Taken piek there for years always very good meat and service bought a hog there couple months ago dont remember whole or half sausage and bacon was fantastic but the ham was awful it had no taste and is toughhtenderloin was very good

I used Hetherington Meat Processing several years ago for the first time, and have found myself committing to having my deer processed there. They are efficient, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. Ive had processors ask me in the past if Id like to pay a fee to have them cut off a rack, cape, or take a skull. Hetherington just asked me what I wanted to do with it, and did so accordingly while I was deciding what types of processing Id like. No extra fee, although I was expecting it. There summer sausage is very good, as well, and is always a huge hit during the holidays. These folks are great!
