I wish I could give them the 5 stars!! The people are kind and very attentive but I’ve been there twice and the quality of their products is why I just gave them 3 stars I’ve had my no chip mani done for a week and already the top coat on my thumb has started chipping away and on my other finger I already have a chip. The polish looks very washed out. I really want to love this place because of how nice they are but I can’t say I’m happy with the service itself.

I am so happy that this place opened so close to my house. It is definitely a one stop shop. I havent done anything with my hair since before COVID. Jenna did an amazing job with my hair and Im totally in love with the way it looks. Two week ago I had Henry do my first dip manicure with a nice flower design on my ring finger and it still looks great. The space is gorgeous from top to bottom with a soothing ambience. I initially came to the spa for waxing, but now Im a very satisfy customer of laser hair removal. Tami is very friendly and explained everything to the T. I couldnt be happier that this gorgeous place opened up in Des Plaines.

Wonderful experience at White Pearl Med Spa & Nail Lounge for my manicure last week. Andrea was great, was a very relaxing experience.

The spa is beautiful, clean and updated. Tami and staff were very very nice. The quality of my nail job was excellent. But the experience was unfortunately not a good one. It was clear they were understaffed and Tami had to run around at least 7-8 times during my nails to train, answer phone calls, direct customers, etc. I was there getting my nails done for a happy moment coming up and even though I left with beautiful nails, I was extremely stressed out and anxious. When I got home I was exhausted instead of refreshed.Tami had several break downs during my nails as well. It was difficult to see that and still she continued to do my nails. I felt bad and I feel bad leaving this review but it’s my honest experience. The customer shouldn’t have to suffer especially when I had an appointment. I don’t know. From reading the other reviews it seems like it is possible to have a great experience here but mine was anything but.In hopes to rewrite my experience, I will try this place again. I think it was just a really bad day for them that particular afternoon.

I have been looking for a home salon and I decided to try this place. The pedicure I received from Olivia was one of the best (in terms of massage) that I have ever had! She did a nice job with the nail polish too. The photo is the no-chip mani AFTER a week. It still looks nice. I had a coupon, but the mani- pedi is still a good value in this local market without a coupon.

Rachel in the med spa is absolutely amazing! she is so kind and sweet and very patient. she helped me through my problem and was so kind and did everything she could do! Go to her for anything you need!!!

Quality, ValueIt was our first time and I brought my 2 kids in for haircuts the staff Jenna are excellent very professional, kind, and efficient. These are the best haircuts my kids have had!! We will definitely be back!!

It was my first time. I’ve gone to so many nail salons in the past, but this one was different. I guess I was lucky to get ANDREA. She was AMAZING. I just showed her a picture of the style I want and she did it better than the picture. Not only did she do a great job, but she was nice, funny and very social. Be sure to ask for ANDREA next time.

I was recommended this spa by a family member, and I am so glad I was! I am a very happy and satisfied customer, I come here for all of my cosmetic needs including hair, nails, and now even their medspa services! I recently had a minimally invasive surgical procedure here with amazing results! The entire staff was wonderful and extremely professional. The Medical staff was very thorough and precise. They are very helpful and walked me through the entire procedure from start to finish. I felt prioritized and in good hands, all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Great follow up by Staff. Would highly recommend!

Thought I found a 1-stop shop for nails and facial. Guess not, on to the next.. Booked a nail appt (a fill) for 2:30 and confirmed (text and email as proof), walked in about 8min late (Im a bit slower these days due to pregnancy, normally Im on time or early)...she was wprking on someone...I kindly offered to wait a bit and looked at colors...first there was a weird look like i didnt even have an appt at all..then was told Im busy until 4, no offer to reschedule or anything so I asked soooo, I dont have an appt or not?...more weird looks so I just left...& this was after being told to come a bit later on another date 3 or 4 days ago (my original appt), which I passed on because I was so tired by the time the later time came around. Walked back in to maybe get a soak off to just be done with nails all together, the other lady there (playing on her IG feed) couldnt even set me up for that nor even jump on the computer to confirm my appt is showing b/c she was not knowledgeable. Other than the 1 person being serviced, no other customers were there.

Truly recommend Jenna for color and haircuts, I even bring my kids to her. Tamie does a great job at facials, my teenage loves going to her.

AMAZING SERVICE I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY ME AND MY FRIEND AND FAMILY ARE!! We all got our nails did and let me tell you we were beyond impressed! Personally I am beyond picky with how my nails are done and i was so beyond pleased with it. Tammy put the most work and effort into filing my nails perfectly and shaping them so nicely. You can really see how much effort they put in!!! And we had conversations with all the other workers and they’re so beyond nice and caring! They start the best conversations haha!! Love it here definitely coming, worth the price!!!

I went to their stylist Jenna for a haircut and she definitely did not disappoint with her skills. She is super nice and did exactly what I asked for. Shes better then the barber I used to go to in the city! Would highly recommend her for anyone wanting their hair to come out perfect! I will now only go to her for my haircuts. Plus you cant beat the $20 price for exceptional work!!!

This was my first visit to White Pearl and I had the Pamper Me Pedicure. Tamie was my nail technician and my pedicure was fabulous. Very reasonable prices (I am very picky about my pedicures) and Tamie did a fantastic job. The spa is beautiful and immaculate. I was there at a slow time so it was quiet and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Its nice to have a quality salon so close in DesPlaines! Thanks Tamie!

Very Clean and Professional Spa! It is very bright inside and you could really see colors of polish. Chairs are very comfortable also. I had a cut and color. Highly recommend Jenna as a stylist! She asked me what I wanted and even took the time do do exactly what I wanted. I like the personal care rather than a big box salon.

I had my hair done by Jenna. The place is wonderful and looks great. My issue is my haircut, unfortunately it came out looking horrible. I’ve been trying to style and fix it for the past few days to see maybe it was the way I was styling it, but unfortunately the haircut is uneven and looks awful. I asked for my hair to be a lot lighter (I have thick hair) and asking for about an inch off. The layers are cut so choppy and uneven and it doesn’t really look like a lob, I’m so unhappy about how it looks because I recently had my hair colored and wanted a haircut to show off and wanted to try a new place to get a hair cut. I’m so frustrated about this and experience and having to wait till my hair grows out.My hair is long in the front and shorter in the back, but there is no flow or smooth transition from the back to the front. I was hoping this place would be my go to place for haircuts since I live so close by. I’ll be sticking with my hairstylist who is further out of my way.

Came by here a few weeks ago for a no chip manicure, a spa pedicure, and a haircut. One thing Id like to point out is that my no chip is still in good shape and hasnt chipped at all (I do a lot of computer work & wash lots of dishes). Amazing work and service from all of the technicians. This has to be one of the cleanest nail lounges Ive ever been to. If youre looking for an all in one spa day, this place is definitely a one stop shop for everything and anything. Will be returning!

3 weeks ago I had the lipo procedure done at White Pearl Medical Spa and Nail Lounge. I had never had a procedure like this done before. I was initially nervous, but the nurse practitioner made me feel at ease. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Everything was explained thoroughly and every question was answered. I was surprised that there was minimal discomfort during the procedure. I was beyond pleased with the results. Recovery was easy and over time the results are getting better and better after following recovery instructions. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting traditional liposuction...this procedure does not keep you laid up for any period of time...you can resume normal activity within a couple days. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to treat themselves to a better body.

I went in today for a laser hair removal consultation with Helen and she was so nice and went over all the details with me. They have full body packages which is amazing because I could not find another place near by that offered that. Inside the salon is gorgeous and Im so happy they are finally open!

I’m a little disappointed. The first time I went the service was great. The second time however I got there early for my appointment and I was told I was going to get a flower on my nails. I picked my nail color because I was going to get the little design. Then I guess the next appointment got there also early and I was rushed and did not get my design it felt very rushed at the end and i did not like the color it looks too plain without the design if I knew I wasn’t going to get the design I would’ve picked a different color.

I went for a no chip manicure and it was amazing!! The staff there is great and super welcoming. When they were painting my nails I didn’t like the color so they were super quick to change it and made sure I loved it!! For sure will be going back soon!

This place is amazing!! I mean really, really amazing! I’m not from the area and was first recommended by my aunt who’s a local. I made a mani-pedi appointment and was SO incredibly happy not only with the end result, but also with the impeccable service there!! Tammy is amazing! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she made my experience there truly one of a kind. They’re actually equipped with the newest, state of the art technology to perform many cosmetic procedures. Additionally, they’re offering very competitive pricing on their procedures since they’re a new business and have only just opened. But I just had my first laser hair removal treatment (legs) with them and I could not be happier!! I’m paying half of the price they offered at my current medspa where I get another area treated. Having had my initial consult with Tammy, I was already comfortable with her and how detailed she was about the procedure and what to expect. During the appointment, she explained every area she was about to treat and how, the new Diode laser they’re equipped with is LITERALLY PAINLESS. Which is far better than the older IPL lasers other medspas still use. Tammy checked in with me consistently to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. Ive had quite a bit of laser in the past but this was one of my favorite experiences so far. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Definitely a one stop shop here!
