Made an appointment and went for the first time today on a recommendation from a Co- worker that always has very lovely nails. Great experience. Very clean and really nice inside. Not only are my toes pretty and ready for summer, I was super relaxed. It was exactly what I needed after a long day!! Excited to find a new nail place!

Came here WITH an appointment to fix 2 nails and sat for 45 minutes for THIS in 5 minutes. This salon is terrible and the service is worse. They didnt even update my polish he just told me hes going to do only clear. I was over it at that point and just said whatever. This was insane and Ill literally never be back.

1st time here I do recommend them a 100% I normally go somewhere else but this guy named Brian won me over I did have to wait 15 minutes over my appointment but I did understand they were busy I also made an appointment for a pedicure but I did understand they were busy and I didnt have the time to wait any longer... I do recommend for you to make an appointment dont just show up because they are busy but they are worth the weight... My new spot now!

This may have been the worst manicure I’ve ever had. As soon as I said I wanted a basic manicure (not gel) the staff was rude and cold. They only are friendly to the clients paying $$$ and the quality was terrible!

Brian was so attentive and took the time out to listen to my concerns. Previously, I had a horrible nail experience and was so thankful for him and how gentle he was and informative…I will be going back!

Brian is really amazing especially when it comes to shaping. He doesn’t just file the nails makes sure it’s shaped in a way that fits your hands. He really takes pride in his work.

Bad experience. Not only were they rude when I was asking about the prices, but the nails look horrible!!! Two are crooked, and the French Manicure shows brush marks in the white tip! The press on nails I had from Walmart looked better.

I received a manicure yesterday and by today nearly every nail has chipped and looks terrible! I brought my own nail polish (Louboutin —So it’s good stuff) that I’ve used at other salons with zero issues. Not sure what went wrong but I’m really disappointed! The two stars are simply because the lady who did my nails was lovely.

Danielle is awesome with the lashes I highly recommend her she takes her time and once you’re done the lashes look just like they belong to you. She’s the best💯💯💯💯💯

I normally get my long, coffin acrylics with some jewels but I wanted to switch it up for a bit. I have never had a designated nail artist because unlike normal people, whenever I have an inkling of wanting to get my nails done I have to go in that day. For Le Nail Spa, I actually booked an appointment for a change. Will definitely go back!

Great service! Very friendly staff! For the first time ever I told the worker I wanted blue but didnt need to pick my color, she actually picked one for my nails and toes and I absolutely love it! I couldnt make up my mind on type or design, she was kind enough to try different colors until I was happy, just kept wiping the polish off and starting again! I have nothing bad to say about this place, and I normally have something I dont like about a place cuz no one is perfect but its awesome here!

This has been my favorite nail salon so far! I got a pretty constellation inspired nail art done by the owner herself and she was so patient in making sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy with how my nails turned out! I love the ambience of the place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint, relaxing spot to get their nails done.

This was my first time to Le Nail Spa. I tried several other places but wasnt satisfied. The owner did an excellent job on my nails. So pleased! Also, the staff members are very nice and friendly! Will be back!

Le Nail Spa you are the best! Got my gel fill today! Marble and chrome nails! Love it! Technician is awesome! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and I told her I want something similar to the picture. She did exactly that. She was fast and quick didnt take that long a all.

Ive always wanted to find a nail salon that I could trust and I finally found it! Ive been going here since they first opened. If you go a few times, they will remember you and call you by name every time you arrive. I am not the only person that loves this place so if you want to try it be sure to make an appointment because they can be super busy.

Mimi is fabulous! She is prosessional and meticulous. I followed her here when she and her husband opened Le Nail Spa because she is such a fantastic manicurist. The new space is light and airy--so pleasant.

This shop is under new management for 4 months now, always excellent service and no complaints. Glad all the negative responses were not on them. Mimi is excellent my nails and toes always look neat and I always get compliments.

Awesome pedicure and friendly people. I was a walk in on a whim when I saw the good reviews and was in great need of a good pedi. They took me right away and I had a fantastic experience. My pedi has lasted more than 2 weeks now. Certainly worth every penny. I will definitely be back!

Came in this morning for gel nails and loved the process and results I stayed for a deluxe pedicure. I have found the one clean, comfortable and friendly.

Found our new go to place for our (mine and hubbys) pedis! Every one was so nice, environment is clean (and new), very thorough in cleaning your feet, great massage/nail art and the best part for us is they are conveniently located in Bull City Market! See you guys next month!

My Mother-in-law treated me to a pedicure here. She’s been a few times, this was my first to this salon. I liked it, the atmosphere was clean and bright. The woman in charge was friendly, did a good job and my toes look great. I have little kids and am very negligent of my toes so she had to do a lot to get them ship-shape which they patiently did. I also loved that there was no stench of chemical nail smell which is all too common in nail salons.

The experience here is very bad. Here I find things very unsanitary. I hope no one has gotten any infection from their tools

Super sweet nail techs, lovely calm atmosphere. Simply wonderful.

It took over an hour and a half to finish, hurt and made me bleed around my cuticles and even the tips of my fingers, and was still the most mediocre 50$ manicure i’ve ever received. they’re very nice though and want your nails to look nice it just isn’t quite there.

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this was the worst manicure I have ever received.A friend and I walked in the door and are asked what we’d like. We request gel manicures and a male employee gestures at a wall and say “pick a color.” I was confused, as I have had gel polish done before and knew the bottles were blacked out to protect the polish from uv rays. All the bottles on the shelf were transparent. When I asked “are these all gel?” He said yes, yes. So we each picked a color.Because there were only two employees, I had to sit with my friend as she got her nails done. When clipping her cuticles, our manicurist made her BLEED. He did not apologize.When he started painting her nails, he went way too close to her cuticles and got paint on her skin around the nail. He proceeded to blame her, claiming that when she spoke to me, she withdrew her hand, causin the manicure to be “ugly” (his words!!).Finally he went to wipe her nails with remover to finish the manicure and discovered that the polish we had selected WAS NOT GEL. He blamed US for not knowing which bottle was which, and had to use an electric file to remove the poorly done manicure. I watched as other patrons were given complimentary drinks, and we were offered nothing.This entire process took over an hour, and I had yet to be helped. Another employee emerged from the back, so that each of us received a manicure at the same time. I have gel polish on my fingers, and they trimmed my nails very short, and uneven.The gentleman tried to be congenial after he had chastised my friend, but the damage had been done. During my manicure he coughed on my hand. By the time we left, we had spent over two hours in the salon.Overall, very unprofessional, unenjoyable, and not a fun putting. I was sad I had subjected my friend to such a terrible manicure. I would stay away. For the price, it is certainly not worth it.
