in.

Sin is very helpful and he always does my nails the best. I wandered into bliss about two months ago after nail lounge had a very long wait. they saw me immediately and even though I didn’t even know what I wanted for my nails sin amazed me with his creativity. I told him I like shiny pretty princess nails, and to do what he thought would look good with his particular skills. Just moved into the area and this is my new spot! Highly recommend this place. The nail tech handed me a menu of different pedicures they offer and I LOVE THAT because ya know sometimes I really could use the extra beautification on my feetsies haha. The gel manicure was BOMB! my toes and nails look fabulously refreshed.

My husband Alan and I got a great pedicure today at Bliss Nail Salon. Jackie was my nail tech and Kim did Alans pedi. Alan made Kim laugh a lot. We sat next to each other so we enjoyed visiting and in 1 hour we both had Happy Feet. Jackie had to work hard on my toes and gave a great foot massage. Well be back.

I’ve been coming here for three years now and the service has been piss poor since change of management. The new employees are unprofessional and lazy. I went in for a soak-off since the acrylic and gel manicure I got a week prior kept breaking off. They rushed through the service and I asked for a second soak since the acrylic was still left on. My nails were left as if a lawn mower ran over them. I’ll be searching for a new nail spot because this is unacceptable.

It wont do justice without picture.I found the place on Yelp because I needed my eyebrows threaded, and I loved how they turned out!!I came back the next day with my family to get our nails done. My sister and I both got gel manicures and regular pedicures and my parents chose deluxe pedicures from their extensive menu. We were all very happy with our nails!!The entire staff did an amazing, very professional job! If we lived in the area we would be back!! Thank you all!

I went today for a pedicure and manicure my polish on my nails started pealing off in less than an hour what ever James did during my pedicure caused 2 toes to blister. This is the worst experience I have ever had I would recommend staying away. I pray I dont get an infection. I called the store and they said sorry we will fix your nails and give me a discount next time lol. I got the phone number to the owner no response yet

My acrylic nails was too thick and lumpy my nails was wide they didn’t shape them right I told them I was unhappy with my nails I asked them to take nails off and give me a refund they told me no never again I Had to walk out of there with messed up nails and go to another nail shop to get them soaked off I would never spend my money on this business again unprofessional

Loud, loud, loud. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, go somewhere else. The owners allow rude customers to treat the salon as if it is their private salon, and allow them to scream into their phone and blast hip hop. The owners will not say anything to people who behave like that, to the detriment of others.I could not wait to get out of there. Run, don’t walk from this place.

I’ve been going to Kayla Hoffman for my pedicures for years! I’ve even followed her from other salons she has worked at. She listens to what you want and always makes you feel comfortable. She knows I’m impatient with awful anxiety and makes sure I never have to wait around. I’ve also had a facial from her when she was in cosmetology school and it was better than what I get when I’m visiting resorts and have a spa day. I highly recommend Kayla at Bliss nail lounge. I’ve also been getting my acrylic nails done by Imelda at Bliss for almost a year. She is amazing and so sweet. You will not regret seeing either of these lovely ladies.

I always have great experience at Bliss. Kim is my favorite, she does a great job. She pays attention to detail but does not have me there all day. They offer refreshments and are always ready when it’s time for my appointment. I’ve never had French done as good as how Kim does it. Would recommend her to anyone!

My daughter and I went for pedicure and choose the “Bliss Pedicure” @ $34. When we went to check out, they charged us $49 each. Because we got gel polish they charged us $15 extra without telling us! We will DEFINITELY NOT be back!

Giving it a 2 because I can’t give them a 2.5. My pedicure looks nice but the lady was slow. My nails are cute but 4 of my nails started lifting without it even being a week yet. I don’t use my nails as tools and usually last months from my regular salon (unfortunately they’re not doing nails at the moment). Very disappointed in this set. However the place is nice and clean. VERY BEAUTIFUL! But obviously your nails won’t last long.

Felt like I bothered the nail tech by just coming in. I now have an infection on my cuticle due to a cut made by the file used on me. This file used was not wrapped and just picked out of a cart! Obvious signs it had been used prior to myself! Really disappointed! The nails turned out good but I cant show the design because of the band-aid. :(

I have been going here for several months and always had a great experience. During the Covid crisis they seemed to be very cautious and I saw many times them cleaning and everyone had masks. This time my daughter and I went and it was terrible! The kid who did my pedicure was preoccupied on his air pods. Didn’t do any of the normal pedicure services like, clipping nails and trimming cuticles. I had to actually ask him to clip my nails...what?! It was just the worse experience. The nail tech beside us said they have new owners. I didn’t feel like they were as cautious as before, i didn’t see anyone clean up after the other guests. I refused to pay for this service and will be finding another salon.

First timer here - let me start out by saying my nails were about to commit suicide before coming here... not to mention having two broken nails but finding this place was a GOD send. Love my nail tech WINNIE ... she really pays attention to DETAIL and takes her time... does not rush her work at all. I will definitely be coming back here for both nails and pedicure from now on.
