The staff were passive aggressively nice; I got a basic manicure and the nail tech was nice and tried to make small talk but the problem came when she kept picking up my hand and throwing it because it wasn’t relaxed enough for her. She asked me to relax me hand and I did and when she asked a couple more times I said this is how relaxed my hand may get I’m sorry if I’m tensing up I’m not trying to do it on purpose. She kept getting frustrated and grunting upset while doing my nails making me feel bad. Personally service wise was just okay but along with the customer service it’s really not worth it.

I got my nails done for my elopement during COVID19 and had a wonderful experience! These are my nails TWO WEEKS after! Im a nanny for a 36 and 6 month olds and struggling with nail picking and i have never had nails look this good for this long!!!Also bring cash to tip, you cannot tip on a card here!They took great precautions and made it a relaxing environment. They checked everyones temperature when they entered and had masks and plastic shields up at every station, including hanging ones at each of the pedicure seats! They also did a wonderful job of spacing everyone out in the salon and handling customers whi kept taking their masks off.My nails were wonderfully done by Michelle. I asked for acrylics and shellac with almond and she went above and beyond! She clarified my space specifics (round v pointy) and sizing. I was debating about what would look best for photos versus my personal over the top style and she was so encouraging about doing what I wanted.I would highly recommend this salon and plan on coming in again and again!

I have visited this establishment several times. Everyone who worked on my nails did a great job. Today, I was greeted when I walked in with a smile. Michelle worked on my nails. My nails are weak; the skin on my hands and feet tends to split and dry out. She did a beautiful job. My nails look great. I got the deluxe pedicure, and it was wonderful. :)

They completely botched my nails. I said I wanted acrylic tips and the tech, Hanna, said Its so bad for your nails. I figured since she was filing them so short she would be putting tips on, per my request but no. She went on to put a bubbly coat of polish on my short nails. When I pointed out how terrible my nails, middle fingers especially, were she put tips on my middle fingers. Middle fingers only. It looks terrible. I have to go get them re-done from a different place. I honestly could have done a better job myself.

I had a great experience here! Amy is an incredible artist! She not only saved my nails but did a beautiful job! Will absolutely be returning! So happy!

My mom, daughter, and myself wanted to get pedicures and gel nails to go out for my birthday. I called the day before to confirm their hours and the day of to let them know we were on the way to arrive at 6:30. Even though I specifically told them what we wanted on the phone, after driving 30 minutes and paying for parking, we were told they were too busy to do the nails, we could only get pedicures. Will never go back here. Too bad, their work was pretty good.

I have been going to this salon for 10+ years. I have always had a good experience. Very nice people, clean and comfortable environment. I usually make an appointment but never waited long when I didnt.

Was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails. I had shellac and gel fill ins. Nail tech was nice but thumbs are two different legnths and I had to pick off dried up gel acrylic off my skin.

First time at this salon!! No wait for my pedicure. Emily was sweet and did a wonderful job. I didnt feel rushed and I loved the pedicure 👍❤️👍

Went in as a walk-in the other day and was seated immediately for my shellac pedicure. The woman who did my toes was named Michelle. She was very sweet and upselled me with the deluxe pedicure that was about $5 more and very much worth it!My first impression about this place was that its bigger than what it seems on the outside. Its goes in much deeper than what a typical nail salon would look like. They have a lot of manicure tables in the front, and more than enough pedicure chairs in the back.I noticed that every new pedicure client is met with a new plastic liner, which lets me know a lot about their cleanliness and hygeine. Its super important to physically see something like that being done because you dont know what goes on in someones shop all day.The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and relaxing. While the massage and hot towels on the legs were a nice touch to the start of my day. I arrived at 12:30pm and finished by 1:15pm -- a little less than an hour which was awesome considering I had a pretty busy day.In conclusion, I would definitely revisit this place again! The service was exceptional as well as the overall look of what I wanted to achieve. The price was at a normal rate for a shellac pedicure ($45 + deluxe Mani ($5) + 20% tip = $60). I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle. She was very sweet!

Pretty standard place but their pricing doesnt make any sense. They advertise for a $35 mani/pedi special on Wednesday so I went in for one. If you go in for just shellac polish, its $20....so I thought my total would come to $55 (the special + shellac) but it was $70!!! They said since it was shellac I didnt qualify for the special and had to pay for a full price pedicure and full price shellac polish. Just be careful on pricing before you go, but otherwise its your standard salon (nothing special)

They disrespect Customers, there is a girl in her early 30s maybe, I got a full set of acrylics and she was so rude to me and my cousin it was not okay at all. I decided I would go again and they had a different set of people working and it was a lot better experience they were kind to me and my cousin this time!😑😂

This place is pretty hit or miss. You get what you pay for since the prices are pretty cheap. There is a man in his mid 20s that does a great job, but last time I got an older lady who rushed through the entire pedicure & was not very nice. I felt as if though I was inconveniencing her. I can definitely tell they refill brand nail bottles with cheaper or even different products because the tech used cuticle remover from an OPI bottle on me & OPI does not sell cuticle remover that comes in a nail polish container. They do have amazing massaging chairs that you sit in for your pedicures so thats a plus. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family, I would just pay the extra amount to go somewhere nicer.

They have the best Shellac and matching polish selection around! They also recently got new massage chairs. Have tried lots of places, this place is great for walk-ins, its clean, lots of talented staff. They use a plastic liner on the pedi-tubs and sterilize equipment. They use hot rocks and hot towels with standard pedis, and also have a ton of deluxe pedi variaties as well.$58 for Shellac and Pedicure and you get Free Bath and Body Works full size lotion as a gift. So the price is very reasonable. Many places in the area charge way more or are dirty. This place meets all my needs! Parking is the only bad thing. I go on Sundays so I never have an issue, but you may have to walk a couple blocks and get some excercise. Beng, Emily and Megan are my favorite techs, no bad experience with any of the other techs out of the dozens of times Ive gone there.
