I have been to this salon multiple times in the few years I’ve lived in the area and never had a problem until today. Management changed 3 weeks ago and this was my first time in since the change. I asked for number 13 on the first pic and this is what I got instead. The technician messed up on one hand and had to redo it then kept having to touch up nails. As you can see some of the glitter is still not full in places and the blue is completely different on each nail. The shape is supposed to be almond which is not all uniform. Super thick and misshaped but after being there 2 hours I had to go. The most disappointing is the manager just said sorry it took so long and didn’t discount the ombré up charge at all. Luckily it was 20% off on Tuesdays so I had some sort of discount but very unhappy with my nails and not what I asked for at all. Not to mention my nail shapes are now all messed up. They have lost me as a customer.

I used to go to French nail in Lewisville so I was close with the owner Vicky she was the only one I would go to, I went to call her and she told me she moved here to I nail & and spa so I came here and got a pedicure done and as always Vicky did a great job! The place was very clean and upscale, family owned still which I love! She’s always so gentle & very professional! Will definitely be coming here from now on! Great prices & great service!!

As soon as we walked in, not one greeting and dirty looks. Lady that did my design was messy with my heart design. I told her I wanted heart patterns and she constantly told me she was unable to do it. She was already doing it all she had to do was keep outlining the heart! I told her multiple times to just keep outlining and she kept telling me she couldnt do it. I told the lady at desk that I didnt want to pay the design portion because she didnt even finish it!! And they made me pay for it. Do not come here if you ever want something in specific because theyll either tell you they cant do it or get lazy with it and do something completely different. They talk bad about their clients too!!!

So pleased with our experience! I’ve gone to them for years!! New owner is so friendly and they helped us get ready for Disney and our California trip!! So much fun! All the techs I have had are great! Shout out this time to Jen and Rachel!!!

Followed my favorite manicurist up here from her previous business. Its a little farther away, but well worth it. Everybody is very nice and it feels like a family. Very clean and modern looking. Highly recommend and will be back. Ask for Vicky.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I went in. I didnt have an appointment but was able to get right in. Different from when I was there a couple of weeks ago. The check in process was different and the nail colors are now displayed in a organized display. So much easier to see the color choices. Jenn was the nail tech that assisted me. She was GREAT. The salon is under new management and it shows.

By far, the best nail salon Ive been to. All the techs are great and the owner is such a great guy. I always love my nails and get many compliments. Ill be going in today for something different. Great service, doesnt take forever and looovvveee the decor and atmosphere. In the pics are some of the nails Ive gotten. The last ones glow in the dark which Im crazy about!!!

Very disappointed in my nails. I asked for coffin shape and got something that looked like half way toward almond and coffin. But waste of money and never going back.

First and my last time i come here!! The guy that did my nails seemed to not know what he was doing. He didnt ask me about the length or shape and just assumed and when I stopped him and made him correct it he made a face and got bothered. My nails looked like they need to be filled there pointing upwards, there not the length or shape i asked for. I brought my niece with me to get her a mani and they cut her pinky, No apology. It was overall the worse nail salon Ive been to regardless of the upscale layout they have. The nail tech was peter.

I received a Gel pedicure from a gentleman. Although the massage part was okay, my actual Gel polish pedicure was terrible!! There is something wrong on each and every toenail. A few nails weren’t fully polished, a few were over polished where I had Gel on my skin and cuticles, and several toenail edges were not filed down properly. Overall, my pedicure looks horrible and I will not be returning back!One positive, management was understanding and helpful.

I saw that this nail salon had great reviews so I decided to try it out on my lunch break and Im super disappointed. They were really nice when I walked in but the nail technician seemed a bit distracted. When he put on my extensions and cut them down he never checked to see if the nails were the same length on each hand. Theyre all different sizes. I got my nails dipped and 2 spots he ground down too much causing bald spots. I noticed and got one fixed but I didnt notice the second until later on. He skipped a nail for certain steps several times and I had to remind him to go back. The top coat was touched too early so I walked out of the nail salon with finger prints on 5 of my nails even though he had assured me they were dry enough for him to touch. Also, I requested almond shaped nails (most of them are not center and have one side rounded and one side straight) which ended up being an extra charge. I dont mind the extra charge but I wasnt notified until it was time to pay and I had asked why my bill was higher than expected. I will be going to a different salon from now on. Im sure other nail artists are better than the one I had but the experience has soured me.The picture shows the bald spot on the side of my middle finger. The nails are too dark to show the finger prints unfortunately.

Took my daughters and they tried to sit me at a pedicure bowl where a guest just left without cleaning it, looked in bowls where my daughters were going to sit and they looked dirty too so we walked out.

Terrible experience all times i have gone. They will definitely not be getting my business ever again after today. I asked for a blue and pink alternating set and my nails turned out red after he said they would lighten up. I told him it wasn’t what I asked for and he told me I was wrong. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t ask for and he refused. Worst customer service I have every experienced. 0/10

Nothing special here. Customers service is ok. Wanted a Jack Skull for Halloween and apparently theres only 1 person for nail art and she left. Overall if you just want a basic color and get over charged for it then this place is for you. Happy fall yall.

We came in a group of 6 after 7pm and they were awesome. Super friendly and neat. I got specialty acrylic tips with a peacock design. I showed them one picture and they knocked it out of the park.

I have been with my daughter a couple of times now. Very friendly, professional staff. Very clean facility. Quality work. Im overdue to have my nails dipped, its been 3 weeks and they still look good except they are grown out. But the color is still holding strong and hasnt chipped at all.

Been a regular now for over a year, and have to say I enjoy getting my nails done here. They remember who I am and greet me each time like Im an old friend. I have to say there have been times my nails have been less than perfect--but how Im treated made up for that. Not looking for perfection, just something nice that will make me happy--& they definitely deliver on that.Ask for Steven--hands down the BEST technician there! :)

Tammie was absolutely amazing! She is so detailed, and gives you exactly what you ask for or great suggestions if youre not sure what you want. This is one of those salons where you get fantastic service in a beautiful, clean atmosphere, regardless of which technician you see. However, I would DEFINITELY recommend having Tammie do your manicures, because mine turned out pristine!

My first visit was great but my 2nd visit 2 days ago was horrible. I have pictures of my nails and am in pain from my cuticles being burned from the lady not paying attention. Told her and she continued. I just wanted it over. She did one hand and then had to remove it all because it was not correct. My nails were to be thin and look natural and they look like a joke. They are not even smooth and some have huge dips in them that my own nail did not have. I feels as though my own nails have now been done in. I was even stupid enough to give a large tip because I am nice like that. My fingers hurt and the nails I want to rip off. My schedule does not allow me to return to get them fixed and scared to go back at this time but considering not returning at all. I am in pain and should not be. I feel as know matter who does your nails they should be constant but this is not the case. I am extremely disappointed

I love coming here! All the techs are very nice, their equipment is all sterlized, their booths/chairs and general equipment is well kept also. Their customer service here really stands out for me, as they make it a point to call you by name and they actually remember you if you come in more than once!Ive never ever had a bad experience here and their techs all do a great job. Ive had the pleasure of using, J.P., Kevin and Annie (shes my regular tech and is so quick AND detail oriented!) I tell everyone I work with and know to come here!

Been here before, wasn’t bad the first time. This time though, I asked for the same thing, but with a different girl. I had polish on before she started which she didn’t use polish remover on, and DRILLED THE POLISH OFF MY NAIL. She missed polish on my thumb and casually applied the acrylics like she didn’t see it, I asked for oval shaped nails and she made them all jagged and sloppy some of the acrylic is in my cuticles and around my nails, and then painted on the polish when my nails obviously looked terrible and she painted extremely sloppy and the top coat is only on PARTS of my nail and it is noticeable, she also got polish on my finger and didn’t wipe it off. Very mad since it is so expensive and I could have done it better MYSELF.

This visit was not good! My technician was falling asleep while doing my pedicure she cut my toe😫ouch! The massage was not good😕! Very disappointed! Luckily we have lots of choices here in Corinth!

Very nice place. I got a gel manicure and it is awful.. u told 2 people including the owner and they attempted to fix it but adding more gel topcoat.. so now my nails are thick and bumpy and rough. Pedicure was average.

This was the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten! The technician rushed and did not listen to me and on top of that they charge for shape and my nails are very short. They were lumpy and an even an already looked like they were a few days old when I walked out. Within a week they all popped off. This is definitely a chop shop nail salon. Obviously I would never return.

Not relaxing at all! The pedicure tech was very rough, tugging and twisting. Not a very pleasant experience. Will not be going back.

I usually go to a location in Lewisville but I wanted to try this location since is close by. The job looks good and my nails looks amazing. But my problem was the chemical they used on my hands and nails that won’t stop from burning, it’s 4am and I haven’t got any sleep from this sensation. I know it was a chemical they used, when I specified I was allergic. I would never come here again and get treated poorly .

This is a awesome place to make your nails. I go every month to make my pedicure and relaxing time.

This is hands down the best place in the Metroplex! Tom is the owner and he has really staffed great people that do quality work! He runs a great establishment and it is a comfortable and fun environment! He is always so friendsly and really takes the time to get to know his clients.

Had my legs waxed because it is usually a quick job, but this time it took forever and she missed noticable spots.

I was not pleased with my nails, one was messed up and they were uneven plus the lady went fast and dint put her best work. Really not pleased :(
