Very clean and welcoming. The weather was unfortunately not the best but the screened porch worked out well.

What a great small quaint and quiet place to bring a family. These units were exceptionally well kept and clean and the staff is over the top kind. We’ll be heading back for years to come!

Not one complaint, the little cottages are clean and smell very nice with full kitchens and close to the beautiful Ichnetucknee River. Coleen who runs the place is a very nice person and was a total pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely just hands down perfect. Me and my husband were looking and Looking for a place to stay Saturday night. Lucky for us, they had one of these adorable places left. Very clean and orderly. Comes with a complete kitchen full of every thing youll need. So you could cook your own dinner. They had towels and wash clothes and even soap. The couches were comfy and I seen some reviews on here about the beds being terrible, well they are not. Apposed to sleeping on the floor they were perfect and very clean and we slept just fine on them. The little neighborhood has a playground a volley ball not and a bar that also makes food . Colleen was the best she printed us out a map for the springs near buy left a menu for the keg. She made us feel special. Id say it was a great weekend due to a great place. Me and devan are very thankful for the hide away cottages.

Always an awesome vacation. Colleen always ensures everything is right.Only suggestion is to upgrade TVs to flat panels to give more space and time to replace mattresses with ones that are not so stiff.

Great place for a small family! Plenty of room for the little ones to run around. Owners and staff are great and very friendly!

The manager, Coleen, is very nice and seems genuinely interested in making sure everything is OK with your stay. Unfortunately, the sofa sleeper was broken so she offered an air mattress. This was only discussed after we paid for the room. This is a detail that would have been helpful to know prior to booking. Air mattress was deflated by midnight. Other beds mattress was awful. The place needs some freshening up.

I love these cottages so much!! They are not fancy, but they are comfortable, Coleen is so great, and this is now the only place my family and i stay when we want to float down the river. We have stayed 4 times so far since discovering this gem, and will undoubtedly be back again!

Stayed here for cave diving. Great location to all dive sites and local activities. Place to hang dive gear. Colleen and the owners are wonderful people. Definitely will stay here again. Bar and Grill is short walking distance.

Family of 8 we rented 2 cabins... Everything was so clean and quaint... Friendly staff... Cozy everything needed ... One complaint the beds .... Very Uncomfortable Lumpy all of the beds and the sofa pullout in both cabins... Tragedy wouldnt be able to stay again and we did bring it to the staff attention and owner advised us that nice mattresss are to expensive...

The manager was extremely nice and helpful. I will say the owner needs to update several things. The beds definitely need new mattresses they were lumpy and uncomfortable. Two other amenities would be a nice addition a Keurig coffee pot and WIFI.

The cabins were beyond cozy, and within a decent distance of the park. Trust me, its worth the money. We will be coming back.

My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of places but this place has been the best. Colleen Bench, the manager, is not only friendly and helpful but really goes out of her way to make sure your stay there is nothing but great. she cares about you having fun and walking away happy. she goes beyond her job duty because she cares and thats hard to find in places you rent for on vacation. After our stay we have gained a friend in her thats how hospitable she is. The springs were beautiful and worth the trip, a must see but this place felt like home and it made the difference. I recommend everyone take your family out there because collen will take good care of you and you will love the area and the clear blue waters, jumping docks and rope swinging . The cottages are also extremely clean, affordable, comfortable and in a great location from the springs. And if you want a break from the water the cottages have a great little bar on the land that has good music and karaoke nights. Even the owner stopped by to see if we needed anything, the nicest people. My family and I are definitely coming back !!!!!!
