In a word: flawless. I am new to the area and approached a new salon with skepticism after bad experiences at two different salons near my new home. I have now visited US Nails three times for a gel manicure -- a neutral, a french and a bright, pearly red. I saw Michelle the first time and requested her on the successive visits. After years of abuse, my nails and cuticles were a mess. But Michelle manages to make a silk purse out of a sows ear with meticulous attention to detail and an artists eye. Her work is not just professional, its FLAWLESS. Cannot more highly recommend this salon. If you can get in on a Tuesday or Wednesday, be sure to request Michelle!

Loved our pedicures yesterday! I booked in advance and they were ready for us on time and so professional with all of the new regulations due to Covid. The pedicures were so relaxing and everyone had such a great time. Its a beautiful atmosphere and all of the staff are friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

Tina has done the best job on an artificial nail set! Second time my Moms been to her and first time Ive been to her as well. I/we will be back!

Nail techs were great. Greeted as soon as I came through the door. Offered a drink( theyve got options) and my nail tech was consistently making sure I felt comfortable and was happy. BOTH times I went. Moved here 2 months ago...definitely gonna be a regular. Feriel was my nail tech the first time. A+

All of the techs here are professional, offer quality service and are over all friendly people! Saturdays are extremely busy, as expected. Ive been coming here consistently for about 3 months and have found my home nail shop.

I had great experiences here in the past with pedicures. Their service is normally unparalleled. I came for an SNS manicure several days ago, with an appointment made 1 week in advance. My nail technician rushed my appointment when one of her regulars walked through the door. She carelessly manicured my cuticles, causing bleeding to 5 of my fingers. Four days later and my cuticles/nail beds are still raw, painful and bleeding if provoked (e.g. reaching for something in my purse). I paid $45 ($50 with tip) for this service. I do not know if I will patron this salon again.

Although they open at 10:00am I arrived at 9:45am and was promptly accommodated. I had just left another nail salon that had no employees on duty because they were all running late. I will be using US nails spa. I love my pedicure and manicure. Thank you!

Okay Will is amazing. The salon is very clean! He answered all my questions about price and service clearly without attitude prior to appointment. Prices are very reasonable too. Wonderful nail salon! I come here after work and they never disappoint! They are quick but good! I brought in my own opi color ( funny bunny) which is difficult to paint and both the lady who did my manicure, They did an amazing job. No streaks or bubbles! Cute little nail salon in town. Very sweet team of nail technicians, great customer service, and overall a very positive environment. Most importantly the technicians dont talk to each other three chairs away like a lot of salons do. Their colors are all the latest and greatest so you can always find something cute or chic. I usually get my gel done by Lilit and my pedicure done by Anna and they both are really sweet ladies. The work is clean and lasts at least 3 weeks.

Great spot! Clean, relaxing & easy parking... Love the owner (pedi), shes gentle & really creative w/ her designs & (gel-mani) does a wonderful job as well as it will last 3 weeks... My tech was hands down amazing in trying create what I wanted that being said I love it if I was paying 45-50 for the service its pricing not almost 80 before tip 15 for 3 tip replacement was high i can usually get all my tip put on for 5 extra again my tech was sweet and liked what she did. But think they need to tell there prices ahead of time would be good

Really upset. My nail lady said she was very experienced and I would not be disappointed. The nail polish looks horrible and uneven. It doesn’t go to the bottom of my nail and it looks chunky.. she also made my nails way shorter than I wanted. She said I’d like it better that way and to trust her. I am the customer and I was stunned to hear her say that because after 20+ years of being me, I know what I like. She also treated me rudely. She was obviously annoyed and agitated that I was “taking too long” to choose colors and kept urging me to hurry up. I should have just left then since she didn’t even let me finish choosing the color before starting my full set. The last complaint I have was she started another customers nails before she finished mine. She was filling in another lady’s nails while I was waiting to get mine painted. This was such a disappointing experience and I will NOT come back or recommend this place to anyone!

I just moved here and tried out this salon for the first time and I can say I will be a regular customer! Feriel was so sweet, kind, and she took great care and time. She asked me if I liked everything after every step and made me feel very comfortable. This was the best manicure I’ve had in a long time. She was super detailed and made sure they were perfect. I went to do manicure and pedicure at this place. For my nails i had gel manicure. Next day, I noticed a straight line scratch on my left leg which i definitely think i got it this when had my pedicure to my legs. Also I could see my gel polish came off the next day.

This place was so fun for my girlfriends and I. Everyone was so nice. Two very small hints. The pedicure message could have been a tad longer and my nail lady cold have done an extra coat on my white nails. They are a very very very off white to a point they have a red tint to them. I would go back to have her do another coat except Im leaving town and don have time. I might be back for nails we will see how long they las without me getting frustrated they arent white but I probably wont cheat on my pedicure okace

Have been here several times and each time my wait has been minimal and the service has been good. Can only speak to the pedicures but if I wanted any other services I would trust them to do it.

I just treated myself to a birthday manicure and pedicure and I brought my 4 year old daughter along for polish as well. They were so kind and patient! They did an excellent job on my nails and my four year old couldn’t keep from touching her nails. They went above and beyond “fixing” her smudges. I will definitely come back. I just discovered this place, I was so excited to find a good nail shop near my house. I tried SNS for the first time and my nail tech was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Prices are reasonable, definitely will be regular here.

I just moved to the area and tried this place by chance. I was welcomed warmly when I walked in. They have member perks on a tablet. The facility was very clean and I noticed the instruments had been autoclave in a bag with an steam indicator. I had a Treat Yourself Pedicure and it was $42. They have a pedicure a tier down that costs $32. I believe my technician’s name was Mike (?) and he was very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back and would recommend them.

Not my usual go to salon as my daughter and I frequent somewhere else that she is more comfortable with. Didn’t have my daughter so I went here as it’s close to work and I used them years ago too. They did a great job and got me back to my natural nails. Painted them to match my daughters volleyball colors and they looked great lots of compliments. I will definitely go to them from now on... now to get my daughter here!!! Their prices are very good too!!!

I finally found a clean salon where the technicians are nice, skilled, and efficient. The prices are also reasonable!!! $30 for a full set of acrylic nails when other salons in the area charge $40-45! Tina was customer service-oriented and very friendly. She is also an amazing nail technician! I will definitely return to see her.

I have been going here almost two years. I usually use Michael, who is the best, but every other manicurist is also excellent.

The sanitation efforts was superb!!! The service my Bestie and I received was One of the best so far. The pedicure was great and we will definitely make our way back to Durham just to see them!

My new home! I have tried several salons all over town.this US Nails ranks no. 1 hands down! It seeks luxury, sophistication, relaxation and a brief getaway from the busy streets of life. The decor is beautiful with fancy lighting and sleek nail bar to open the space and brighten the atmosphere. All for a great price!

My best friend and I visited this salon this past weekend while in Durham visiting with a friend because our usual place was closed. The people here were extremely nice and easy to talk to, and my nails (SNS with tips) turned out beautifully. However, it’s only been about 5 days since I got my nails done and I’ve already had two tips break off. We won’t be back in town until the 22nd of June so I can’t even return to the salon until then to get them fixed and it’s a bummer.

Great find! I love the pedicure chairs. I usually don’t turn on the massage, but these felt great. Small touches, like the warm neck wrap, will have me coming back for sure. The staff are super friendly as well. Will definitely be returning.

Happened upon US nails Spa when I took my son in for a haircut next door at Sports Clips. I walked in, was greeted immediately and shown the array of pedis offered. There was no pressure to upgrade or add on other services. A nice relief from other strip mall nail salons. It was super clean and well maintained. This is a drive for me, but worth it! Pricing was competitive for the area. I will make this my go-to nail salon!

As soon as I walked in the nail spa...nail tech greeted me asked what I was getting...took my temp and had me sign a form...taken right to comfy chair for my pedicure...omg that foot and leg massage was life...she was amazing and I will be going back. Everybody had a mask on and there was only 3 people in the nail spa getting a service... Amazing experience!!!

Best gel manicure I’ve had in a very long time. She did magic with my nails and they seem longer than they really are. Perfect technique for color. Place is nice, very clean and they use good quality products and offered me a bottle of water. Definitely will come back and bring my friends!

I walked into the nail salon and Tina and a customer were going back and forth. Im not even from the area, I was a new customer. The customer was highly upset that the technician had cut her toe which could have been infected and did not even want to give her a refund. I witnessed bad customer service from Tina and did not want to jeopardize getting cut and going through the same experience. I ended up going to Marvelous Nail Salon.

Highly recommend it. Their prices are reasonable and very worth it with the end results and experience. Will definitely return!!! Great selection in nail colors and I never have to wait long.

I had Will today. Im constantly on my feet and have some crazy calluses. Will did a fantastic job removing them all and making my feet feel great and look beautiful again!He has strong hands, so the massage really hit my pressure points. My legs feel great, feet look good. I definitely recommend him for any one else like me.The salon is calm, relaxing and clean. Ive been to places all over RTP and this one definitely is worth a try. They have a decent selection of colors to choose from and were moderately busy. I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes (I called ahead) and no one seemed stressed or rushed!

She also engaged me in conversation, which I really like (I feel so bad if it’s silent!). I’ll definitely go back to this location because of her! (I think it’s worth mentioning that the facilities were very clean. The other team members were kind and outgoing as well).

This place is amazing! I just left with my girls. They got manicures. The hospitality is unmatched as far as nail salons go. They were professional and kind, fast and detailed. They offered us drinks and asked if we were okay. They actually ask if you like the work as theyre working. The space is modern and clean. I loved the experience they gave my girls and the girls are still raving about how nice the techs were. Ill never take them anywhere else in Durham.

I have been in the process of learning to do dip nails on my own nails. I wanted to get them professionally done for a trip I was going on and randomly went into U.S. nails and Mike was amazing! He walked me through each step and taught me how to do it. He was very precise and I have to say it was the best manicure I have ever had!

Im really not sure why this nail salon only has a 3.8 star rating because its definitely 5 stars. Im a flight attendant and I travel a lot. I have to keep my nails manicured for my job so I am normally trying out various salons in different cities. This place is by far the best salon I have been to and the only nail salon that I have gone back to repeatedly. They are friendly and accommodating. They dont rush you to pick out a color (which I have a problem with at most salons). The services are wonderful and relaxing. I love this place! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Very relaxing, the energy from the staff was amazing!

I went to US Nails to get a set of acrylic nails put on one hand to help with my guitar playing, as my natural nails wear down way to fast. This was my first time, so I felt nervous about being a guy going in alone to do this. But the environment and the workers made me feel that there was no judgement. Feriel did a great job and Ive never been so satisfied with how my nails react with my guitar. On top of that, the price was about 50% less than what I was expecting which was the cherry on top. I will definitely be making a monthly trip back to US Nails!

I like this place because they are always on time when you have an appointment and you can get a pedicure in an hour. The place seems clean and they have a good selection. I also like salons the sample so you can get a better sense of what you would like to choose. Its also in really convenient location, shop before and after.

We found this nail salon on Google and decided to give it a try because the reviews were pretty good. We were here during busy hours and had to wait. The girl did my nails and she was absolutely amazing. She gave me plenty of options on colors and nail shapes. I let her decide and I loved the outcome! Would definitely come back!

Wanted to love this place because it it close to home. Staff wasnt overly friendly. Place appeared clean. Only purchased a classic pedicure. Pedicure looked great when I left but the polish cracked on each of my big toes the same evening. Couldnt return to have it repaired because I was leaving the country the next day. Wont return.

I came from Virginia to get my nails done I will not recommend this place to anyone me my daughter and my Cuzn came and got our nails done the same day 1 nail broke of mines and then 2 days later another nail broke to thin and I will not be going back to this place my Cuzn’s nail broke and then my daughter had 2 nails broke hasn’t even been a week yet

It took me a long time to find a great nail tech in Durham.I got tired of driving back and forth to Philadelphia where I’m from to go to my nail lady. Then I found Feriel and every time I go to her she always does an amazing job and I we always have fun trying some new designs each time.I can’t imagine going to anywhere else.

My experience at US Nails started out well, which makes me feel bad leaving a review like this, but I just dont want other people to go there and get the result I did. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I knew the tech (who was very nice and chatty) was going too hard on my feet with that scraping tool but I didnt realize the damage he was doing until later. I now have two painful slices on my foot that I fear are getting infected and making it painful to walk. I did notice as soon as I left the salon that hed done a sloppy job on my fingers. The polish didnt go all the way to the edges and my cuticles still looked kind of ragged. And then four days after I got the manicure, it all started peeling off! This was only my second gel manicure but I know its supposed to last much longer than that. Very disappointing and such a waste of money.
