Literally I just walked out from the worst experience ever. I have been to this place on four other occasions but this is by far the worst. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure. The fact that there is also STILL gel polish from my previous pedicure is definitely deal breaking. After such a care free slack pedicure I told the nail tech to just cancel the manicure. They definitely haven’t mastered Quality over quantity. Steer clear if you are looking for Quality nail work.

I absolutely love Allure Nails. I’ve had my nails done at Allure for many years. In fact, I moved from the are and still make the 30 minute commute to stay with Allure. They truly never disappoint.Customer service and cleanliness is 5 star !!

One of the best places to get your nail extensions! Nolan is absolutely brilliant. Their rates are cheaper than others too. Very flexible to do your own designs and have several options. I would highly recommend!!

Today i went in to do my weekly nail appointment and whoever answered the phone didn’t put my appointment in. Usually I get the name of who I’m speaking with. I didn’t think I’d have to do this here. They didn’t offer a solution or anything I was just out of my appointment because they didn’t put it in the book. I usually go with Jenny who does a great job. I’m very disappointed as this is usually a pretty good place. Guess I’ll be looking for another shop near where I stay. It’s a shame.

The first time I visited this place, it was good. However the second time I visited, I was asked to mask up while other customers were not. There were snide remarks made about Indians being frugal/always bargaining by the person, Nolan (owner) who did my manicure. He kept bringing rude comments throughout the session making it an unpleasant experience. They ran out of both the colors I requested for, so I had to settle with what was available. No water was provided on request. No hand massage or cuticle oil was used while I saw the ones next to me be treated differently and massaged. When I requested for water, they said they ran out of water as well.. Cuticle oil was applied in peanut amounts after I insisted, terrible customer service. Prices hiked apparently due to Covid!If you are looking to be treated with dignity and equality, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT!

Tried twice. Not sure why this place is so busy. The pedicure was just okay and their customer service was subpar. My guess is that some people are not welcome so they make sure those unworthy people never return. Warning if you are trying this place out after reading some great reviews.

It was cool, my usual nail salon was closed due to unforseen circumstances and my nails were a mess so I needed to get them done. My nails looked great, the conversation was cool. The atmosphere is a little different from what Im used to and to be honest I felt a little out of place but overall I was satisfied.

Jenny was very nice, professional and attended to what I liked. She fixed a misshapen set of nails. She was gentle as requested too.

I love this place! First off, there is never a long wait. However, I do recommend calling ahead. Second, the place doesnt smell like acrylic chemicals. Its very spacious with great ventilation so you dont have get high on the fumes. Their pedicure chairs are new and they use the plastic to wrap the bowls so each time you know its sanitary. They use scrub and hotstones for massage and a hot towel with a minty gel to top it off. Their manicures also come with a hot towel tub down as well. They do an absolutely fantastic job all around!!!

Jennie was amazing! I am somewhat new to North Carolina and have been searching for a really good salon that can do my pedicure and pink and white the way that I like to have it done. I called many salons and no one was able to do it. I googled the top five salons within the Raleigh area. Out of all of the salons that I called, Jennie from Allure salon was the only one that was able to do my nails and pedicure the way that I wanted them done. I sent her the picture of my pedicure that I previously had done prior to moving here she said yes I can do it! I made an appointment and I was extremely pleased how patient she was and she took her time. Great customer service, she’s extremely personable as with others within the salon . Allure salon is definitely my new place for getting my nails and pedicure done! I would just like to add one more thing anything anything you want done to your nails Jenny can do it and she works with you until you’re happy!

They were able to fit me in for an appointment last-minute the night before my wedding! They were super nice and I will definitely go back. My nails looked perfect for my wedding. This was my first gel manicure and it was well worth the price. My only issue was that one of the staff took off their face mask while we were talking.

Allure is clean and has a friendly staff. Nolan is my nail tech. He takes pride in his work. His eye for detail is awesome. You will really enjoy the job well done!

In response to COVID, the establishment has newly constructed plexi-glass (extra layers) disease - preventive protection boards to separate each patron from his/her care giver; restrict the number of patrons inside; and encourage the use of appointments. The salon is immaculately clean and the staff are skillful, well organized, licensed, and caring. Time within can be an extraordinary Vietnamese cultural experience.

The person who did my nails was very nice. However it hasnt even been two weeks and my gel polish is already peeling off and cracked. It seemed like their equipment was kind of outdated. I went there since it was convenient and close to my house but I will just keep going to my regular salon that is further away.

They are quite skilled. They didn’t cut too many cuticles as other customers mentioned, but they did super nice massages on my lower legs. I think the owner could give a general answer regarding this matter.They charged me $29 for the spa pedicure, however it says $27 on the menu. The owner needs to verify the price or update his or her menu. I would appreciate the owner also gives an answer on this matter.

My favorite nail salon :) they got to know me by name and always treat their customers extremely well! they always do a wonderful job and Ill miss them when I have to move away for law school! (also the photo attached is my real nails with the dip powder!)

This spa is very nice and they are very conscientious of the pandemic making sure that you have hand sanitizer, adequate space and plentiful plexiglass barriers. Tina always does a great job and my pedicures are always nice and relaxing. Highly recommend.

The first two times I went I was happy, then one of the men started doing my nails and it all went downhill from there. When taking off my SNS he would file it off with a power file and along with the SNS he would file down my actual nails. Id pull away because it hurt but the damage was already done by that point. After this happened I went back just to get it off and man was I in absolute shock when I saw how destroyed my nails were. I went from having long, REAL, strong, beautiful nails to having weak, fragile, short nails (second picture) I realize SNS and gel make your nails a little weaker but you can literally see how raw the top of my nail is from him filing my finger nail in the second picture, and that picture was 3 weeks after too. So you can see the growth. All of my nails were like that. It actually hurt to do anything with my fingers for at least a week. Not trying to sound dramatic but this was traumatizing. I 100% will not go to this salon or probably another ever. This happened two months ago and the parts that havent grown out yet are still so weak.

It doesn’t matter if there are a few customers or a lot. I will wait for the services they provide. Excellent nail manicures, pedicures, etc. By far, Jenny is the best! She always takes her time and makes sure you are pleased with her work? In general all the technicians at Allure Nail Spa are fantastic. Thank you so much for your service and your patience!

Allure is an amazing salon. Everyone that works there has high expectations of themselves and they strive to provide excellent services. I appreciate their scheduling and their up front honesty with “wait times”. Most of all I appreciate the attention to detail given with each visit! And I love how Jennie always makes me feel right at home!

This is my favorite nail salon! Ive been coming here since I moved to Durham and havent gone anywhere else. The staff are incredibly friendly. Ive been getting SNS french manicures and regular pedicures. Im always impressed by how much is included in the regular pedicure. If you want great service at a good price, this is the salon for you!

Allure is a wonderful nail spa. I’m traveling and Brian did a fantastic job removing my acrylic and applying gel. The pedicure was lovely and included hot stones. I would Definitely recommend Allure for the great work and cleanliness of their establishment.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Durham, a lot of things have change for example when you get a pedicure they also massage you with hot rocks for no extra price which is flipping AWESOME and right after they apply a hot towel, a pedicure at this facility is truly heavenly. The store manager Nolan is hilarious and always does a great job with my acrylic nails, its never awkward or quiet he keeps me laughing the entire time. I recommend this place to everyone!

I found this salon because it was near my work. I still drive 35 miles on my day off to get my nails done there. The place is clean, people are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. They always have the crazy new things that you can do to your nails and I love that about them. Thanks Ive been four times now and Im going to keep coming back.

My sisters and I have been to many different nail places and every time we come to Allure Nails it’s a great experience. Love love the pedicures because they are always done right with attention to detail and the price is better than anywhere else I’ve gone. We’ll definitely be back and will be my regular place.

I followed Brian and Tammy from Raleigh to this salon, so I literally drive close to an hour every 2 weeks. Yes, theyre THAT good and worth the drive! The new managment has made many improvements in the last 3 months; the salon is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Very soothing atmosphere, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not your run of the mill nail salon! Great service!

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years now, and Jenny & Nolan have always provided my friends & I with awesome service! Theyre good at all the different nail shapes and keep me up to date on all the new polishes (like cats eye/magnetic, etc.). I can be really picky about my nails sometimes & they always make sure Im satisfied with how everything turns out. In addition to doing perfect nails, theyre both really cool people to talk to. The salon has a noticeably chiller vibe now that theyre the owners 💅🏼

What a lovely spa! The nail tech took such care with my feet and toes. I feel cared for, for sure! It did take a while, though. Only down side.

Close to my job when I was getting off work so I decided to try it out. Wasnt doing anything special...just polish change on my toes since I was short on time. Staff was very friendly! The girl that did my toes was great! Friendly, talked to me and my toes came out looking great. Id definitely come back to get a pedicure and other services when I have time!

This was my second visit. Excellent customer service. Clean, fresh, well lit establishment. Friendly techs, relaxing music and chandeliers. Huge color selection as well! Also, wine and coke are available. I’ve never left unhappy! Love them!

I absolutely love this salon! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is very serene and tranquil. Mai and Nolan are my go to technicians. They both take their time and have great attention to detail.

Disappointed. They over charged every party in my group. Their price list said $53, and we were charged $70 and no one could explain how this happened. I had a decent staff experience, but I witnessed a very rude and pushy staff member with another client trying to rush her and acting like the client wasnt going to pay her...this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. One of my nails smudged before leaving the store, I should have known it was a bad sign when our nail techs quickly left once we were finished.Also, 2 days after getting my nails done they are chipping...for 70?! I could have gone somewhere else and gotten gel for this price and my nails wouldnt chip. Overall, upsetting experience and theres plenty of other local places to go that wont rip you off.

The best nail place with the most friendly staff. We went in on the grand opening day and we were treated like queens. Stacy and her husband are so sweet and will not let you leave until you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

The first few times I went to Allure I was impressed, especially with the shaping of my acrylics. There is one person who I really like and took time to make my nails perfect. The last two times I went it was less than two days after my appointment when my polish started peeling off. Also, the last time I went the woman doing my nails rushed through and was rude.

I used to love this place- clean, friendly and professional. Unfortunately last 2 experiences have been lackluster. Cuticles are barely cut- even after request to really cut them. Massage is now so so and pedicure doesn’t last as long because cuticles are barely cut. Very sad to say I won’t be returning. It’s an easy fix to put more effort into the work.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years, but today I went in for the first time in a few months and was really impressed with all of the improvements. They have completely redecorated-the place looks great! Also, between the soft music, diffusers, and service, the whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.

1/10 I do not recommend. The price that you pay does not match the quality of work you receive. They have ridiculously high charges for cut downs, adding gel polish to an acrylic set, and shaping. Also they do not tell customers the same prices, they told my friend a different price than me and we got the same services done. They have a lot of gel colors but they do not have the matching regular polishes for your pedicure, I had to change my color multiple times due to this issue. Please do not waste your time or your money here.

I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been very authentic and I have never felt like anyone was trying to upcharge me or over charge like other salons in the area. The staff is always warm and friendly, and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Not to mention they always do a fantastic job! I would have kept coming back based on these things alone, but the recent changes in management, the aesthetic of the salon, and the new tweaks added to the services give you a spa like feel, which is a nice perk.

I dont not recommend this place. I got a manicure and gel polish. He did a poor job on my cuticles. The gel polish was not applied neatly. In fact there are gaps with no polish near my cuticles! Good thing I chose a natural looking color. Also after I told him I was tired, he said he was tired too. It definitely showed in his work. And the prices are too high for such poor work!

The nail color selection is abundant and the store is beautiful! However myself and a friend went here to get gel manicures and a few days later the polish started to crack. I went back to have it fixed and she only went over 3 nails with gel and a day later it cracked again. The males that work in this store are HOSTILE! The polish is cheap. I will not be back.

Gave this place two chances- once for a manicure and second for a pedicure. same cocky guy who didnt care at all about what he was doing. honestly, painful with my cuticles. refused to cut nails- wanted to file only. none of my nails were ever evenly filed. Paint on toes bubbled immediately because it was still wet when he did second coat, then later the next day the paint smudged. what a waste of my time and money.

I love Allure. I am there every two weeks for gel polish. The only thing that I would complain about at all is that the citrus pedicure says it has lemon and orange slices in the water. I havent every received those. Other than that, the staff is warm and friendly and I love my manicures.

Either their prices are wrong or I got ripped off. There pamphlet says $63 for a gel manicure& pedicure package. So I have no idea why I paid $81. With tip. Great work but they either don’t go by their actual prices or they just like to make you pay whatever they feel. Good place just hope they get their prices right. So you actually know what you paid for.

The service was fast, I was the only client at that time but... The lady barely touched my feet with a brush. She definitely did not put any force into scrubbing my heels. She didnt even brush all over and started massage. I thought she will do scrubbing later but no. I left with the same rusty feet as I came with and my heels are still scratchy.

I went a while back and everyone was so friendly and nice so I decided to treat myself to get my nails (acrylic) and toes(pedicure) done two weeks ago and when I got there the man cut my fingers two times; causing me to bleed badly on one nail and acted as though he did not care ! Afterwards when I asked why it cost so much for my nails and feet she caught an attitude and then took out tipping money ! I knew it wasnt going to be cheap to get everything done but it was still overpriced especially after the bad service I received ! I dont event want to leave one star but Im telling you all DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!
