Great place to go for a pedicure. Very clean and organized and staff are super friendly. Lots of different options on the menu. Price is the main reason for the four stars. I feel for what youre getting, the price is a little high. Ive gotten more bang for buck at other pedicures.

Cindy has done my pedicure and manicure . She hardly understands English but I am impressed her skills and attention to detail. I am very satisfied what she has done for me. Thanks!!

Went in for a pedicure for the first time. In and out within the hour for regular polish. Felt really good to have my feet be treated well. Call ahead for an appointment! 🙂

Best nail salon in the area, hands down. They use all natural products and everything is super clean and sterile. They use liners in the bowls for pedis as well as new files and tools for each client. Anything that isnt new comes out of a sterile autoclave bag. On top of that, their nail art and polish selection cant be beat. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.

So I really wanted to love this place,its 3 mins from my house & the inside is so nice & the girl who greeted me was a sweetheart but unfortunately my experience wasnt great. I got no chip over my acrylic nails from another salon on a Saturday. Thursday night the no chip started to peel off which I think was because the girl who painted them put literally 4 coats of no chip polish. But it was peeling off and ruining my acrylics and peeling like the bottoms off. It looked horrible this was at like 8:30pm so I call the shop and told them they told me to come in the next day after I get off work. I work as a waitress and I couldnt have my nails looking disgusting so the rest of the nails I took off which was only like 3. I went to the shop the next day which was only 5 days after the original no chip and I hadda get a whole new set because like I said they ruined my acrylics and I couldnt keep what I had one because my job. Well they were really nice and did what i wanted but when i came to pay they charged me $60 bucks!!!!!!! When 5 days prior i spent $50 bucks. And the guy who did them didnt even clean up my cuticles which was annoying. But i was pissed but I payed and tipped. But 4 days later the diamonds on my nails falling off. Picture below!!! And now all my diamonds are off!!!! The thing is no chip shouldnt have peeled off like that and no so fast and the fact they charged me a whole $60 is such a rip off and showing they arent about their customers. Im not saying give me the new nails for free cause that wouldnt be fair to them but giving me some type of discount would have showed me they cared somewhat. && looking at my nail shape he cut my nails way to thin to make them coffin. It looks like I have press on nails cause it doesnt fit the shape of my nail. And now with these diamonds falling off, Im just over it. I was willing to be a loyal customer because of how much I liked it walking in but after that Im back to searching for a new spot. SmhUPDATE- a week out and one already broke off!!!!The pictures are from 4 days after, they look horrible!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

This was my first time at the Luxe. The place is very clean and nice looking. They make sure to clean and disinfect after every client. Cindy took her time and did my nails perfectly. She is very precise, and definitely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend them and will be back for sure.

They have the best choices and the owners are so nice, moved to Des Plaines a year ago and will always go out of my way to get here.

The staff is really nice and spent awhile explaining the differences between acrylic, gel, and dips in a clear and understandable manner. While I ended up just getting a regular pedi, I was impressed with the cleanliness. I wasnt sure what to expect, so I had brought my own personal foot rasp and they didnt mind using it. They even cleaned and dried it for me to take back. They seem to cost about $5 more than nearby places, but the quiet slow pace and attention to detail are totally worth it.

The entire staff is amazing and very talented at what they do. Never unhappy with the work at Lux I also really appreciate the extra precautions they take with the whole covid pandemic.

Absolutely wonderful first time experience! I was really looking to relax and opted for the Warm me Up pedicure and it was amazing. Christina was easy to talk to and she used so many products as well as essential oils. She cleaned my cuticles so nicely and it was painless. Will definitely be coming back. Also super affordable!

I am treated like an individual. My nails were done with patience and care. It is not a salon that handles you like a job to get you in and out with out a care. Time is taken with each guest to make sure the color is right and the polish looks great.

I came here this past summer for a pedicure with my step daughter. We both had a wonderful time. It was her first real pedicure and I felt they went the extra mile with little things to make sure she was enjoying herself. Came back today for a full gel set. Love my nails. I used to get my nails done, years ago and no matter where I went, I felt rushed. Its like it was wham! Bam! Thank you maam, next! At Luxe nails (each time Ive went) I felt like they really take their time and dont rush you out the door to get the next body in a seat. Everyone there is so nice. I highly recommend and will be a regular customer.Edited 1/25/19I went to a new nail shop, requesting a gel fill in (because thats what I thought was on my nails). Nope! Luxe had been telling me they were putting gel on my nails (more expensive) but it was really acrylic. The new nail place also did a beautiful dip manicure on me with artificial nails. Luxe said you cant get a dip (what I ultimately wanted so thats why I went with gel) on artificial nails. Knowing this, I probably wont be back unless for a pedicure. Theyre really nice and clean, but Im not too happy after finding this all out, especially being cheated out of money.

The foot bath/massage is extremely nice as well as the pedicure however, as far as designs they do know airbrushing and thats what I really wanted so I had to settle for a regular nail polish..

This is the second time I come to this place I saw on google how’d it had 5 stars so I decided to check it out by myself . The first time I came here it was amazing second time, the owner was very appreciated although I arrived late to my appointment but she worked out something with me and it was pretty fair, Andy did both my full set and my pedicure absolutely loved it! He’s amazing and so nice and sweet I loved how he did my nails I showed him a picture and he did my nails exactly how I asked him absolutely loved it! Will come again and again I will give this place more than five starts a 10😍❤️

They give out sangria and mimosas for larger groups. They took care of my feet and hands. They scrubbed the sh** out of my terribly cared for feet when I asked. They skipped my sisters scrubbing because she was ticklish. They recommended polish colors for my other sister who was getting married the next day. My sisters and I all fell asleep at one point, we were so relaxed. And our nails came out beautifully!I wish I lived closer or had a car because they would definitely get a regular!

I am extremely picky where I get my nails done. I have been going to the same place for about 7 years now, but one day they where too busy to take me even though i prebook my appointments. In need of a nail salon urgently I came to Luxe Nails. Hands down the best nail experience i have had. Soo much so that they have become my new go to nail salon. Extremely good customer service, very clean facility. Every time I have gone which is about 6 times now I leave extremely satisfies with the shape, the design and the overall experience.
