This is my third coming to this business..since is close to my home I decided to give them a third chance but not the best at all and is not super cheap..! The no chip was not smooth they left lumps with the gel and the acrylic..some of the employees are rude and unprofessional! Stay away there must be better places!

This place was amazing, my friend and I both had Brian. The level of detail and precision that went into our nails is the best I have ever seen. I got the ombre dip in Color 14, which was a mint green. My friend got acrylic coffin shape in a dark purple color, which I didnt get the name of. But I will definitely will come here again!

I had a great first time experience and she did a great job and I love that she paid attention to detail with my nails.

My favorite place to get nails done. Great staff, quality work and clean atmosphere. Price is definitely reasonable for the quality and perfection. Theyll give you exactly what youre asking for.

I thought I finally found my nail shop, everytime I came i was leaving $20 tips because of wonderful atmosphere and the skill level. I hate the fact that people always take advantage of the fact that I dont complain or ask too much because they get comfortable and do what they did today. Awful customer service and awful no chip manicure. I went in about three weeks ago to get a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure before a trip. During the manicure-pedicure, the person doing my nails was very rude and standoffish. At one point, I asked him if I could have a round shape for my nails, and he curtly responded I dont care what you do. I understand there might have been a language barrier or misunderstanding, but his attitude was like this the whole time. He rushed through my nails (finished in an hour), and my nails started peeling in a week! This has never happened to me before with a no chip manicure. I could not come in then because I was on my trip, but they kept peeling more and more and things like my hair kept getting caught underneath the nail polish. Again, this has never happened to me before and was very irritating on my trip. At this point, I was not going to write a review and was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to make things right. Today, when I got back from my trip, I called the salon to explain the bad experience I had. I talked to the woman on the phone and explained that I wanted to get the nail polish removed free of charge because of my bad experience. She said I could come in at any time to do so, so I went in right after. After driving all the way to the salon, the manager says I will have to pay $7 to get the nail polish removed because its been 3 weeks, even after I explained the situation and how I could not come in earlier because I was on a trip. When I told him I just talked to someone on the phone who said it would be done for free, he just told me that she doesnt know everything. I understand if the policy is that 3 weeks is too much time, but this should have been communicated to me on the phone instead of after I drove all the way to the salon. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Years ago was my favourite nails spa,I visited today after long time I noticed lots of changes,the staff are not friendly at all, they were not busy but the job was not done right, was like just want to finish fast and go. Never again

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Unfortunately after my last visit, I have to part ways. Long story short, I got a custom nail design done and did not fully inspect before I left salon. They looked horrible. Not professional looking at all. The pedicure was great. Unfortunately my nails were not. I returned the next day, and showed and explained to them. The receptionist was kinda rude and dismissive telling me that’s just how they’re supposed to look. Also explained that if I wanted them to redo the same design it would be free of charge but additional cost for any other color. Not sure why I have to pay to have a bad job re done . Money is not the issue in my opinion, but the principle. Very disappointed, which is sad because there a few really good techs here, including the one who redid my nails.

First of all this place does not take their time. Last time I went they made my nail shape way too thick and added too many layers of color. My nails were not even at all. I called the next to day to go in to get them fixed & receptionist stated that they had no transaction made by me that day & asked if I had checked in. I always do! & that day I still had asked how many points I had how is she gonna tell me I didn’t go to get my nails done there. She also stated they were not gonna be able to fix them till the week after & depending on how bad they were they were still gonna charge me full price which is bs. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, every time I call to make an appointment they never answer in a professional way/always state that they are busy and won’t have any openings till 3 days after. Do not recommend! Nails don’t last long! & they rush.

Ever since covid ended not only did they raise their prices significantly. (Understood that supplies prices have increased but studio nails in Morton grove raised their prices appropriately.) they’re never consistent and their quality depends on who does your nails. My sister and I came at 3:40 with an appointment for mani and pedi and they kept staring at us when we were speaking in another language they would stare even harder. They not only made us wait til 4:30 to choose our colors which we did within 2 minutes because we knew what we came for. But they put us in water and made us wait another 15 minutes. The water had hair and even black things floating around. It was so gross and unsanitary. I dried my feet and began to leave. The lady next to us said she was almost finished and not to leave. We told her we had somewhere to be just to get out of there. As we were leaving the front door a man approached us and asked if we were leaving. We said yes we’ve been waiting for over an hour. He apologized and said he can take us now. No thanks. We just wanted communication and professionalism. To top it all off there was 8-10 people who came after us with no appointments and they were all taken care of before us. Lastly, the poor young blonde girl was trying to be nice and this lady with long black straight hair came and yelled at her for putting us in the water. Sadly, after 8-9 years coming to this location always almost spending $80+ each time for only one person I won’t be coming here anymore. Gladly I’ve used all of my rewards points. This place ran a lot better when the owner was always there.To make it all worse, the lady that works at the hair salon in the nail salon asked us how long weve been there waiting to be seated Havent you been here for almost two hours?! unbelievable. i know girl. lol.

Technician didnt do a good job. No-chip manicure started peeling off the next day off one nail, few days later other nails followed. Maybe it was just this time (or this technician) so dont get discouraged.

First of all I dont know how this got 4 star rating?Technician are always on a hurry, they keep on talking on their language.specially that Mai,dont ever go to here.She will be rushing your nail and bossy!!!Like the other reviews. gel nail polish are not good it peel off next day.If you come back they charge you for polish change..It so pricey compare to other nail salon. will never go back there. The guy in the first seat did my nails! I asked for coffin and he did square and called it coffin nails! When I showed him he gone tell me it’s more narrow “why didn’t you just say that” he proceeded and was very rough! I have been here several times and never had a bad experience until now! They are thick, lumpy, different shapes and the no chip matte polish has lines through it... it was late and I did not want to be that customer so I left knowing I will not be returning!if there was an option for -10 he would get it! Btw

Great place to do your nails, nice salon and nice atmosphere. Only reason I have 4 stars is because of pricing. Got a gel full set done and now it costs $43, from $38 (as stated online) to $43. Online it says there is an increase of $3 not $5, please stop increasing the price of such an amazing nail salon with great nail techs. Sometimes, the nail techs also come in later then your actual appointment, which can be an issue if you have an appointment at a certain time and then you have other plans that you need to do after getting your nails done. Other then that, great salon and VERY CLEAN!

My daughter went to get her nails done at this place, she wanted a certain design they told her no because it’s too expensive for her maybe because they see that she’s a teen they think that she doesn’t have the money she asked for the price and once she agreed on the price the woman was upset and she still didn’t do the design my daughter wanted she kept saying that it was too expensive for her! My daughter had already told her it was fine. She got them done on Saturday and by Wednesday 2 had already popped off when we called so they could fix them they said it wouldn’t be free of charge because more than likely she wasn’t being careful. Very disappointed at this place I had recommended a few people but no more!

If I could give 0 stars I would! First off my daughter made an appointment to get gel tips and dip powder over then the lady I believe her name was Mei told her once the nails were already on you have to do acrylic which she never said She wanted and then Luu called me the customer crazy and stopped doing my daughter nails and disappeared in the back and some other lady had to finish and to top everything off the nails Luu applied and filed were crooked and my daughters cuticles were cut multiple times! Never Again!!!!!

Rozi is the tech i usually ask for, however I’ve had other techs and all have been wonderful. She’s been so consistent with her work and opens me up to new colors and designs. She also advises me and is honest, which I appreciate because I’m new to the manicure game. I’m also a person who likes to chit chat and appreciate that she does as well. My no-chip lasts over two weeks, and rarely ever chips off. Thanks Rozi! Great place and staff, highly recommend :)

I had a 4 hour layover and decided to check this place out. So glad that I did. They were so busy but manage to squeeze me in. The staff was so fun. My nails look great, definitely will come back on my next trip to Chicago.

Hands down the safest place to go during the pandemic in Illinois, and I’ve been to at least five nail salons during the pandemic.They clean after every client, have hand sanitizers everywhere, take your temperature, and have physical plastic dividers between people.Service is professional and fast but good.

I have been going here for the past few months and I don’t usually do reviews but they deserve one. This salon is always very clean and All the staff here are amazing they are very nice and respectful and take care of you from the moment you step into the salon. They all do a great job but recently i have gotten my nails done by Vicky and let me just say she is the best. She does exactly what I ask for with my nails she holds amazing conversation and has such a uplifting full of life personality. Overall i highly recommend this place. They truly know how to make your experience fun and enjoyable.

Nails did not last long at all ! Got them done on a Monday and a nail popped off same week on a Thursday. Then when I called to tell them about it they tried to make excuses about the nail falling off......But the lady who did my nails was nice, quality just was NOT good.

TERRIBLE SALON TERRIBLE NAIL TECHNICIANS. First time I got my nails done here they made the nail structure so thin they were about to break. I go back to fix my nails and they end up making them too thick and fell off in a short period of time. Wasted my time going to their Salon 2 times. TERRIBLE SALON. They argued with me telling me the nail was perfectly fine but it was no where near a proper nail structure that is safe for your Nails and didn’t want to fix it. I was really upset because I spent so much money and didn’t get the nails I desired. Hope this review helps you out if your looking into going to this salon!

This nail salon is one of my favorite places in des plaines, the staff is amazing and super kind and professional.The salon it’s self is so pretty and the vibe is nice. All the nail techs are amazing and always do a superb job never left unsatisfied, my pedicure lasted a whole month before even chipping. Would definitely recommend.

The only place I trust with my nails! Ive been going to this salon about 2 years and Im never disappointed. The quality of the work the technicians here complete compared to or far surpasses salons and spas in the Des Plaines area. Theyve got a great private rooms in the back of the salon for pedicure which is very relaxing. I also tried the dipping powder which perfect for nail biter like me.

First and last time coming to this place! The worst no chip manicure I’ve ever had done. The only reason I came here was because the lady I go to is on maternity leave for few months ( she’s a PERFECTIONIST). Attention to details is a must and the guy doing my nails - Danny, paid no attention to any details! left half of the cuticles on! I pick light colors almost always and this time on each nail there is more than 2 bubbles, which are very obvious! Also on each nail, he didnt bother to polish the sides of the nail! If there is a bubble on the nail while applying the polish, you wipe the polish and re-apply to make sure it’s bubble free, not keep applying polish to make it look worse! I made an appointment at a different place for tomorrow morning to have my nails re done again!!

Vy did my nails and she is truly amazing!!! She is very talented, take time, and makes sure you are 100 percent happy with the outcome. You can show her a picture of a design you want and shell make it happen. She is very nice and will treat you with respect! This new place is really pretty and they make sure to keep it clean and hygienic as well.

This has been my go to bail place for years but my last few visits were disappointing. Back in April I went for my wedding nails appointment with my mom, sister and best friend. They didnt have us seated together despite the fact that I made the appointment weeks in advance. I expected to have a really nice relaxing appointment with the same nail technician but they changed mine in the middle of my service and told me I couldnt get the nail color I wanted unless I got a full set of acrylics, despite the fact that the picture I showed them was on short nails. I thought maybe this visit was a fluke since my experience here has always been so positive.I just went back yesterday for a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure and the nail tech kept trying to push a no-chip on me (which I usually get but wanted to give my nails a break this time). She was so insistent I just gave in and said fine. My deluxe pedicure lasted 25 minutes: no massage, bare minimum of lotion application, and everything felt really rushed. She took two seconds to attempt to scrub my heels but theyre still rough. I decided to get a deluxe pedicure this time because Im 7 months pregnant and was really looking forward to an extended foot/leg treatment, but I paid more for a sloppy rushed barely pedicure than I would have for a regular one. Then I got seated for my manicure and had to wait 10 minutes for a different technician to do my nails. He was very nice but then he kept getting interrupted to go do itself things throughout the manicure. When he was almost done, her got pulled away to work on another client and the very nice receptionist had to finish my manicure. I ended up paying $62 for a mani/pedi that lasted a totally if 35 minutes with all the delays and technician switching. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back again. I get my nails done as a relaxing time for myself, and the last several times Ive felt rushed and thrown to the wayside despite always making appointments ahead of time and my patronage to this establishment.

I usually have trouble finding a salon that is clean, does my nails well, and has knowledgable technicians- but I seemed to have found the perfect place finally! Everyone there was so welcoming since it was my first time at the salon and Vy, the amazing woman who did my nails, was so good and thorough! She really knows what shes talking about and made my nails look TOO good! The salon is super clean and well kept and they have an outrageous amount of colors. I really love getting the dipping powder manicures and I was so happy to know that they have a ton of colors for that! Def check it out.

My favorite place to go. The only down side is the lady in the back that does eyebrows waxing and lashes. She always leaves brown uneven and we recently learned its the same with lashes and she changes prices all the time.

Beautiful spa, more no chip colors you can ever imagine, friendly staff -- Ive been seeing my gal for 3 years now and followed her to this new location. I took a minor hiatus while prego and adjusting to a newborn again (a good year) and when I called I was remembered and when I arrived she had my go to colors ready. I recommend this spa to everyone!

Great technicians and very clean. I’ve been getting DIP manicures and I really like it. My nails are weak and the dip strengthens them. I used to do no chip but after getting my DIP at Le’s ive changed teams.

If I could I give this place zero stars, I really would. I got my nails done on February 1st and later that day they started to chip already. I was upset and went back to get them fixed, they were great up until the next day. The corner of my nail started to chip AGAIN, I was at work but my work duties are not challenging so I was extremely annoyed with it chipping again. Later that night I was studying for school and while writing my notes, the same nail is starting to chip from the other corner of my nail. I am extremely disappointed because of how fast they are chipping and will not look forward to coming back to this place again.

Ive been a returning customer for multiple years now but my experience today is leading me towards looking elsewhere. I had a rude employee pull me by my fingers commanding, You do NOT move your hand unless i tell you!. This was, by far, the rudest experience ive had as a customer and will no longer be recommending this location to my friends and family members! I have been going to Les Nails II for about 10 months now faithfully every 2 weeks, like the fact that its around the corner from my house and I can always get a same day appt. I never had a problem or complaint until yesterday. I had a full set done and Danny cut them too short for my liking, I told him when he started and he kept saying theyre fine and kept going, I know it was Good Friday and they were busy. When he was finished, I was not happy not only were the short but they were not filed, they looked ridiculous. They didnt seem to care when I told them I wasnt happy.

Super clean and professional staff. They worked fast, but did a great job. Daisy was amazing!
