Its only one person that speaks some English. My nails are not what I asked for. The tech kept saying she dont understand. They do more talking than working.

This was my first time going to Shalom nail spa. Very clean establishment. Lola is the nail tech that did my nails. She was very friendly and took her time and did a wonderful job with my nails. I forgot to mention this is a new establishment that has only been open for 4 months now. Lots of luck to you Lola and the rest of your staff. I will see you soon.

I went in on a wednesday at 11 am and did not leave until 2pm. The technician did a wonderful job on my pedicure. But rushed on the gel manicure she put on multiple coats bubbled under the uv light she filed my nails while they were still wet. The owner looked at my hands before I left and knew I was unhappy but did not offer to fix them. I will not go back.

My regular nail tech was unavailable so i gave Shalom Nails a try and i was glad that i did. I loved the work that Masai did on my nails. I have a new nail tech!

Lola is amazing makes you feel right at home. She is friendly and does amazing work on nails. Her staff is bilingual in Spanish and English. I enjoy getting my nails done in her clean salon. I highly recommend this place nice staff great prices.

Absolutely the best nail salon. Lola is professional, friendly, takes her time to make sure that my nails are beautiful, and I am always satisfied with the finished product. The price is reasonable and I would not think of going elsewhere. Her pedicure techs also do an excellent job.

They were very professional and my nails look cute af! Not to mention only $25 for a manicure and gels is NOT BAD! I would definitely come back.

The lady who did my nails ended up being in a rush, cut me about two different times with an electronic nail filer, bad attitude, and the way she did my nails was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT LET HER DO YOUR NAILS EVER!!!But! When I went back to ask for the manager or the owner of this place, the owner, who works there everyday Mexican lady, ended up fixing my nails for free. Now SHE is the one who does a WONDERFUL job! I love the way she fixed her coworkers horrible mistake.

1st visit with my daughter and her tech was slow and wasnt very skilled with sculpting her nails. Wed come in an hour and a half before close and didnt feel welcome at all. As we were drying, it seemed that they were more concerned about leaving and not if we were happy with service. After we left, all of the techs rushed out without cleaning their stations or utensils. Im glad to say we wont be back.
