This business is owned by my neighbors😂 but there super funny and sweet and they always will ask how you’re doing and how your family is doing. Been coming here for 4 years and haven’t been happier!

Great people, did excellent work on pedicures and manicures. I went with two of my friends and had a pleasant experience.

I’ve been coming here for two years now. Ivy and Lyn are both amazing. I like my nails to look very natural and when I’ve gone other places for nexgen, they are usually thick and bulky. Ivy shapes them beautifully and they never feel too bulky. Lyn gives amazing pedicures and never rushes. I love them both. Due to limited staff, if you do not want to wait, set an appointment ahead of time. If you walk in and others are getting serviced, you will have a wait time.

I went to this shop and did an acrylic fill. I was initially very pleased with the work and the shape of my nails. But I did advise the nail tech that two of my nails was still cracked on the sides. She “Ivy” insisted that it was not cracked and it would be fine and proceeded to finish my nails. Sure enough the next day my nail cracked on both thumb nails. I went back to the shop (when it could of been addressed the first time) and all I got was attitude and unprofessional behavior all because they wanted me to pay for something she never fixed in the first place. I’ve paid you $90 I expect for my nails to be done correctly, but yet I got attitude, bad customer service and they thought I was going to pay an additional $10... not at all I won’t be going here again.

It was really good! Yes, they speak their native language the whole time, but that doesnt bother me at all. I dont take it as they were talking about me. And, I really wouldnt care if they were. The lady was very nice and sweet. I wanted her to massage softly and she did exactly what I wanted. The new massage chairs are AMAZING! Are there better place? Probably. Are there worse? Definitely! For the money, I got the service expected. No problems here, and I will be back.

I got my nails done here this morning, after a recent trip to a different salon that left me disappointed with my nails and brows, totally different experience here. They were extremely nice, quick, and my nails look great. I took a picture in and Ivy made them look identical! Will definitely be back!!

I dont get my nails done often, but I wo t go any other place when I do. It is family li y owned and operated. They always remember me and ask about my family. There is no chemical smell, so it was a great place to go while I was pregnant. Everyone Ive had so far gives a relaxing, but firm leg massage. I even take my 2 year old daughter there occasionally to get her nails painted. They are so sweet and make her feel like a princess.

Love this place! The nail technicians are so sweet and really pay attention to detail. They have all kinds of yummy drinks. Id suggest making an appointment as they can get a little busy.

This is my regular nail salon its ran by a couple who are both very friendly and kind. I always feel amazing when I leave here usually just stick with pedicures but this is because Im a waitress and I could use all the extra circulation going to my legs and there massages are superb and do just that.

Went one time and got amazing service and my nails look great. Went in today for a polish change and was told you come back, Im busy. Didnt ask if I mind waiting or anything.Well, I wont be back.In response to the owner... this is very true. My friend was with me and witnessed the rudeness. Apparently you do not follow all my reviews. I have given higher stars before to other salons. The salons in Denton for the most part, are sub par as per other salons. I frequent ones in Fort Worth and Highland Village that I give 5 stars. They earned it. But I am sorry sir, your salon did not.I have only rated 3 salons in Denton 1 star out of the 20+ nail salons. Do the math. Your stars have to be earned.Anyone reading this review, would you believe a business owner that called its clientele liars? That is basically what his response was. Take it as you will, but rudeness should not be accepted from a service based industry.Also, I am not the only one who has rated this salon 1 star. There are others.

They are all so sweet and awesome here, every single one of them is great at what they do and every time I come here they go above and beyond to make my experience there the best. Ive came in literally 5 mins before closing time and I offer to come back the next day and they insist on providing me their services right then!!

The lady was nice but did an awful job. I think most nail places think a mans nails dont deserve the same attention or service.... its a shame as I wont go back.

The staff used to be so friendly. After today, Ill NEVER go back. Six years being their customer and buying gift certificates for people to go. NEVER again. The couple that own it are rude. I feel sorry for the lady that works for them.

Worst nail salon ever! The stuff were very rude and no patience. She almost cut my sisters finger. She didnt apologize at all but got so mad and just walked away. The worst is my sisters finger starts hurting after we back home in the evening. Shes going to remove the acrylic nail which hurts her now. We will never ever go there again.

Pros: Went in on a busy day and they were able to get to me, pedicure was greatCons:Broken pedicure chairs. paid $35 for a gel manicure (can get them for $30 elsewhere), which should last for at least two weeks and the nails are chipping 3 days later.Highly disappointed. Will go somewhere else next time.

This was the worst nail shop I have ever been to In all of DFW. I got my nails done here for my birthday and the lady that did eyebrows sat there and lectured me about how I should grow out my eyebrows and how shes the best at eyebrows but messed my eyebrows up. Then I went to get my nails done and the lady was super rude and rough. They charged me $45 for some cheap nails that broke off/chipped and hurt my real nails really bad. Just because the nail tech wanted to go home she ruined my nails and over charged me. I will never go back here again. They were rude and cant do nails to save their lives.

3 stars for my pedi - the gal did good, but babbled in her annoying foreign language the entire time --- so annoying.2 stars for attention to my needs. I was the only client in there and they acted like I didnt exist --- pretty disgusting.1 star for their rude loud conversations - always over talking each other and constantly repeating the same non-English sounds. I just wanted to relax but that was not possible in this cold & careless atmosphere. TVs were not on to watch & I dont recall any music to deflect my attention from their annoying jabbering among themselves.This was my 2nd visit & I understand why they are not busy.

The tech was very rough with my hands as if she didnt want to do my nails. Also the workers would speak in their own language and not speak to me. I think that is very rude. I wont get services at this nail salon anymore.

I went to this place today and I never felt so out of place. They were not speaking English and were laughing at what I felt was me as I walked in and as I walked out. I wont return. They were very rude.

They are professional. But 30 min should be 30 min. She gave me a water and I waited an hour. And then she remembered.

Horrible Place. New Owners and New Staff dont care about customer satisfaction/relationships.Dont spend your money here !!!

I had the worst experience ever!! Sloppiest nails I have ever gotten! If you cant do a design just say that instead of trying to get an extra 5$. I will take my business else where!
