Loved my nails when I first got them done, they looked great and I was excited to come back. However the next day the corner of one of my nails cracked. I was just gonna let it go and blame it on the fact that I may have hit it by accident. Few days after that a corner of another nail cracked on the other hand while I was turning my steering wheel?… not even a week later and I have 2 cracked nails. You think for $45 and a nice tip you could get nails that lasted more than 4 days. I will say the pedicure is lasting nicely though. Just disappointed in the nails.

I came to Bella nail bar for my birthday on July 26. It’s been two days and my nail is already chipped. I had very mediocre service but i decided that if the nails were good, I could overlook the service problem. My nail chipped after two days, and several of the corners and side don’t have any color. The lady who did my nails was very unfriendly and checked her phone multiple times throughout my nails getting done. I told her thank you several times and she never once responded. On top of all this she dipped my nail directly in the powder they use for everyone else which is very unhygienic. I spent $45 and got bad nails and bad service. Very disappointing, will not be back or recommend to anyone. Edited to add: Another nail chipped on the same hand.

Sarah is amazing!!!! She always does an outstanding job. The salon is very clean and well run by Patrick. Everyone is very sweet and professional. I recommend this salon to everyone. I am always happy when I leave and my nails look like little watermelons. I will be back .

I came here today around 4:30pm to request a soak off of the acrylic currently on my nails and then to get a simple clear polish. I was then told by the gentleman up front that they were not taking any more walk in’s. I asked further questions and finally was able to get a technician to take off the acrylic. She mentioned she did not understand why they couldn’t get me in as they do not close till 7.After she finished-I went to pay for the service and proceeded to see the receptionist welcome in two customers after me-offering them options to get them in for a service far more timely than my 15 min acrylic removal.Unfortunately I will not return for any future services from this business.

Patrick and his staff are extremely nice. They have all different races working in there and they all speak English. They listen to what you want.

I called an hour ahead and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. I was greeted upon arrival. One of the employees helped me pick out a polish color and sat me immediately. They brought me water with an orange slice that was soooo refreshing. Abby was my nail tech. She was incredible. She was so gentle and gave me a heavenly foot rub. Im a novice at the nail salon so she directed me through my whole experience. I will 100% be going back.

I spent $78 dollars on some of the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten. I told my technician that I hated the color and she said that since it’s dip powder, painting over it would look worse. I feel embarrassed going to work with these nails. Many people have already mentioned how bad my manicure is. I called to complain and try to get a refund and they said they’d have to check with the owner tomorrow. They offered to redo the nails but why would i let them try again when such a bad job was done the first time.

Nails were crooked. And color is spotty. Wouldnt fix the nail either.

I wont go anywhere else!! I love Bellas and the staff, Ive never had a bad experience and my nails are always perfect!! 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌

3/4 of us were happy. One got cut too short and she wasnt very happy.

The atmosphere of the nail salon was nice and welcoming the lady doing my pedicure not so much I just felt she was rushing the entire time and the salon wasn’t even busy she wouldn’t even cut my toe nails and acted like she was cutting my cuticles and wasn’t scrubbed each foot maybe 5-10 seconds . For a 50$ pedicure the quality sucks I could of done it at home… I’ll be back but not with her to see how my experience is with someone else.

My husband and I got our pedicures done here and I got Nexgen nails done by Kelley. The staff was very nice. The owners here are great. Kelley did an amazing job on my pedicure and nails. She took her time with my nails and they came out amazing! Will definitely be going back.

This place is fabulous! They care for you from the time you get there to the time you leave. My mother is 82 years old. I pick her up in Arlington to bring her all the way to Denton to get her pedicures. YES! I would recommend this place.

I will not return to this location. Several times Ive had a nail tech just get up and walk away with no explanation. The last and final day my Daughter and I made call ahead appointments and was left standing for 30 min with no service. The front desk Manager is very unorganized and offers no help. Very poor Customer service. For great service you should go to Epic nails. Hands down the best in the area!!

Decided to try this place out and was disappointed. So any nail place is expected to be busy at 1 pm on a Saturday which is why I called ahead made sure an app. was available. I was given the ok for that time, showed up, it was busy as expected but that’s what appointments are for right? After waiting 10 min they had another lady & I start soaking our nails at the bar which I’ve never done before. It wasn’t until about 1:40 that I finally got a nail tech and got sat down with her. She was nice and all but was rushed due to me waiting. In the end when I paid and spoke to the owner who gave me the appointment I asked him how their appointments work at that location, because they seem to operate differently than other places he asked “well you like your nails right?” and also said “yea well other places aren’t as busy” insinuating that they were better than other places. He also kept saying I was using that time to soak my nails.. had I been sat with a nail tech at the time I was scheduled to I would’ve been done 30 min earlier. Being a girl like many others I’ve been to my share of nail salons all over the dfw.. no one has ever had me wait almost an hour having an appointment. Usually they tell you upfront if they can’t attend to you at a specific time. Any nail place is busy on the weekends especially being so close to Valentine’s Day... and he could’ve just told me there wasn’t going to be any nail tech available at 1 pm and I would’ve been fine with that. But I had already driven there and didn’t really have time to wait somewhere else. For $50 and being an hour late to my errands, they missed the corners of my nails. All of my nails are missing dip on the corners. I didn’t want to come off rude so I didn’t even bring that up as I was late to where I had to be and the owner in the front didn’t seem to be the type to take any sort of criticism well. He would answer my questions with his own questions and avoid telling me how their appointments work. And before he claims this to be a a fake review it’s not..

I wouldn’t go back. It has great reviews but made an appointment and when we got there we were still waiting around. Why make an appointment if you’re just going to make us wait around. I had an hour lunch and wasted half of it waiting before I just left. I def won’t be back.

A couple week ago I went to this nail bar. There was cockroaches everywhere and the staff did not care about the sanitation here. It deeply disgusted me, that I wanted to vomit. The tools they have used had some brown substance, not the nail polish, but like as if bacteria was growing out of it. I wish the staff here worked on the sanitation. The designs were not nice what so ever at all and the staff offered very poor service. One of their staff here was very rude when I started conversing with them when they were the one attempting talking with me. They started to talk very unprofessionally and I could assume cursing in another language after I talked about my cat dying. Im not sure whether that the reviews here were fake or not, what I could say is that its not very sanitary.

I have been a customer of Patrick and his staff for over 10 years! Their sanitation practices are top notch and all of their staff is really polite and professional. I have the best nail tech Christy, she is so helpful on picking the best colors for my skin tone and I always leave highly satisfied.

This place is great and Deborah is absolutely amazing with a pedicure and you will be crazy not to use her, I have definitely found my place from now on and will only use Deborah for my pedicures!!
