Both my husband and I tried to contact Top flight numerous amounts of times through out different times of the day considering the time zone difference and I am never able to get in contact with anyone. I used the client portal to send a message and their response was a scheduled call I NEVER received. I and beyond done with his company! My husband has seen absolutely no results. No one is calling us for an update. This is ridiculous.

I have talked to over 30 tax repair consultants in the past 4 days. One of them even lied to me and told me my score was less than what it was.When the agent called I was hesitant to speak. But consultant “ Monique “ was very intelligent and very knowledgeable. She went to speaking and she got my attention quick. She even had my actual credit score in my hands in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is nice, but its hard to get in contact with someone. Especially since they are 2hrs behind my time zone. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone for the past week to cancel my stuff and its always either we are having technical issues or no one is available so I decided to go somewhere else. Hired the company to help with my wife and I credit. We spoke with a person and they told us the stuff that would come off and it would take 6 to 8 months maybe a year. Well 2 years later have spent over 2000 towards this company and have gotten no results. When you call to try and find out about your case no one answers the phone. When you set an appointment no one ever calls you. Dont waste your time or money.

As far as my experience goes, everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous, and when I raised questions they promptly alleviated my concerns. Haven’t used their service (thankfully) but I get multiple unsolicited calls/texts for someone who is not me. I’ve said multiple times they have the wrong number but yet they still keep contacting me. I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and will be taking it to the states attorney general next. My experience with top flight varied. At first,I was not that impressed with the agency after the first contact. The agent seem very young and seemed like he was reading from a script. About 3-5 days later I received another call from the company, this time Kevin was my agent. Wow, what a difference one person could make. Kevin not only sold me on top flight but truly seemed like he wanted todo what his company promised to do, increase my credit score and improve my credit health. This has been the absolute worst experience. I’ve called customer care 5 times and each time after being on hold for more than 30 minutes the call gets hung up. It has been a YEAR and have seen little to no change whatsoever in my credit report. My wife and I are beyond upset and disappointed and are asking for our money back.

They are very informative on what you are getting and how they are different from other companies. They have changed my mind about how long it will take for me to be able to be able to purchase a house for my family. All the information is upfront. Cost is great compared to another company Ive tried in the past and they have a veterans discount as well.

Do Not Hire This Company!!!!! If you actually read these post you will notice that the positive ones are people that just started and that’s because when you hire them they will give you a discount for a positive review.I paid this company over $1500 over a year ago and since then they have only removed two items off my credit report out of 27 that was promised and on 9/30 I have to go to court because I got summoned by one of my creditors. The legal department isn’t helping me because I’m in a different state.So if you want to lose $1500, still have your credit score in the low 500’s and get sued with no one to help you then this is your company.

Signed up with Top Filght Assistance and Smart Credit and was told that they remove inquiries and issues posted to credit after a years time they only removed two items.They make you pay all this money and do very little. They are hard to get ahold of why pay if you cant reach someone even with an appointment. Go to Lexington Law its wayyyyy better. The number they give you makes you hold for a very long time then hangs up.Their Customer Care Line does not address issues they always have to forward you to someone else.Dont spend your money here read all reviews do research believe people when they say they are bad news.

It is Saturday morning, I am going through companies to hire to help me with the hope of repairing my damaged credit. As I read all these reviews and at first glance you see positive statements but when you really read the reviews you see very vague post and the response is the exact same response from the company whether it is positive or a negative post. I have been a member for 7 months. Purchased the most expensive package. Absolutely no results. Always scheduled an appointment every two months. They have NEVER called. I always have to call them and sit on hold, then to be told there has been no progress on my case. They have never notified me that the appointment would be cancelled, no email, no text, no call.I was supposed to receive a trade line as well. I was told they would call me to set it up. Go figure, i didn’t receive the call.After considering canceling my service i was told that $500 would not be refunded if i chose to. Now i am stuck waiting for results almost a year 😢.I was hopeful for this company, now i am loosing my faith.

I been contacting them for the past three weeks with no answer and they been taking money out of my account after they were told that a was going to cancel our contract.
