So far, so good! Techs are super nice and accommodating. Haven’t had any lifting of my nails!Only complaint is they are expensive ($50 fill in)They need to display their prices.

First time here and I can see myself being a regular. It was clean, inviting, and my mani/pedi was of quality. Didn’t feel like they were rushing me in and out of the chair like some places. They are a little expensive.

Dont come here. Just another nail salon full of people who hate what they do and it shows in their work.First of all I asked if he could do an ombre and he just flat out said no. Ive had ombre done elsewhere before with dip powder and it wasnt hard at all. This place only had myself, my sister, and one other client so its not like they were too busy. Anyway I took it as a sign and decided to go with a single color. I really love the color (Hazelnut) but the technician didnt do a flawless job at all which I would expect for a $70 service.When I request stiletto nails I expect them to be very pointy, which is the whole point of the style. I kept having to ask the tech to file more to get the shape I want. Also for some reason the thumb nail is longer by about a quarter inch than all the other nails. I didnt notice it until they were already painted unfortunately. Right before the tech was about to paint I noticed that my pinkie nail (pictured) had a weird edge to it. I asked the nail tech what was up with it and he said you wouldnt notice it when it was painted. Well as you can see, its still noticable lol.Next I requested a matte top coat. Ive had it several times before at other places with no problem. He puts the first layer on and after they come out from under the UV light I noticed it had given the nails a weird splotchy texture like it didnt coat evenly. I pointed it out to the tech and he said it was my fault because I didnt have my hand under the machine far enough. I find this really hard to believe. Ive never had that problem anywhere else. I believe the light they use might be older or maybe a cheap matte product. Anyway he kindly took the matte top coat off and applied a regular glossy top coat, which I was happy with.A couple other things I didnt notice until later is how see through they are and also how crooked the index finger nail was. Mind you, I know my actual index finger is crooked but even if you just look at the finger tip it looks off. Ive never had that see through problem before either and not sure why it did that. The tech applied about 3 coats.I will not be coming back.

They did an okay job until the guy doing my nails was working on my cuticles and picked so hard it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Still charged me an extra $15 for cuticle care after they messed up.

Very clean place i went to get a full set price was only $20 and i said cotton candy paint so the lady took it upon her self to say she did gel nails and i had to pay 55 bucks. I will never pay that price ever again. So Ridiculous

Went today and my pedi/mani service with Mary was awesome! The staff as a whole was really nice BUT It wasn’t until Mary suggested that I get my eyebrows done that everything went down hill. I am normally hesitant about getting them done because they are never the way I want them, I’m assuming that it was the owner that did my eyebrow wax. I specifically told her that I wanted them CLEANED UP because I did not want them thin. I have been growing them out for about 3/4 months just to get them to the thickness that I wanted. LORD behold, she handed me the mirror and they were thin, I said they are thin and she states that the shape bring out my eyes blah blah blah. THAT WAS NOT THE POINT!!! I asked to have them CLEANED UP not arched to the way you thought they should be. I have been a hairstylist for 20+ years and I give my clients what they want not what I think they should have. I may suggest something and if they agree then I will do it, if not then I want...I will not take it upon myself to do something that they specifically stated upfront that they did not want. That’s how you lose clients. I’m really disappointed because it was not what I asked for. Start listening to you your clients before you performing a service.

I decided last minute to stop in to get my nails done. I had never been to the salon. I most definitely will be going back. The husband and wife team did an amazing job on my nails and toenails. They were both so sweet. Normally when I go to a place, the technicians chat to each other the whole time, the wife actually tried to get to know me. It was the most personal experience Ive had a nail salon. My new go-to place!

Trina is great! I read some bad reviews about this salon so I started not to go but decided to try it out anyway since it was close to my job. Im so glad I did! Trina did a wonderful job on my nails and Im very picky. The salon is small but very comfortable and clean. Ill certainly be back!

The pedicure was amazing, I really like that they use a paraffin wax. Unfortunately the environment wasnt the cleanest and the nail tech did not wear gloves. When I encouraged him to do so he didnt understand me and the translator told me he only wears gloves sometimes. Never have I paid $40 for a gel manicure. The tools used were NOT even sanitized and the tech filed my natural nails as if they were acrylic. This shop is dirty and its my 1st and last time there. It was on a Sunday and followed a friend in this area to do some shopping. I do my nails in Cary and never paid more than $32. Waste of money.

You’ve heard the phrase shoot first and ask questions later??? That’s what they do at this place. If you don’t know the procedure or limitations of nail products, don’t let them touch you until they educate you or you google it. They chopped my fake nails first and then informed me that when you have ombré style nails, if you want a different color you have to get a new set. I was so mad that they didn’t told me that when I specifically said I want a refill and I want a different color.... After chopping the nails from one hand she tries to remove a nail, without care, I let her know that she’s hurting me and she tells me she needs to do it to remove the nail and put the new set on. I let her know again that she’s hurting me and she just go harder on me and says “it’s okay new nail will look pretty” I stopped her, told that wasn’t working with me, grab my stuff and left. Went to other salon and they did it pain free. lv salon you won’t see me again!!

If I could give them a rating of 0, I would! Went to get a white and pink solar fill-in because I didnt have time to drive back to my normal salon and they did a horrible job! First off, they told me the price was $40. Secondly, they paint on the white instead of using the pink and white powder for solar nails, which is what my salon does. The guy missed the tips of my fingers when applying the white, but instead of fixing it, he proceeded to finish them. I complained and he called another gentleman over to fix it. The white he applied to the tips ended up being a brighter white and it was very obvious. I complained some more and he called a woman over to fix it. They said they would have to redo my nails. I didnt have time for them to do that because I had already been there almost two hours. The woman ended up applying white back over top of the previous white and said I was finished. My nails look horrible. When I went to pay she told me it was $45, so I told her that was not what they said before. She said they were charging me $5 because they trimmed my nails (and I mean trimmed)! Had I of known they were going to charge me for that, I would have clipped my own nails. Please NEVER go to this salon!!! I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I went.

Nails started breaking off a week after ! I paid $35 and I dont believe its a gel set. I feel cond. I even went in to complain they were very rude and presented me with their refund policy which is at the counter that i didnt go to because the lady collected my money during service ! Worst experience ever

Great atmosphere, clean and sanitary, best nail techs around! Trina and her family moved form their previous location in Apex to this beautiful little shop in Durham. They use sanitation equipment that you would find in a dentists office, and the beautiful decor and friendly nature of the staff makes it worth the trip-I am going back there today after several months of trying to find someone good in my area. There isnt anyone who can compare, and I decided its worth the drive to get my nails done right.

They are extremely expensive. For gel mani and pedi is 110 and I’ve had better in Durham for 40 dollars less. Not worth the price at all.

This nail salon is a rip off. I stayed basic pedicure and shellac manicure plus wax lip $105 . I was in and out in a hour that tells us how relaxed I was. A lady before me was complaining to she got a regular pedicure and a boy about 12 a manicure and pedicure her Bill was $88. I was like what. Will never return to this place that tries to cheat people. Because they know I said basic pedicure but charged $35 for deluxe nothing deluxe about it my right toe is a mess cut a V. In my big toe ...big mess.

I just moved here from Florida and I felt like I was never going to find a nail salon that would top mine back home; this one did. Very clean and everyone is approachable and nice. Tons of colors to choose from as well!

I have been going here 10 years now. The prices have gone up during the years. I know all the staff and if I am not happy which is rare they always make it right. They are so sweet and yes they are a little expensive but they spend 3 hours on my mani and pedi. I love Tom and Trina.

Unfortunately, I can not trust the staff in this salon after having my engagement ring go missing. I received a spa pedicure and manicure at the same time and with one hand already in wax, allowed my nail technician to take my wedding ring and engagement ring off. The rings were out of my site after a pillow was placed in between my hands and the table she placed my rings on. At the time, I did not think anything of it - but did notice that she put her tools back into her pockets which were right next to my rings. Following my massage, she placed my wedding band back on my finger but could not find my engagement ring. I was not too worried at the time, b/c rings dont just vanish. However, following 20-30 minutes of searching, I became worried and suspicious. I ended up having to call the police to file a report and my nail technician immediately began helping another customer - and laughing. I thought was suspicious (at the very least insincere) given I was crying, upset and had expressed to her that the ring was my grandmothers from 1940 - not to mention expensive.The police filed a stolen report but could not search the premises which I understood. As Im a person who doesnt like assuming the worst in people I gave the staff my contact information and they said theyd call back right away if it was found. I went home, called my insurance company and got pictures of the ring from my appraisal paperwork to bring back to the salon so that they had an official picture. My husband accompanied me on my return an hour later. I could not even get into the store before being rushed out (I guess they thought I was going to make a scene) by the same gentleman who said hed call me right away if the ring was found (he had gotten up from doing someones nails). In short, he told me the ring had been found in the bottom of my nail technicians jean pant cuff (and made a pointing motion to his jeans). The reason why I do not believe this story is b/c she was wearing very tight/very skinny jeans with ZERO cuffs. I know this because I was staring at her jeans during the search trying to see if the ring was in her back pocket. I was then asked to pay $45 for the service I got - which did not include a polish or foot massage due to the interruption of trying to find my ring. I was so stunned but also so happy to have my ring back that I actually paid the fee and left. After calling the Durham police back to cancel the investigation, the officer told me it was probably best to find another nail salon. I hate the fact that Im posting this, but believe its important to let others know. Lesson learned for me, Ill never take my rings off again and I will be finding another nail salon.

They recommend me this salon so I dedice to go and get my nails done! First the gels manicure was $35 plus extra $5 to take off I got it done on Friday and today Monday is coming off! Than u decide to get eyelashes! For the first time WORSE mistake ever. Next day Saturday the day of my event my eyes were red and around my eyes was red and pumpy wich it ruine my plans. It was so uncomfortable. She put way to much glue! So I pay $95 on Friday so that Monday would look like is already two weeks old! Worse experience ever never coming back to this salon

I went to this salon today to get a gel fil-in, and I will NEVER go back. I have been getting my nails done this way for almost three years, and before that I had acrylics, so I am familiar with nail salons. This place was terrible. My gel fil-in is riddled with tiny bubbles, and the white gel part was airbrushed on instead of done in gel. Further, my nails were so poorly filed before the gel was put on that the last fil-in is really really obvious. I told the technician my issues, and he couldnt understand what I was saying. So another technician came over and explained to him what I was upset about, but at this point he had already totally screwed up my nails and it was too late. When I went to pay, the woman told me it would be 40 dollars. Everyone else charges 30-35 for this service. When I asked why it was so much, she told me it was because I wanted the nails re-filed. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

So I went here for a pink and white fil-in yesterday. The technician started giving me regular acrylics, and when I argued, he assured me that they were gel even though they were obviously NOT. These people are LIARS!!!!!!!

She took my fake nails off just start clipping away then tells me it’s gonna be $7 per nail I’m like uh no then she says halfway done it be cheaper to do new set whole deal cost me $60 and I left w my own nails W a thin layer of acrylic and next fill in at another salon asked who did it
