My first ever facial! Alyssa did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable about skincare and made me feel very comfortable and confident! She helped guide me in the right direction with getting on a skincare routine with recommending the best products! My facial was a 11/10 and i will definitely be going back! Definitely not relaxing when you get jipped out of 20 minutes. Had a 3:00 appt. I arrived at exactly 3 and as per the previous text instructions text arrived. At 3:15 they text come in and Shannon apologizes for making me wait and says they had a computer glitch. No big deal...except Drew promptly ended my massage at 4:00 and when I asked him why i was cut short he told me well I have a client waiting for me.When i came to the desk and was asked cheerfully how was it i asked Shannon why I was penalized for the computer issue she just said oh and processed my payment.Most unprofessional ever. So glad the person after me received prompt on time service. Must be nice.

Highly recommend LaVida. Its not just massages! They offer incredible facials and other services. I had a hydrafacial and massage. I left there like a new woman!

It’s a nice place but it’s like $90 intro massage and $110 going forward which is pretty wild. Would be cool to get some hot stones or something with it. People are nice. Place is clean and accommodating. Also got an hour massage started 15 minutes late leaving me with only a 45-50 minute massage. For $90 + $20 I’m not blown away. Bagel store next store is a steal though.

I live in NYC but I choose to drive to this location in Smithtown because they are the best! I had a massage and a facial and both were fantastic. Covid-19 protocols went above and beyond expectations and I had no concerns at all receiving treatments during this time. Highly recommended!

I had one of the best massage experiences EVER with Nicole! Relaxing, wonderful technique and she paid extra attention to an area I advised I was having issues with. Id never tried Dermaplaning before - so I added as a service after my massage. So very happy that I did! Kait was friendly and made sure to explain each step. I was so comfortable and loved what my skin looked and felt like afterwards. I like the text messaging to confirm my appointment and check in. Ive been to LaVida for a facial recently as well, and will definitely be returning!

Loved the customer service i received from the start. Christina was my massage therapist and I must say, she was exceptional! I recently had a tonsillectomy and she made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Offered me water, warm blankets, asked all the right questions. Not to mention, the massage itself was amazing. Very clean, staff was professional and Christina is an amazing massage therapist! I also liked that the massage tables are heated and that I wasn’t fully exposed at any time. She worked from area to area keeping me comfortable. I left there fully relaxed.

I had a facial with Dee and it was so relaxing I even fell asleep for a second! My skin felt great afterwards and looked great too. The chocolate product that she applied smelled so delicious. The place itself is set up nice and they have lots of great products. They are very professional and very welcoming.

Massages were exceptional. Hot stone was a great add on. Drew and Raymond did fantastic jobs loosening up tight areas. Ambiance is very nice. 60 minute appt includes dress time. My wife and I will definitely return.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was kind, the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment I stepped in the door. Christine gave me a wonderful massage (I came home and told my husband it was the best Ive ever had), and she listened to all of my questions and concerns ahead of time. After the massage, the front desk staff let me know about the membership program, and did a wonderful job explaining it and answering all of my questions (I signed up before leaving). I am currently a member at another spa/salon in the area and decided to cancel that membership and come to LaVida because my experience here was so much better than I have ever received at that spa/salon.

La Vida Massage is awesome. The facility is relaxing, beautifully decorated, and clean. Best massages and facials anywhere. Staff are all super nice. I used to bounce around from place to place. Now this is the only place I come to for a massage or facial.

Main reason for the change was location convenience, but Im glad I did.I must say I really enjoy their app. I can view all available massage appointments both 60 and 90 minutes and see who the therapist is then book it. Super convenient as usually I book these things last minute and love to be able to check at a moments notice for availability.All of my LMTs have been great so far. Everyone is personable and professional. Will be a member for as long as I can.

I bought my kids a gift card each and I got the feee one (it was a Christmas promotion ) we went with my daughter recently, all the girls were very nice, why I didn’t give five stars? Because the therapists were 5 mts late for us and by the time we were ready and everything it was already 10 mts lost. Other than that we loved it but if decided to go back, I’ll make sure they take us on time.
