We used this company for our home inspection. Although they came highly recommended by our realtor, our inspection was a major disappointment. At the completion of our inspection, our inspector Doug C had an attitude and acted as if we were bothering him when asking questions about what he found. There were a couple of communication issues as the seller was very unhappy about the unannounced visit by the 4 point inspector, but all in all everything else was fine.

Many inspectors are in and out maybe 90 minutes at the most, though Keith took 2 hrs. 45 mins. and did a very thorough inspection, answered our questions, and provided an initial onsite overview for areas of concern.
