Most but not all workers were masked. I did not see them wipe down anything or encourage hand washing before or in between. However they will charge you an additional $3-5 to use personal unopened nail nuffering tools. I am fine with but then they need to be on board with all infection prevention measures. I also felt like they charged more for a no chip than other places.

I mean as in prices there great but there not sanitize . I went for a pedi and they dont put the plastic in the little tub. They just make you put your feet in there. Wouldnt go again even if you payed me.

I will not go anywhere else the moment I walk in Mike asked how can I helped. Service beyond...customer service is great Anna is so pleasant. Every time I go and do my nails I leave happier. I am very fussy about my nails but Mike never fails. Love my designs love his creativity no rush in doing my nails. Always leave here feeling very pleased and happy.

Anna knows everyone and makes you feel right at home. Mike is my guy!! He kills my nails each time. Hes so patient with me, even when Im spacing off! Definitely book an appointment because they are busy because they are amazing!

Worst place I have EVER been to. I used to go back when I was in HS but he started to rush his work and I stopped going, I decided to give it a try yesterday since it was snowing bad out and it’s the closest to me. My nails are so horrible I have to go pay to get them done AGAIN by someone else. They’re crooked and lumpy. Also when he was doing my nails he got blood on me because he had a cut on his finger and didn’t notice. He didn’t even apologize NOTHING. I’m literally embarrassed to even show my nails!

One of the best places, Mike has been the only one to do my nails for 3 years & he never lets me down. Took my cousins there for the first time & they loved it too❤️ Recommend! 5+ stars!

Im not the type to complain about stores, because I work in customer service. I decided to go in and get a pedicure and my nails done for prom and graduation. The prizes were decent, but I regret getting my nails done and waiting for the out come. Totally different from the picture I had in mind. Im disappointed. Will not come again.

Nails were badly made both times I went I had to tell the tech to file the sides of my nails and clean off the edges, colors dont ever match and I was hurt several times in the process. Nice people but work was not good

I’ve have been visiting here for years. My now husband, his mom and sister and I all get our eyebrows done here. Most recently, I had my bachelorette party start here and myself, mom, sister, and 2 bridesmaids all got mani pedis done! We had the shop all to ourselves and they even did special nail art on my ring finger. Such a great experience. Anna and her husband are fantastic! Love supporting this fantastic local, family-run business!

I was in the neighborhood for work from out of state & stopped in because of the reviews. Got a full set & pedicure. The gentleman who did both was very sweet and kind and did a fabulous job. 😀

Did not like the service for manicure. She was in a hurry to close so just gave soapy water, cleaned fingers and applied nail polish. Nothing else.

Can get a quality mani and pedi for $32! Nice atmosphere- I really enjoyed my visit.

Love it! Great service, had a mani/pedi there last Friday and was very happy. The spa pedi is to die for fragrant and relaxing It was also the best price for the salons I saw in the area.

I came to get acrylics nails rude staff (Anna) and did a bad job on painting they also made me and my sister wait 3 hours after telling us there was no wait when we called and they let people go before us even though we had a appointment another problem was they refused to fix smudges nail never coming back
