Huge play area with lots of different activities for kids and adults alike. Its a bit pricey and practically no customers were wearing masks, but its also easy to find places to bounce or play that are away from other people. Great fun--and we ALL slept well the night after!Update: we went back a second time for just as much fun. Be sure to look up their days/times for toddler specials!

It was so much fun there! The workers were extremely nice and even took my sons music request. I loved the message chairs for parents....GREAT MOVE!!!! I would only suggest installing more hand sanitizer dispensers. OVERALL: HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Kids love it. I do find it sad they dont have membership options. It is a bit pricey with all the games you can easily spend 50.00 per child.

Kids had fun but got bored quickly with it. They spent more time playing the arcade games which they didnt have that many of. Plus out of the ten or twelve they have a few didnt work or would take the money and we would have to keep going to the front and getting the money back.

It was pretty neat but the website definitely makes it seem like there is more to do. Reasonably priced and the hotel we stayed at offered a buy 1 hour get 1 hour free coupon. None of the workers seemed happy to be working there and 1 of them running the zip line was talking on her cell phone while unhooking the kids after the zipline. I felt bad for them for having to push the harness and connector up the track up all those stairs and then having to run back down just to repeat it over and over. The kids had fun but were bored before the hour was over.

Went with my family today and everyone had a blast. My granddaughters are 3 and 7 and they had the best time. Wasn’t to busy, everything was clean, and staff was professional. I recommend going on one of their special days cause it is pricey and arcade games are extra. They host birthday parties and we look forward to going back

Not at all impressed when compared to their competition. And to spend $50 to jump on the trampoline for one hour is ridiculous.

Xtreme Air Mega Park is a really great and fun place for your family. You can book parties. Its a great place for all ages. Adults are allowed to jump. They have arcade games.

Really cool place. Being honest I had not been feeling well and my 4 year old son was begging to go and for me to go and watch him. We arrived, they were super busy. The parking lot was packed with people/vehicles and there were birthday celebrations going on. I asked my son if he wanted to go another day I didnt really feel like it. He kept begging so I caved. We went in and my son goes to play. They had massage chairs, 3 minutes for $1. Needless to say, I wasnt feeling well (due to health issues, not contagious illness), I was able to still go and sit in a massage chair and watch my child play. Which to me is a win win. Definently worth a trip!

Very cool place! We live in Illinois and have visited a similar place in Indiana called SkyZone. However, this place has way more options and was so much fun for the boys! I think the Zipline Coaster is so cool!! One of our boys rode it three times. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. We had purchased online tickets for a 12pm to 1pm jump and ended up being 15 min late. They changed our jump 1230pm to 130pm which gave the boys 10 extra minutes. Highly recommend this place for a fun outing for just the kids or even the whole family!

The bouncing is fun, but the bathrooms are gross.And my entire family felt like we were breathing fumes. Their ventilation system is non-existent. Spent the last half of our time there sitting down.Ive been out of the place for twenty minutes and my chest still burns and my head aches.

Great fun for everyone adults and kids alike! It was easy to social distance and have fun. We went on a week day and it wasnt crowded at all. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I paid for my sons birthday part 3 weeks in advance. I was told it was for him plus 10 kids. When I got there the guy told me I had to pay like 15 dollars more. After arguing with me he finally got a manager and they said I was right. They were supposed to have paged for our party at 3 and they didnt nor did they have my kids drinks ready to go when we all got to the room for cake. Finally after the party was over one of my aunts approaches me saying the guy needs u to come pay for the party. I was steaming mad at this point and when I was done yelling at him he said oh Im sorry I just need u to sign the paper saying its paid for (a receipt)

Personally I wasnt a fan. However the kids LOVED it! We had a party there. We were supposed to have a staff member help us set up and clean up, we didnt. Drinks were supposed to be provided, half were. There was a spill and they handed one of our guests a mop to clean it up. Not to mention the temperature in the building was uncomfortably hot. I get it, there are A LOT of inflatables, people running etc but surely something can help...right? I told a friend its like an updated chuck e cheese, an adults nightmare and childs dream world. I would for sure think twice before returning BUT I see the appeal and where others have an amazing time. Just Personally not my cup of tea.

Pros: Very big with lots of options. The huge yellow inflatable is ENORMOUS. Zipline roller coaster is unique. Big indoor play structure is a great place for younger kids to play and has lots of fun features. Probably twice the size of the average trampoline park. Massage chairs for parents are a nice touch.Cons: Not nearly enough staff for the size of the space. At most trampoline parks (we go to a LOT) there are refs in each section monitoring for safety. Outside of front desk staff and zipline staff, I saw exactly ZERO staff members monitoring any spaces in the entire 2 hours we were there. One of my kids is young and small and there were several close calls with teen-aged boys. Even more challenging is that parents cannot monitor what is happening inside the yellow inflatable without having the socks and going inside, so it is a complete free-for-all with teens doing some pretty questionable things in there (as well as some issues with gum and candy stuck in there.) I am not advocating for a lot of restrictions on what kids can do bc I want them to challenge their bodies and play hard (and some trampoline parks over-monitor to the point of taking all the fun out of it,) but they do need some supervision in situations where they can become seriously injured or cause serious injury to others. It was also difficult to monitor in the big trampoline area due to the set up. They did give me a free pair of socks to go and monitor myself after I complained about the lack of staff. (First they wanted me to pay for them but I said no.) There was generally no place for parents to sit where they could watch their kids except in the places where there were massage chairs, which isnt everywhere. In general, it felt a bit grimy. The bathroom needed some attention. Very low water pressure and one faucet not working at all, so hard to get hands really washed. Could use better ventilation as it smelled a bit like rubber tires, I guess from the inflatable or rubber mats.

Good time but not bad reason kids old seems 12 to 15 not sure crazy playground only 10 age limit … some not safe I smell smoke in bathroom or maybe shirt spread air …not sure

So much fun! I like that there are separate areas for different activities. My kids, age 12 and 8 had a blast and are already asking when they can go back.

Clean. Fun. Lots to do. Staff was nice and helpful. Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and making sure the kids had fun while also being safe. Will definitely be going back more often. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I wish they offered memberships. Other than that, its totally 5 star quality fun.

Very fun. Unsure if the value is the best. Did not se any membership options similar to equivalent businesses, like Urban Air which is set to come to Chattanooga. That would help with price in the long run.

Went with seven kids aged 5 to 12. Each had a great time. Easy to keep an eye on every one and where they were with the layout and separate areas for younger ones. Massive bounce area. I appreciated that all the activities, like the zipline, were included with ticket. No surprise expenses. We will return again.

This is our favorite jump park. My kids love it and we’re going to be having a birthday party there soon.

The place was fun, fairly priced, and had lots for the kids to do. Zipping looks a bit unsafe and there could stand to be more arcade games (and the prizes were really limited)

My kids enjoyed the place, but I wasnt impressed. Its very spread out and no cubbies for shoes. All teens working here and they seemed more concerned impressing each other than watching the kids and interacting with them. It seems very expensive to do this. The positive is that it is near our home and it kept them busy for an hour.

It’s honestly just not very well kept, the VR is the equivalent of the he little phone games you can play, and it gets pretty stale pretty quickly. For small children, I’d recommend, but only if you wanna keep them in the ball pit

Its really fun for the kids. The party package is a joke. Its just borrowing a room and getting cokes. No plates or utensils, no cups or ice... so be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need!

This place was so fun with my kids . Its very cool they let you bring back the socks you bought to use and not have to pay for again . The virtual reality game was a very nice thing to do 😌

Theyre high it like 30$ for 2 hours but its fun

Paid for the party package arrived early like said on site and still took over 30 mins to get organized etc..the man that was cleaning the area (kind of older) rude as could be.we was not in his way and even moved out of his way so he could clean and almost demanding us to move away from the tables out side of the party rooms when every other table was occupied as well.kids had fun zip line was closed for half the time.page also mentioned that they was working at a 20% capacity well over that .the kids enjoyed and had fun the lady that helped with party was great too.

My sons and I took my grandson and we all had a great time. My sons and grandson played on the blow up bouncing course and then we played a lot of games and won tickets so my grandson went home with a lot of toys and candy. The man in charge was very helpful and we just had a fun time.

Awesome place for the whole family! It is a little expensive and annoying that they dont let you use grip socks from other trampoline parks but we will still be returning. We took our children 2, 4, and 9 and we were all able to have fun, even mom and dad!

Was it XTREME? Yes! Was it MEGA? Yes! Was is PRICEY? Yes! Really cool features, but paying $20 per head per hour is a bit much, especially for larger families.

This place is SEVERELY overpriced. For my family of 6, that consists of 2 adults, 2 almost teens, and 2 toddlers who can barely do much there, they were charging close to $100 for 1 hour.Go to defy in Chattanooga and pay a third of what this place is charging and it is far nicer.

Only thing is to make sure this big kids stay clear of the tounger kids and not to run them over .The people that are there to watch need to make sure thise tbings do not happen for safety reasons or people will not be back!!

Everything was clean, and had a positive vibe, staff were friendly. Only complaint is the vending machines said it took cash but infact didnt take my cash or another customers, lucky i had cash on my card. Other then that it was great

They have a lot to play around on which is great and will wear the kids out. They have some lazy boys working there so when we approached the zip line (my kids were very excited about it) the boys told us that it would be 15 min. We went and played some more and gave them 20 min and then returned. The kid looked at his watch and told us sorry that it would be 10 more minutes as him and his co worker just continued chatting and brushed me off. They then began laughing at my frustration. Very disappointing. Will definitely be referring my friends more toward superfly than this place. I asked the girls at the counter if there was a time frame that people were allowed on the zip line and she told me to just go tell the boys to open it back up myself. I know she meantwell

I have been here two time so far. The first time I took my daughter who is 6, to play. She had a blast. She was able to run free and have good safe fun. The staff was very friendly and there to assist in any way. We had such a good time we came back a couple weeks later for the Friday/Saturday night Black light jump they have. Which is pretty awesome! I highly recommend this place. It’s great fun that I a 32 year old can have fun and play with my family. A+

Really enjoyed our trip here. Plenty to do for little ones and big ones. My two year old had a blast. The arcade section was not working yet but we spent two hours and never got bored. Staff was friendly and helpful. I like the variety of choices to play. They have a toddler section, trampolines, and a huge inflatable section. We can’t wait to go back

I had my little girls birthday party there on the 11th and the lady that was over our stay was absolutely wonderful she was there making sure everyone was good and making sure we had everything we needed and took very good care of us. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved all the different things they could play on. I recommend this place for fun and for patties.

Some of the games took your money and didn’t work had a hard time with the card for the games for what you get for the party witch was not anything you can go to superfly in Chattanooga for the same price and get a lot more will go back to superfly

The kids had a lot of fun, but no one watches their kids. There are kids running around everywhere interrupting in the arcade. They need better policies regarding young children being attended to by parents.

After asking several times about a coupon we had and they said they would honor it they decided to change their mind and not honor their coupon after we checked in for our birthday party. We never have another party there

The place was amazing. My only problem was zip line the person working it was so rude. My daughters waited in that line not once but twice just to get to finally do it and here the words”we are cleaning sorry you can’t ride” and “ sorry but you got a black bracelet on you need to leave” after my kid had been standing there for several minutes, She walked away in tears. I won’t be back, I’d rather spend my money at the other place. That guy was so rude and to a 7 year old little girl. Her dad is in the military and currently deployed and I have never been treated so disrespected. It’s a great place but if my happiness has to depend on the staff Forget it I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Me, my father, my husband and brother went last week for two hours. We are 25, 60 and 13 years old, and we had equal amounts of fun! I think it is the most fun that we have ever had out as a family. There is something for everyone to enjoy, but the inflatable park really sent it over the edge for us! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Lots of activities for kiddos in this facility, but if theyre short on staff (like theyve been the last 2 times Ive been) theyre not going to have all of those activities available even though you paid for access to them. Wish they had more in the arcade area, too.
