Came inside and they attendant me and gave me a nice looking nail set, it looked nice on me .😊

Second time coming here I was extremely disappointed and not satisfied. The first time I came I went with this older woman and she did an AMAZING job I came back because I wanted the same results and I was super let down. I asked for coral pink with chrome TIPS. This is what I got. This is “coffin” shaped some are so round I’m about to go buy a nail filer and reshape them. They didn’t take their time. They also super overcharged me I paid $110 for a fill in and pedi with $10 tip to each which I don’t even feel like they deserved. Not coming back

Maya is amazing! She is so sweet and listens to everything you want and really tries to go above and beyond. She provided me with exceptional customer service!! My review is one star short of a perfect rating only because the salon is a bit old inside and I’ve been to others that feel much cleaner and more inviting.

I will say that the quality and speed of my manicure was excellent. However, the service here is inconsistent. My friend got brand new tools used on her manicure and a longer hand massage. I had the opposite experience. I also recommend you book an appointment because the customer count outnumbered the staff count.

I had Tiffany and she was amazing. Great work! I was super pleased with the way my nails came out. She took her time and did a great job. I love someone who takes their time to do a great job. Thanks Tiffany I will be back.

I gave this place 3rd try... first time I wanted liquid gel fill- long story short had to come back next day to get 2 new nails since they fell out. 2nd time I tried a different person and next day they looked like I needed a full again, not to mention each time the price I had to pay was different (there is no price list in the salon) 3rd time I tried another person who was rude and didnt do the correct shape- nails looked thick and fake. Also my appointment was at 6pm and I was finally seated at 6:30. Not professional AT ALL. I only gave this salon so many changes because of a convenient location.

Jacob took care of me. I asked for specifics like very very short and to make sure the nails were fitted right. I went somewhere else to get French acrylics put on 2 weeks ago and they were too small and started coming up on the side and underneath between my real nail and the tips, terrible. Jacob made sure my nails were perfectly smooth and covered. He can even do really nice designs!

This was my first time here and had a really bad experience the people are not friendly at all they kept me waiting for half an hour to let me know that they can’t do my acrylics they kept on talking in there language !! Very rude people never goin back again

The owner of this place is very mean. I had my nails done by her and Im not returning there. She was deliberately pulling my extensions so hard even when I told her that it hurt. She heard me, you could see it on her face, but for some reason continued doing so. Do you take pleasure out of peoples pain?? Same to you, same to you...

Today was my first time coming here, and I liked it. Everyone is super nice and friendly there.^Only thing is that I wanted my nails done a sort in way but it didnt come out exactly how I wanted them to be. I asked for coffin nails yet they dont really look exactly like coffin nails at all... They are kind of uneven ..round on some nails.. others nails are a little longer compared to the others..

I was amazed, how fast ladies work. So positive. Very affordable. Convinient parking in front of salon and behind the building.

Worse nail place to go to hands down. Had a 2:00 appointment showed up at 1:50 so I can pick a color and be prompt for my appointment. By 2:45, I still have not been seen while others with appointments for 2:15 or 2:30 was seen. Very disappointed when I reminded someone about 3 times I had an appointment for 2:00, I was brushed off and said I would be seen soon. By 2:50 I made the decision to leave. Again, very disappointed as it was my first time going to this location, waste of almost an hour for nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Excellent service! Nina ( owner )of the Nail Spa goes above and beyond to make her customers satisfied with the service. I never feel rushed here, it is my perfect place to relax! Lee Nails Spa is all about QUALITY, not quantity! I highly recommend!

Ive been going to Lee Nails for years and indeed sometimes I had to wait because I had no appointment, but I have never left that place without a perfect manicure or pedicure. I recently stared to do gel with no chip and have to say that Nina is doing the perfect job always. I am kind of impatient person and she always does it fast and perfect!!! Thank you so much for accommodating me every time!

I am treated like an individual. My nails were done with patience and care. Time is taken with each guest to make sure the color is right and the polish looks great.

I used to love coming here. I had been a customer for 7+ years. I don’t know what happened but the quality has gone down hill. The price is also not consistent. The past 4 times I’ve been here I’ve been extremely disappointed. I havnt been getting what I’ve asked for.Today I tried to give it another try. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted done with my nail for the shape and quality. I even verbally told the lady; I want coffin shaped and I want the nails as thin as possible with very sharp corners. I don’t know what shape she attempted to do but the corners are round and the nail is the opposite of thin. They look like bubbles almost. She clumped the acrylic gel on. Hardly filed it to shape and even after telling her this isn’t what I wanted-FOUR TIMES, and how I wanted it fixed; I gave up. I paid $50 for the worst nails in my life. Also- not to mention... she made me bleed twice and didn’t even acknowledge it when I said “oww” I am very disappointed. The owner was super sweet but she hardly comes in anymore and the staff just seemed to stop caring and listening.

Tiffany is amazing! I came in with some ugly nails from another nail salon and she did wonders to fix them! She fixed the shape and did a pretty ombre! I love them!!! She takes her time and actually cares about her work! So happy I found someone as good as her finally!!!!!

Their prices are higher than other nail spas in the area. My tech didn’t talk to me and nobody offered me anything to drink. It was very quiet, and I felt a little awkward.

Good place

Had a special for one price, went to pay was told something else. No price list or menu. Too much money for a basic no acrylic Mani pedi. Oh I was asked to pay before she started my nails, didnt see them ask anyone else to do this. Also left me under nail dryer noone checked to see if I was done or said anything. I waited and watched for 30min, just got up and left. All this for $60 that included $5 tip BEFORE she started on nails. This isnt a day spa. Will not return or recommend!

I came to this salon couple times, every time Maya did my nails and I was very satisfied. Today I just walked in and didnt schedule an appt. Some other lady ve done my pedicure and she didnt do a good job at all. Very sharply, hurried up, and she painted it very not professionally. Eh. I put two stars only because I did my nails with Maya before.othereise I am not satisfyed. I am very disappointed.

Ive been going here for years. Yes, there are bad days, when you wait too long or my polish job has been less than amazing... HOWEVER, they are always pleasant and professional. Ive always been adked if I want my nails trimmed/filed down or just cleaned up. Ive always been relaxed while there.Ive even been bringing my daughter for a few years, when she was little they always did flowers on some of her nails.This is my go to salon. No complaints amd Ill definitely be back again.

I got great pedicure!

I took my daughter to get our nails done. She has a vascular birthmark on her face. During our mani/pedi my tech asked me about her birthmark which is fine but later went on to ask me what happened when she was in my belly to cause it and did you drink alcohol or something when you were pregnant. I did my best to be polite and explain that birthmarks arent caused by anything. He also asked if I worked and when I said I stay home he said your husband must not like to have to work so much. It was so disrespectful. On top of that he only half did my services (no massage/lotion etc) and clipped the skin on two fingers. I wont be going back and will be sharing my experience with my friends.

I was visiting Lee Nails yesterday. I have made an appointment for regular manicure&pedicure. I have scheduled this appointment at 2.30 so I arrived there around 5 minutes before the time. After 15minutes waiting,Nina asked me to pick up the color so I did it and waited for being sitted.She informed me that Jacob is late and asked if I can wait around 10-15 minutes. I said sure I will. She seated me on a chair and I put my feet on that bowl while still waiting for a technician. Suddenly,the lady showed up by the front desk and asked if there is a chance to make mani&pedi without an appointment. They seated her by my chair and a technician took care about her in couple minutes.I was sooo angry!! I had an appointment 45 minutes ago and I was still waiting while she just came in!!! Finally, Jack finished with another customer and made me a pedicure&manicure as well. I really enjoyed to do my nails from time to time there,but this time made me think that I should find another place. !!!!!!!

For a 2pm pedicure appointment, I didnt get seated for 45 mins. Then I sat with my feet soaking in tepid water for another 20 minutes before someone came over to get started. After waiting 65 minutes, there wasnt one apology. And the pedicure definitely wasnt worth the wait.

This place is incredible. Came in an hour before close on a Friday. My boyfriend got a mani pedi, which turned out awesome. I did have to wait a little bit but being in the beauty industry myself I have PATIENTS unlike some people and can wait. Boy am I glad I did. The design I choose for my gel fill and design ended up amazing, even better than the picture I brought of someone from nail bliss. All nd instead of rushing me out the door the lady stayed almost a full hour after close just to make sure I was happy. And I really am. I definitely will be returning and recommending to friends. The inside of the salon is beautiful doesnt feel like a typical nail salon around here. Even their service menus are beautiful! I am due for a fill and I will for sure be back!!

This is my second time here.Only reason i came back was because i was really satisfied when i came here the first time&Today I came in to do a full set, im very upset in how my nails came out so short. & i told the guy if there was anyway he can make them longer & he told me i should of told him before he had finished the other nails, in my opinion that is very bad customer service, not worth 25 dollars, i dont know if Ill come back because of my experience today

This place is horrible I took my 11 year old child to have some mother daughter time they took my child in first okay fine they asked what would you like I said please just paint her nail guy says okay ask what color and walks my child to her seat I dont feel the need to have to hover over the guy as hes paints her nails. So I waited an hour for them to finally call me girl did an okay job ...so now time to pay $92 umm okay I ask how. Did that happen they said your child had a no chip manicure umm I did ask for that .. they didnt even care they made a mistake the lady keeps saying we provided a service yeah a service I didnt ask for.. thank you so I paid and passed the word to 3 a few of my friends who do go there all they time lets just say they wont be going back. So disappointed

I have been coming here for 11 years. I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails and my overall appearance. Nina and everyone at the salon are very professional, kind and clean.

Worst experience ever. Employees were rude. Made an appointment have been waiting over 40 minutes. On top of that they took people in before me so I have to wait even longer.
