Worked here before moving to Chicago and I always had a stable job with them. Paid on time, checks always correct and great communication. They always professional and courteous with everyone. Need a place to find a stable job, you need to come here

My experience with Primary staffing has been a great since I started using them to find work in the last 4 months. From my own personal experience staff are alway professional and friendly wether it’s by phone or in person. During the last 4 months working for them I haven’t had any issue receiving my check on a time matter. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a job to contact the helpful staff at Primary.

When I was signing legal paperwork, I was told it would only take a few minutes because they assumed I would sign without reading. They didnt have the videos ready and were a mess.The first gig was at a warehouse that decreased the pay from ten to nine dollars an hour on the fifth day. They would not tell Primary Staffing why.The next warehouse over staffed by twelve or so temps and gave us the option on the first day of going home or working at a different place twenty minutes away for a dollar an hour less with no warning. No one took responsibility. Primary Staffing did nothing.A few days later they called me three times. I tried to leave them a message but their voice inbox was full. I called back the next day, and they offered me a job half an hour away. They said the job would be done at 10:30 pm and that a bus would be provided. The job actually ends at 11 and there was no bus.They have been unhelpful, unclear, and possibly dishonest.

Do not work here! I repeat, do NOT work here!! They belittle you and do not treat you with respect! My experience there was beyond disturbing. My friend and I worked there (for a day of course- after that treatment there’s no way anyone would return) They yelled at us like we where supposed to know what to do at the job without anyone explaining things and lie about other positions that pay more.. not to mention they didn’t inform us about not being able to park at their facility so we had to park ONE MILE AWAY!!!If I could give zero stars I would! Do yourself a favor and NEVER work here!

THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES!! THEY DONT PAY ON TIME AND THEY LIE ABOUT POSITIONS THEY HAVE AVAILABLE!

I don’t recommend this staffing agency to anybody at all!. The first time my friend and I went to apply there was because I had seen an ad from them on Facebook that they were hiring for $15 position. When I got there they didn’t even know what I was talking about and I showed them the ad on my phone and they were like “ Oh that position we still don’t have available but the only one we have right now is at a gift warehouse, we’re we will put you in Q.C for $12.75 and later we will get you the $15 position for sure since you have all the requirements”. ITS ALL A SCAM THEY NEVER DID. Also the ladies that were there kept answering personal phone calls and the one in the back kept taking selfies. When they ask us for our name I wrote down my name so they can program it in the system to get my application started. They spelled my first name wrong after I had physically wrote it down. That wasn’t all! When It was time for them to take a picture for an agency I.D they printed it out i received it. Then went home and when I checked it wasn’t even my name on the I.D it was my friend name with my picture 😑. Also when you try to call the agency regarding an issue or any questions or to even call off they never answer their calls they have this operator. What kind of service is that !?

Really upset about this agency they told me to go apply in person I did I did al the steps of the paper work & they said I will get a call never got the call today I call them they said I start tomorrow but didn’t follow up with the location & then couple min ago they said they don’t have that job available no more smh!!!!!!

They are unprofessional . They send you to places to go work to get yelled at. Expect new employees to know whats happening in the work environment . Doesnt matter where they send you anywhere they send you to work you get mistreat and they dont care for their employees .Only to make money out of you . They dont pay on time !

The secretaries are very attentive

They provide good service, with good customer service.
