I was really happy with the service that I got here. Emmy who made deluxe pedi was very polite and sweet. And We had an interesting conversation about the nails. This place has a marvelous space with 14 tables and 8 chairs. FREE COLD WATER - SOFT DRINK - WINE!!! Love her... Ill introduce her to everyone.

This is the only place I trust to have my nails done. The ladies are gentle and very talented! ! My nails come out looking great and clean. I will definitely keep coming here!

Came into the shop yesterday randomly wanting a set of acrylics. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Everyone was very nice I was greeted and immediately seated. We chatted the entire time they did my nails. I love how there isnt much chemicals in the air like other nail salons. I dont know what else to say other than I left so happy! Ill recommend this place to everyone I meet.

I have been going to Nail Secret for years and have always been very happy and If for some reason I am not they are happy to fix anything. My whole family frequents this place: daughter, sister, and mother. I have also referred numerous people and they also have been happy with there service. This is a wonderful nail salon. Had a great gal, Katie. She did a thorough and relaxing pedicure and excellent manicure. The hygiene practices are evident in this salon. Many customers seemed to be returning clients and were known. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this salon and will be a returning client.

My operator rushed through my shellac manicure. He did not take the time to have me soak my fingers at the beginning nor to wash my hands before putting on the polish. He seemed to disregard my request to make certain that my nail tips were sealed, which is done by all careful operators. After I left I noticed that there was a polish stain on the back of my finger. The next day I discovered a rough edge on one of my nails. They absolutely refused to give me a refund.

If you’re considering stopping in this salon for a quick mani-pedi and wax SKIP THIS PLACE!I walked in and asked if they had time to do a pedicure and some facial waxing. The reply was “yes”, pick a color and what kind of waxing do you need. The man at the counter and I even discussed the waxing. The shop was clean and my pedi was pretty good.After my pedi, I reminded them that I also needed waxing. They seated me at the drying station and said it would be a few minutes’ wait for the waxing. That was no problem! After 10-ish minutes I got up to inquire about the waxing. There was a bit of back-and-forth conversation between the employees. Then I was told no one could do my waxing. I went to the counter and clarified that they asked me to wait and now no one could provide the service they told me twice?? Yep. Couldn’t provide the service I waited for because they said they could do it. I will NOT BE BACK!

Paid for one of best pedicure and walked out with my toes and ball of foot nicked up from pad he scrubbed my feet with .... not a good experience ... will never go back ....plus whole time in there workers speaking their language between themselves and my guy talking on his phone while doing my pedicure ... very unprofessional and the other lady that walked out same time as me said same thing in parking lot .... we both said would never patronage them again .... sad ☹️👎🏽
