They cut my toe then wanted me to pay full price. My feet are still hurting. Do not go there. RUN for your life. The nails are better but do not get your toes done there. I hope my feet do not become infected thats how bad it was. Save yourself!!! :(

Worst nails I have ever gotten. and the professionalism just isn’t there. 2 of the mail techs were just arguing back and forth and on top of all that the prices were way too expensive.

If I could do half a star I would! Let’s just say one time almost getting blinded with chemical eyelash glue remover by the salon owner was more than enough for me, to never want to return and always let everyone know if you don’t have to don’t go there! Rude and poor service one of the male techs was nice nice and had waits other than that nothing special.

First and last time going here spent $75 on my nails told the lady I didnt like the color on my feet she got very rude and said she did her job but I thought making sure your customer was happy was your job...i asked her to remove the polish that got on my skin and she walked around ignoring me and another tech had to come remove Do not waste your time or money on this place!

Will skip all over you and have you waiting. Never going there again and been going there for years. Done

My first experience was OK the lady was nice she did my lashes good so I went back to have them done again I go in no one acknowledges me or ask what Im getting I wait about 30 minutes before Im asked what Im getting only to be told the lady who does that is not there I live all the way in Raleigh they wasted my time and because of that I may not be back

This is my third time going there and everytime I get disappointed. I took my daughter to get a pedicure for her graduation she nicked one of her nails and one lady tired to fix it but made it worse. I went there today to give them another chance. I wanted a fill in, first she didnt get all the old acrylic off and put new acrylic on and my nails look brown underneath.i said something to her and she started speaking Spanish, when I clearly heard her earlier speaking English to the lady that was sitting beside me. Second they charged me $30 and all I got was a fill in and to put my color back on. A fill in I thought cost $15 and color $5 .To me I think some of them need to go to school for doing nails because some of them dont know what they are doing. I didnt wanna make a scene because I had my child with me but I will never never never go back there again. I was only there because the one I wanted to go to was not open at the time. Someone need to check their credentials. I know I asked one of them did they go to school for this she said no.. they do not know what they are doing.

I just left here and spent $80+. I have never went somewhere with such poor customer service. My nails look horrendous. I asked for zebra print and what she did looked nothing like zebra print. I told Maria I did not like my nails and she refused to correct her mistake. The only thing good about my experience was my eyebrows. Lala is great but I will NEVER be back. Dont waste your time or money going here. Horrible customer service and nail designs...inexperienced unlicensed people doing nails.

I Called That Morning Before They Opened And A Man Answered He Had Told Me He Was Calling The Manager. She Said She Would Be There At 9. I Sat There With Only The Janitor There Until 9:40. Then She Showed Up And Still Told Me I Had To Wait Until 10 To Get A Full Set. Poor Customer Service, Very Long Waiting Time.

They are bad business they have people in there doing nails and they dont even know how apply acrylic and then dont want to fix there mistake SMH wish Ty was here I will never go back

Unprofessional I waited 3 hours to get a full set. Not knowing I knew Spanish the workers constantly talked about several customers. Also with no appointment they did 7 clients before me! I will never return!

Just left this place very rude and unprofessional and my nails look horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

They are bad one day I went to their salon and I did my acrylic nails and in the third day they went off

I waited for hours to get my nails done. And 2 days later my nail came off.....

I will never go there again my nails came off with in 5 days and went back and told them and they was still gonna charge me got a full set gel at that and you charge me when my nails didnt even last the amount of time it was suppose to never will go to them again they dont know or have good customer service
