So polite and helped me out with my grand baby when he got fussy my pedi was relaxing and my full set was beautiful

Never asked what color polish we would like. Put our hands in the solution waited 5 minutes then tossed nail palette in front of us to have us choose a color while hands still in bowl. Asked if I could have same color i had on. Didnt have it and told me to just use this its close enough. THEN I OBSERVED A LITTLE GIRL BEING ASKED TO GO CHOOSE HER COLOR WHILE HER FEET ARE IN THE WATER AND IS ALLOWED TO WALK WITH WET NAKED FEET! NOT SANITARY AT ALL.

This was the WORST nail experience I have EVER had. My mother, daughter and myself walked in and were told to sit. They immediately started my moms nails and didnt ask what colors we wanted. My four year old picked her color and waa told no. This is not a good color go sit down and we will pick for you. Like what! I sat waiting for them to come to my table. 3 more people walked in and they started on their nails 15 minutes later they started my nails. I asked for a Neon Hot pink. He did one nail and I told him that is not the right color, he continued to do them telling me the color would changed. I informed him that it would not but whatever. He did not dip my nails enough bc you can see through them. He did not buff them or ask me what shape I wanted. When he was done he asked if I liked them and I told him no and he walked away. I will NEVER be going back.

Pedi was good but cringed when I saw them turn two African American ladies away when quoting long waits then took other walks ins. I wont be going back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! The staff was very rude and they did a horrible job in my nails. There’s many other nail places nearby that do a lot better for the same price. I’m disappointed.

My husband I had the most pleasant relaxing experience with the guys and gals at this nail salon. Very pleased with my mani with gel polish and pedicure. I have not had foo nails for about 3 months now due to previous salon grinding down my natural nails to paper thin, they are extremely short and tender, I explained I am letting them heal and asked for just gel polish she really took care of me and I appreciate that greatly. My husband too had a great pedicure and left relaxed and feeling refreshed. Thank you!! We will come back and we drive from out of town!

Service is always pleasant. They take their time and dont try and over charge for services you dont want.

I wont recommend this place. I was shopping with my daughter and husband. Decided to get my nails done for my birthday. I didn’t wanted dip powder but said that’s all the offer so I still went ahead took 2 hours to get it done. Went home one of nails broke off and all popped off a week after.

Bad experience. Wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. Was at the mall so went to tip to toe. Nails are awfull. Nails are not level. They are bumpy and wavy. I am embarrassed by them. Didn’t go back to see if they would fix them. Will never go back

1 star for shaping my toenails round and short when I asked for them squared and long. And the nail tech was going to paint my nails a solid color at first after I repeated to her 5 times that I wanted french tip. On top of that Im not a fan of free handing a french tip without a stencil. The lines were crooked and the Polish was streaky and pasty. The nail tech did her best to fix it, but I ended up telling her to paint them solid, because the lines were unable to be fixed since she cut my toenails round and too short.

I went today to get my nails done by Kim. She was the rudest worker I have ever met. When I asked her to fix my nail polish she yelled at me and told me to leave and never come back. This Salon dont believe in customer service. Rude and unpleasant service by Kim

If i could give 0 stars i would. Went here only 3 or so days ago and my nails are already chipping. The man who did my nails was in such a hurry to get me out it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I am absolutely 100% never coming back here and i will do my best to make sure no one i know comes here

This place is horrible and a waste of money. My first nail cracked within 24 hours of getting them done and days later two other nails cracked. I did go and get them fixed but I do not recommend this place the shaping is horrible and my nails are lumpy.

The visit itself took 3 hours from the time I sat down to the time I paid.The sign says $30 for full set of dip powder but I was charged $45 so I guess my sips were 15....?However I left pretty happy because I loved the way my nails looked! Matte black.Then two days later the matte is half way peeled off and one of my nails broke while I was sleeping(which is definitely not normal )I called to ask if I can have it fixed and a male answered. He said it would be $5 to replace one nail. Even though the quality is the reason they broke in the first place.Looks good when you leave but doesn’t last. Won’t be back ):

Worst manicure and customer service Ive ever had at a nail salon. I only went there because my normal place was completely booked and I was already by the mall. My natural nails are now filed crooked and the gel French paint has no curve - literally looks like someone took a brush straight across the tip of my nail. When I tried to have it corrected when it was firat started, they even said no, this is how its done. Ive had my nails done for 15 years and theyve never been shaped like that nor looked this terrible.Not to mention theyre beyond rude and will argue with you when you dont approve of their work. Foul people!

My friend took me here to get mani-pedis, and while the employees were all very nice, they seemed to be in a big hurry to get us out the door. We got gel manicures, and mine is already chipping after just four days. The woman working on my nails made no effort to be gentle when trimming my cuticles and actually clipped into my nail bed and made it bleed. They didnt even attempt to even out the length of our nails for either of us. I will probably never come back to this salon.

We were visiting the mall to do some Christmas shopping. We decided to get our nails done and went into Tip To Toe. Hands down, worst experience Ive ever had. First of all, they dont clean their stuff. Instead, they spray down your fingers/hands with alcohol. Then the lady painting my nails seemed like she hadnt painted nails a day in her life. I was getting gelac put on and she painted the first layer way below my cuticle. Then when I asked she started painting up higher. But because you have to do multiple layers, the shading is off. Then there is a spot where its obvious she didnt cover my whole nail. Worst experience. I will never go back.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I went to go get my nails done the day after Valentines Day. I did come in a a couple of minutes before they closed but if I am a paying customer I should be treated like one. I got there and I want to do tips but the women told me what I should get and decided to tell the other co-worker that I did not want to add tips to my nails. I got dipping power and my toe nails done and both was horrible. My toe nails didnt look professionally painted. She didnt add top coat to my nails. She told me that my toes was dry. I got home and my right toe polish was gone. Four days later my dipping power nail popped off. I wouldnt recommend anyone to do here and get anything done. Prices are too high and quaility is not worth it at all!

Went in for a new set of NexGen on a Sunday and by Friday they were cracked and coming off. They were done way too thin. The employees are very nice and talkative and friendly with the customers but the nails arent so great.

Horrible service, honestly worst nail salon... I asked for my nails to be long, but the lady didn’t listen so instead of long nails I got them extremely short and not what I was asking for. I had gotten really frustrated and told my friend that “we should have just gone to a different place”, so then the lady proceeded to literally rip off the nails she had just glue on taking part of my actual nails. My fingernails where bleeding, sore and honestly I just do not recommend this so called Nail salon I will be filling out a compliant to the mall office and licensing company

Worst experience of my life. Never going back. A technician cut my best friends toe during a pedicure and she started BLEEDING and almost passed out.Thats not even the worst part. I got my nails done thinking they would last because it was nex gen. I was wrong. The nails starting falling off days later. The true terror starts when I went up there to get the rest off or my money back. I was very polite and as soon as I told the manager the issue he starting yelling at me in front of the entire store, telling me to point out the nail technician. After telling him details of the worker and the exact number of her station, he tells me I am at the wrong place because I cant point the lady out. Telling me that Im confused because there are two places in the mall. I remain calm and tell him details of the pictures right next to the work space. The lady who did my nails comes up to us and pulls me away from the angry manager. She offered to redo them for free..but I wanted to leave because it was so uncomfortable. I got the remaining 5 nails soaked off and a manacure. When I left I didnt get an apology or even a goodbye. There was polish on my skin and parts of my nail werent covered completely. IN A NUTSHELL, my experiences with Tip to Toe has been rude staff, and sloppy work. Dont waste your money!

I took my mom to get her nails done for her birthday, and she wanted the dip nail net and instead they gave her the acrylic powder and tried to make her believe it was the dip. My mom just went with it. After she got home she realized her nails were so imperfectly done. She showed me, there were spots on her nails without color, there was unevenness, places on her nails where you could feel the texture where they didnt put the coating on top! Aside from the unpleasant service, there was a lady who was so rude to me. She raised her voice at me over something so silly, I asked her if She could cut my cuticles, she said $7 dollars, I said okay then I later asked her if she could use her nail machine to remover the stuff from under the tip and thats when she raised her voice that I should go use a brush to remove it and I had already washed my hands! So I did but she did nothing about it. You could hear and feel the tension in the room. I will never step a foot in this place and by far this is my first review on anything but I couldnt resist from letting anyone know how bad of an experience I had and I hope no one ever goes through the same costumer service experience I had.

I went on Friday the 24tg of November. Got Nexgen. I told her I wanted square and she did rounded. They look aweful. She left the powder stuff all around my nails. I called and told them I am very unhappy with them. They said I will have to pay $35.00 for them to reshape and fix their screw up. I got so angry I hung up on them. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. I do not recommend this place. If I could rate a zero I would.

This place was horrible got my nails done and a couple of hours later they were chipping and cracked to my original nail.I mean they were already to bulky and shaped so wrong. I went to ask for a refund and they told me it was the top coat. The lady who did my nails accused me of damaging them. I know if I do anything to damage my fake nails I damage my real nails. In the end I hated being yelled at so I left without a refund and cracked nails.

Had the worse experience i ever had at a nail shop. The techs were talking about us ii know it bcuz they kept looking at us. They were rude as heck the environment was so uncomfortable bcuz of the energy in there. Never going i mean it this time.

I will not ever return to this nail salon. After one day, all my nails look a hot mess.I had a mani and pedi done for $40 and I want my money back!This was not worth it. The lady doing my mani and pedi was not friendly and just used old polish and I noticed that they do not clean their stuff.I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The customer service was not good at all. My wife gets the next gen nails and they have always charged her 35 dollars and now they charged her 45 and done a terrible job on her nails. When she told them what was wrong they did nothing to fix it. She will never be back

I told the lady to please re-do my daughters nails because they were all messed up (by the person who did them) and the lady just added more layers of nail polish to it .
