Excellent customer service. Ive been with them for almost 5 years. Sam and Ann are great. I really recommend this place to everybody.

I am giving three stars because the gentleman there did very good work. Unfortunately the woman I was left with to complete my nails did a very bad job. I went to get my acrylics removed as well as have a manicure done. I was first sat with a woman who didn’t know how to remove acrylics so the gentleman stepped in to shave them down and apply acetone. He did a very good job and seemed to know what he was doing. I was then passed to another woman who took the foils off after only a few minutes, meaning the acrylic hadn’t soaked enough. Her solution was to file down all of the acrylic. She cut my fingers and when I complained she scoffed at me. She shaved the edges of my real nail on my thumb so much that it is very soft and painful to the touch days later. You can see the unevenness of my nail and the redness where she shaved the nail too deep. Once she was done shaving the acrylic she proceeded to put lotion on my hands and arms, without brushing away the acrylic dust. When I asked to wash my hands first, because she was rubbing acrylic dust up my arms, she again scoffed at me. When I sat back down after washing my hands she didn’t even finish the manicure and just painted my nails. It was very immature and unprofessional.

They do good work. But the wait time was a little long, I know its v~day today. But I wanted to get away anyways lol. They really take there time. I hate feeling rush. I will be back m.

I’ve been loyal to Loving Nails for over a year now. I keep coming back because of their consistently amazing service. Sometimes I will have to wait even if I make an appointment but it’s so worth it. Lucy always takes her time in making sure my nails are perfect. I was in a pinch one day and tried another salon and quickly regretted it. Thanks loving nails for always being the best!

Sammy probably does one of the best acrylic and mylar manicures, anywhere! He has a great sense of humor and really tries to get to know his clients. Ann is amazing and gives the best pedicures in the entire County. Cathy is really good, too! This has to be one of the cleanest shops, too. I highly recommend you make an appointment or you may wait a long time or have to come back later as they have a long list of regulars that make appointments.

I love this salon! After recently moving to the area, I had to find a new nail person. I’ve been twice and have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone works quickly, but they do an amazing job. I have acrylics with regular polish and never have any issues with chipping.

Love this nail shop❤!! A friend recommended me here & I havent found many places that does stiletto nails well. Also their pedicures are awesome. Definitely a keeper. Just schedule an appointment, very busy shop...but understandable.😊

This place sucks!! I went in with my girlfriend early Sunday once they opened and they started her nails immediately. Unfortunately once others starting coming in, they stopped doing her nails. We waited 10 minutes, then another 20. She was not even acknowledged once during this time. Mind you, she is sitting there with her nails half done. They completely disregarded and disrespected us. I called to voice my concern but all they could say was come back and we’ll do them right now, but they should have been done while we were there. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude staff.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to in four states. Was visiting with my parents and stopped here with my mom for a pedicure and manicure. The polish on my nails started to peel off within the hour. By the next day it was half way off all the nails. Ive never had an experience like this and I believe they must have severely thinned the nail polish for it to peel like this so quickly. My mom asked for her eyebrows to be waxed and thinned and they look like nothing was done to them. I had to visit another nail salon to redo everything I already paid these people to do. I would not suggest this place of business.

Staff was rude and highly unprofessional. Nail tech had no idea what she was doing. Will not be returning.

I am just a regular guy who likes a good pedicure (& no, I dont get my toenails painted). This is the cleanest place I have ever been to and they give the best pedicure. Very family friendly. See MJ, she is legendary.

I was on the search for a new place. Im super picky with how my nail shop looks and the work that is done. And once I came to this place, the search was over! I love this place and Sam is awesome! I go like 3 weeks without needing a fill.

Pay very close attention to the color you pick vs the color it is. They cant do tips very well at all. 3 different people did my fill and color. One of my nails is crooked, the colors I picked arent even no where near what I picked out. I wouldnt never recommend them to anyone.

Came in town from Atlanta- The Nail Capital of the South. Did not feel welcomed and was denied service.

This is the worst nail spa I have ever been to. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had a pedicure and the nail polish was so thin it looked awful. I also had my eye brows done and when I got home I couldn’t even tell that they had done them. I will never use them again
