My experience here yesterday was terrible & embarrassing 😞. After getting my pedicure done they put on the spa slippers as I was walking out the pedicure area I slipped and fell hard on my back and hit my head on their marble floor. They didn’t warn me the floor had just been mopped nor did they put a caution wet floor sign as they should’ve for precaution. I was very upset yet didn’t cause a scene and the nail tech who I always go too was rude to me after because she wanted to continue with the conversation we were having previously but I couldn’t talk in that moment because I was in shock & obviously upset in pain she said with attitude “so what you want me to do! You want to finish hands!?” I couldn’t believe it she just made the experience even worse. Then the owner Teresa comes and asks me if I’m okay and I told her that nobody told me the floor was wet she asked the girl who had mopped if she told me that the floor was wet I heard her say “yes” and then the nail tech told her in their language she did warn me & the owner told them “as long as you warned her the floor was wet it’s okay” the owner totally dismissed what I just had told her as if I was lying & to top it off they still charged me after the degrading customer service I received and my butt being in pain. Also the fact that every time they charge your card and say “Tip?” after paying for a service ..is not okay tip is optional not mandatory. I’m never coming here again.

Lin did an excellent job my nails look amazing and its been some time since Ive had a set done the color is fantastic and she was a joy to speak with. The over all salon is beautiful and clean I will definitely be returning!!

I made an appointment online and once I got there everything was fine and on time. Anny did my nails and she did an awesome job. The rest of the nail tech seem very nice too. I will definitely be back. Note: hey offer complimentary soak off for non ship manicure which is nice because all the please I have looked into charge you for gel removal.

Fresh off the press. I made an appointment for today June 5th 2021 at 11:15am. Walked in on time. No one acknowledged my presence. I introduce my self and my appointment time. I was told to wash my hands and wait. I asked for how long and you would think I just walked in demanding service by her response. I wait, 2 people walked in after and got greeted and seated immediately.Here comes the 3rd person who is my friend who had an 11:30am appointment, she gets greeted and seated at which point I expressed my gross dissatisfaction and left. Mind you, Im looking for a place where I can go to every two weeks so I was excited to try them and didnt mind the 20 min drive because they came recommend. I guess my money wasnt good enough and now my search continues for an amazing nail salon. I know Lees Nails and Spa aint it. I wanted to give them a negative star but thats not an option. Period.

I’m normally not want to complain. I went in today for a dip set as well as a pedi. Pedi was fantastic but the Dipset was horrible the girl cut me a couple times on my fingers. The dip was ugly and did not come out how I expected. I feel like overcharged when clearly the nails are not even that pretty I told her square shape with rounded edges and got square alone

I’ve been going for years off and on recently gave them another opportunity I paid a ton of money to get a set then within a week my nails began breaking I went Thursday got it fixed has to pay $8 two days later another nail broke they “took off the set” my nails looked horrible and they left the residue on my hands I had to pay $10 for this I’m sorry but I will never come back here . They sit there talking about you because you complain that they didn’t do a good job and it’s honestly rude and makes you feel uncomfortable the girl at the front desk didn’t show that she cared or even apologize for me having to come twice within one week to correct the work that had not been done correctly. If you go here watch out because you won’t get what you want and you will be over charged as they don’t not follow their prices on their website.

From Mississippi, was in Chicago for over 3 months, doing travel nursing, found this shop and they were very professional and Mimi was awesome.

This was my 2nd time here and I can say - They are awesome! Both times they did great job! The 2nd time I came in 1h before closing, but they still accepted my walk in (even it was sooo crowded). I dont remember the name of the 1st girl who did my nails, but the 2nd one was Lyee (I think). All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with their service!And I noticed so many fake reviews here! As soon as you walk in they ask you how they can help.Just an update after almost a year - this is still my favorite place! They are a little bit pricey but because of great job they are providing here I am not gonna change them! Look at my beautiful New years nails 🤣🌲 AND I got a massage ointment from them as a gift for New year! Awwww😍

This place is so amazing. The staff is super friendly & nice. They really take care of you. This is my 2nd time. If you ever want crazy stuff on your nails Dave is the guy to go to. The pics dont do justice on just how insanely sparkly these nails are. Always satisfied with the results.

I would not pick this place, especially if you are going with a friend. We called ahead and they said they would seat us together. Then when it was time, they put us apart. Staff is not very welcoming or kind. They do not have a very sanitary area and rush when doing the work. My acrylics were also placed poorly and are not even. Overall very unpleasant experience.

I absolutely love this place. For a very low maintenance girl I am I still have some kind of standards 😂.Yes, sometimes the girls at those saloons are quite characters 😉. Really bad service ! I showed them the design I wanted which was marble, they looked at the design and then gave a concerned look.. The guy that put on the acrylics was an older looking guy and he was pulling my hands and kept speaking with another lady in their language which I couldn’t understand.. them the lady that did the design literally took like 20 mins and they were literally lines.. not marbled like the picture.. which by the way she was asking to look At it all the time and they ended up looking so ugly.. never coming back also it was a scam for $65! They’re all so rude! Don’t recommend anyone coming here..

Horrible experience. They do not care about quality or making their customer happy. If you want a place that will do your nails as asked or treat you with respect then this is not the place. Also they dont make their customers feel welcomed. Definitely do not recommend.

Had a wonderful first pedicure! I called ahead to see what their availability was and we got cared for right away. The environment is clean and bright, with a flurry of nail technicians working their magic. The pedicure was lovely and I adored the results. My feet feel so clean and light. Such a great experience, so glad I chose Les Nail and Spa.

This is my favorite nail place.They do great work. And the prices are like most nail salons, but if you want something done right, it never hurts to pay a little extra. My nails usually last 1 month. They never break off. I remove them. Thats how good of work they do.

I was here two weeks ago. I like it here. I didn’t feel like I was rushed in and rushed out. Very clean and open!! Not cramped, or stuffed into a small booth-like desk area.I paid for an upgrade on my pedicure (gelatin...definitely worth it!!!) My nail lengths were uneven, though. One of my toes, I’m going to have to cut because it’s much too long. I was taken back that I had to pay extra for an actual manicure along with getting my nails done. $80 without a tip was a bit on the steep side, too. Not sure if I’ll be returning, but, all in all, it was a nice, relaxing visit.

Only went for something simple, acrylic nail removal but it looks like a very nice place 🙂

As I am reading all the other reviews, I am in shock. I have to say ANIA is a really good asset to your business! She is kind and paints nails beautifully. The salon is very nice. I had a really good experience, will come again for sure.

I am from out of town and was trying to get a quick manicure, and got here 20 minutes before closing. The young lady that did my nails was did an amazing job and didnt rush through at all. I would highly recommend this business. I just wish I didnt live an hour away!

Second time I come in after I have called them before hand to ask if they have any openings and I come in and sit here for half an hour waiting for them to take me and to leave without my nails being done. We all have errands, so I left not to be late for work after they said they would take me right after I walk in... And just so you know I always came here to do my nails but I will not come back anymore. They need to understand that time is very precious and no one has time to be lied to and be thrown around.

This is great nails salon with cheap price. I got manicure and pedicure and eyebrow waxing for under $50. This is really a good price for the service, I couldn’t find anything that disappointed me, their services were wonderful. I especially cared about my feet and they made it really clean with no cuticle and death skin left. The color came out so pretty and shiny. Their services really worth my money.

Great place to unwind, relax and have yourself pampered. I drive from Kenosha and work in Chicago. This is my nail salon of choice. Its the only salon I feel they dont rush you through like a drive through. Youll be welcomed warmly and treated well. I appreciate their meticulous service. Its worth my drive.

Im a black women. Ive been to thier second shop and had no bad experience. I walked in and spoke. No one responded. The two techs by the door looked up and then continued to do their clients nails. I was the only black women there at the time. I wanted for a bit before walking out. No one said that the receptionist will be there to assist me. They acted as if I wasn’t welcome so I took my services else where.

I was very disappointed today. This is the third time I come here and the first time I’m unhappy with my nails. The man that did my nails definitely didn’t try. My cuticles look horrible and the nail polish is done unevenly. I chose an almond nail shape and I got uneven shapes on all fingers. I don’t expect them to all look identical but this is definitely a horrible job. I didn’t say anything at the salon because I don’t like being problematic so I just paid and left! Honestly I don’t think I’ll go back again.

Lovely spa with different mani pedi packages. Never had to wait too long even when busy. I like the dimly lit pedicure area and good massage chairs. Always very relaxing.

This place always does a phenomenal job... But they are always very busy and even if you make an appointment for noon... there is no guarantee that you will actually would actually sit down for a service by 12;15... So they will be amazing... And they will be beautiful... But you might be sitting for a while....

For my first time being there with my sister, the person attending me (Van) was very rude, was always looking away while doing my acrylic and filing, rushing, and even stopped in the middle of doing my nails to ask to pay her very rude you need to pay me now of course i was going to pay (at the end) when she was done. Hopefully next time I make an appointment with someone specific.

Found this place while trying to find a nearby nail salon while I was visiting in the area. They are great! They dont rush you and are meticulous in their work. They open early so you can get in first thing in the morning and go about your day. Conventionally located and reasonably priced. Ask for Lilly, Mimi or Tu. These ladies are great!!

Worse nail place I have gone too. I had a 2:00 appointment and arrived at 1:50 so I would have enough time to pick a color and be prompt for my appointment. Its 2:48 and I still have not been seen. Someone came in for there 2:30 and was seen 10 minutes later. I walked out im not spending another minute or penny at this place

They do a pretty good job, I’ve been coming here for 6 months. Not too pricey but they pay attention to detail and take their time.

I always call and make appointments and when I arrive for my appointments and wait 20 to 40 minutes for my person to finish they end up taking other customers instead. That has happened on multiple occassions and their excuse is the front desk did not log you in for the appointment. The owner is very nice but the employees are really disorganized and unclean and need to fix their attitude, youre not doing anyone a favor and no one is disrespecting you for you to have this type of attitude.

I got a combo of gel full set & pedicure for only $60. That’s a good price especially for a really good service. The gel color was shiny and looked so pretty. I was happy with all of my cuticle on my nails and toe nails had been completely cleaned off.

Lets just say the wait time is worth it all. Ive been attending the location for a year n its always the best. Hand up to Nancy she knows her stuff!!!!.. best above all!

We will not be returning to this salon.A friend and I went to each get a deluxe pedi. We got there about 10 minutes prior to our appointment at 1pm and after checking in we quickly got our colors. We were seated at our appointment time, and was asked which scent we wanted for our foot bath. A few minutes later another technician (the manager?) checked in and confirmed that the scents we wanted were for the volcano pedi that was $45 - which is not what we asked for or even saw that service on the website. (Note- I initially emailed via the website asking for deluxe pedis, when I spoke with someone on the phone I specified deluxe pedis, and when we checked in I said deluxe pedis. I figured I was clear and concise with the service request but I guess not.) I quickly made sure to correct the error because I will not be charged for a service I didnt request.Around 1:15pm (again, appointment time at 1pm) a technician finally came up to us and asked Ok! Who wants to go first? We were confused because we scheduled to have ours done at the same time/together. The tech stepped away and a few minutes later came back with another technician. We didnt get started until around 1:20pm.I prefer to keep my toe nails short, and when my technician started working on me she exclaimed Where are your nails?! It was unnecessary and uncalled for. Throughout the pedicure my friend and I felt it was rushed. The hot towel wrap was a towel put on your leg for a few seconds and patted, and we were already at the drying station by 1:45pm.The entire place felt very unorganized and unprepared.

Absolutely loved this place! Was in town for training and looked around the area and decided here based on the reviews. I wasnt disappointed in the slightest! The pedicure room is relaxing, calming and perfect for a mani-pedi after a long day. The salon was clean and decorated for the holidays, I really enjoyed that! My manicurist was the same person who did my pedicure (sometimes salons have two different people) but I really enjoyed this. She was professional, kind and diligent in her work. I am extremely pleased with the service, my manicurist and the place! I would recommend to anyone!

Finally it was my turn and the lady that did my nails did a bad job first of all I explained how I wanted my nails done and what color I wanted . Well the lady choose the color and did everything like she wanted nothing was done like ask and every time the lady suggested how my nails should be done I said no thanks I wanted this way she just look at me and shock his head seriously why don’t they listen to the customer on top of that the job was done on a rush and the results were bad I didn’t like the color I didn’t like how the nails were done I mean everything gone wrong . Finally when went to pay I like to tip well done for well done nail job but after this experience I didn’t feel to leave a good tip and the worst y that the receptionist look at me and ask me are you sure this tip is enough for the people that help you with your nails I was just like yes this is enough I should not even leave at all in the first place . Not coming back there ever . I hope this review help you people before you decide to come this nail place.

Always a great experience Teresa cleans up my feet beautifully if u never had a pedicure you must. They are experts and very professional. Ive been Teresas customer 15 years. Come ck them out they all know hands and feet.

I had no chip done by a guy there and my nails were unevenly coated with some bubbles on a few of them..my nails were done very thick and lumpy towards the tips. If you plan on going there it might be a good idea to ask around for someone that is known to be good there...

I have been going to this salon for a few years. I now have fungus on my toe nail. Part of the fungus was black I have been treating it and the black has disappeared. I went back to get my nails done and with in a few hours the black fungus is on my nail again. Not sure if I will go back.

Perfectly imperfect NO CHIP nail polishing. Disappointed for wasting $30. It wasn’t good experience, won’t recommend to a friend.

Love this place, my mother, two sisters and I have been going for a few years now. The owners, married couple, treat everyone like family they know us by name. Walkins are great during the weekdays but weekends, its very popular so its better if you book your appointment ahead of time or call before coming in. Cant trade service and pricing like this in Des Plaines, well worth the wait everytime.
