Ive been to ULUX twice now and they are great! They really pay attention to details. This time I got a mani with design and a pedi. Ruby is amazing at nail art, I told her I wanted my nails to look like a dragon fruit and she delivered, my nails look amazing. Go to Ruby!

My two friends and I came in last minute because we couldn’t find appointments anywhere and even though we had to wait a little bit because they had to call some people in, they took care of us sooner than expected and we each had great pedicures! Very friendly and professional and very good work! Would come here again. Great atmosphere as well.

I asked for gel. They gave me regular polish and did not dry it whatsoever. I was fine with it. When I look at the polish. It was THICK, dripping, and ruined. Missed a toenail to clip. I get home, then put my shoes on. Take them off and the polish is DESTROYED!! I live an hour away from uptown. It should not have been able to be ruined after a full hour or later. Polish or gel. Also the lady who did my pedicure was rough handling my feet.

The Experience started from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. On the phone I felt as though the young man with whom I scheduled my appointment genuinely appreciated me calling and look forward to my arrival. Keyword: genuinely. Not just politely.upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and only good vibes. The decor is chic and serene. its also a great place for a group nail experience yes. They have a covered patio with a small lounge area and four chairs at a high table. Very professional and also very friendly. They made sure I was at ease and knew what was going on before I was taken to a chair. I got a great pedicure and my tech was very sweet. I loved the location and the salon was beautiful and super quaint! Would definitely come a lot if I lived in Dallas!

Have not had my nails done in 3 to 4 years but Im super glad that I chose to get dip nails here. Tina was very nice and was able to give me exactly the nail art and style that I wanted. Will certainly be back.

Literally the only thing I look forward to every two weeks! From the minute you walk in everyone makes you feel so welcomed. Kris at the front desk always greets you by name and makes sure you find the color you love! Ruby is my go to girl for my nails she is amazing never ever disappoints.

Loveeee this place! Here from out of town and randomly found it, it’s in a cute little house! Everyone was so nice and I love that they had little bags for my shoes so I could wear the disposable flip flops out without having to carry my shoes. The lavender scrub was amazing 👏🏼

I love this place. Since Ive found it, I wont go anywhere else. I have had a few different technicians and they are all fabulous.However, if I could use only two words, they would be: SUE TRAN! This woman does such a fabulous job on my nails, every time, and Im always so delighted when I go. Her attention to detail is amazing. This picture looks like its out of a magazine!Also, Victoria does my pedi and she never lets me down! She also takes special care of the cuticles and polish, so everything looks crisp. She truly takes pride in her work, and shes a delight.The location is charming, and they are always full so you should definitely schedule an appointment. The staff is always very polite and attentive, and they offer a variety of other services.

The experience was okay. Nothing too special. I wasn’t offered any drink or anything. The technician did not speak to me. They do a great nail job. On the aspect of customer service. Not too good. 4 stars for nails and for accepting me last minute.

LOVE THIS SALON! I went today but they were booked so I had to settle and go somewhere else. After crying and accepting what happened to me at that other salon I can confirm I will only be visiting Ulux nails from now on. Their service is amazing and it’s so clean and feels like such a treat EVERYTIME you visit! Just make sure you make an appointment because they do get full.

The employees here are so nice and finish the nails in a timely manner. I got Julie for my pedicure and Shu for my manicure and they were both so nice and did a great job!

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, my nails didn’t even last a week! The acrylic nails snapped right off. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service: came in with my girlfriends and were waiting for seats. The lady did my Pedi didn’t offer for drinks and kinda rude to me. First time visited and will be last time here. Service was ok. The massage was shorter than I expected to pay for $55 Hope they could improve the service to their clients.

So disappointed.! I got my powder nails done 1 and a half weeks ago and most of the corner of my nails started cracking. I’m not feeling comfortable to give them a try again. It’s not worthy of my time and the money I’ve spent here.

Got my dip nails done 2 days ago and they started cracking on 3 of them. Called in to let them know about my issue and the guy told me they’re busy and told me to come another day to get it fix. Seem like they’re trying to avoid me about the issue I have with their provided. As I expected, my dip-powder supposed to be lasting 2 weeks or so. Poor quality and not recommended.

The service here was undeniably good! I felt welcome and attended to through my entire manicure, the quality of the work was high and lasted longer than I even expected, the manicurist who did my nails was charming and attentive, and the adorable house it is located in was very clean. Other clientele seemed pleased with their experiences as well. Will absolutely be going back!

The staff at Ulux is amazing. Everyone was fantastic. I was able to schedule the relax spa package as a walk in. But my manicure ended up with air bubbles! I didnt have time to stay for a do-over or return to get them redone. They have to learn to be attentive to people with natural nails. The technician put on three coats so it took forever to dry and the air bubbles were inevitable. I would try this place again but would have to caution them to avoid the air bubbles! Thats something they should already know and understand.

Quite possibly the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to. Everyone is beyond sweet and every individual works hard and does an amazing job. It is always clean and welcoming! My nails always come out perfect and last forever. My bridal party and I came here the day before my wedding & I will never go anywhere else!

We decided last minute to get manicures and pedicures while out exploring Dallas. Called ahead and they were able to fit all three of us in very quickly within the hour. They had a plethora of colors and services. Alice and Simon did an excellent job on my Manicure and Pedicure!

My family & I are from MS & are in Dallas this week for our son’s travel basketball tournament. I needed my nails done & decided to give Ulux a try. My husband, our 13 yo son & I walked in about 12:00 expecting to have to wait. Within 3 minutes we were placed in pedicure chairs. My husband got a deluxe pedicure, my son got the sports pedicure, & I got a classic pedicure & dip change on my hands. ALL of the people were smiling & polite. They did a fantastic job on all 3 of us. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but decided to do so since I am an out-of-towner and was treated like a “local regular”. Do not hesitate to go here!! The facility is so cute & super clean!! I will definitely come back if I’m ever in Dallas again!!

I love coming here! They are all so friendly and do such great quality work. I am always able to schedule easily, and if I ever have an issue Tyler is right there to correct it. I get my nails done every three weeks with Jay and they always turn out perfect. A glass of wine while I am there doesnt hurt with the relaxation part. Theres a reason they have 5 stars! Also one of the only nails spas in Dallas to have 5.

I was out of town and decided to get a manicure and a pedicure. Ulux Nail Spa was close so I visited on a Sunday. There was a short wait. Tina was my technician and she was very pleasant! She did an excellent job on my feet and I was so relaxed while getting my pedicure. The facility was very clean and the environment was relaxing. I think the prices were resonable and if I am in that area again I will definitely be back!

Rachel actually does EXCELLENT CLASSIC MANICURES!!! PRAISE GOD! ... I gave up on getting my nails professionally cleaned, buffed, shined, soaked, clipped, filed, cuticles nipped, the whole nine.... not to mention AND PAINTED WELL!!!But Rachel? Rachel deserves all the credit!!! She did all that... plus, shes detailed, takes her time, SHE TALKS TO YOU, and she PAINTS WELL! Ill be back for a pedi next!

I used to be very excited to come here to get my nails done because of the ambiance and professionalism. However, the last time I went, my nails started lifting and breaking 1 week into me having them. Not only that, but I had introduced my friend to this place and after the first two times she went, her nails started breaking as well even after she got them shorter. Hopefully, Ulux nails can repair this issue for us so we come here more often. We travel an hour and a half just to come here and I would like longer lasting nails especially with the travel time and the price.

It was my intention to set up a surprise for a friend who is a teacher and she very much needed a spa day. The place is immaculate, in a great area of downtown Dallas. It is staffed with some of the best professionals in the business. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the services are priced very affordably. I personally think that they are on par and better than some of the 5 start hotel spas in the neighborhood. Great find!

I gave a 3 because although customer service is amazing and when my nail gets done it looks beautiful. The past two times I have visited, my nails seem to just be breaking(I was literally picking up my shirt and it broke) I went back and they fixed it. The second time I did my nails shorter because that was the recommendation (since it broke the last time it was long). But unfortunately it didn’t work, this time I was picking up a book(little weight book) and it broke. Mind you this new set is less than a week. I always love my nails when I get it done, but I would love for them to be durable as well.

I think this place is under new management (take less responsibility to this place) . It’s not like my last few previous visits. Something that’s changed. When I came in was greeted by a lady and the environment is alright. Had to wait 5mins to check out because no one at the front desk and the staffs have to go get them.

First time here today. Had a Mani with the Dip Nails, pedi and an hour massage. Best experience I have had in a long time. Kevin does amazing, very detailed work. The entire place make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this beautiful nail salon.

I have gone to ulux multiple times and fell in love with their hospitality and professionalism. I haven’t been in a year or so and decided to try them again and was not pleased. The guy that did my nails seemed to be in a rush and they look nothing like the picture. It’s been less than two weeks and one has already broken off. I spent over $60 and now have to go spend another $50 elsewhere to get them redone. My friend that I went with also said her nails looked worse than she’s ever had them and the lines look like she did them herself.

Had a great experience coming here. I live in Uptown so its literally about 5 mins from me which makes it so convenient. Customer service is excellent and I felt very comforted and welcome upon entering. I received a french rose gold ombre dip powder manicure, lavender pedicure and chin wax. I was so relaxed with the pedicure I could have fallen asleep. They were very accommodating and offered wine, water, etc. I loved my nails once completed and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly Ive tried this place several times and have come away underwhelmed. My nail shape isnt even, the shellac never lasts a even close to two weeks, etc. They are always so nice and welcoming and the salon is pretty but...Im always disappointed. Sigh

I was a visitor from Florida and this was Hands Down the best mani/pedi experience I have ever had. I received SO MANY compliments during my trip and when I got home. I was in and out in 1 hour. They gave you a full mani/pedi at the same time. Everyone was so nice! It was clean and very professional. Highly recommend In the Dallas area! (Side note: there were 3 of us and we changed our apt time 3 times and they still were accommodating and sat us next to each other!)

I use to go to Vin, he’s no longer there so the lady convinced me to try someone else. I went there a week ago and my nails are completely cracked. I use to have to go every 3-5 weeks and now my nails are destroyed. Lesson learned.

I went to ULUX once and that was all it took...this is hands down my new go-to place. The spa is very well done and very *clean* (this is big one for me). The staff are more than friendly and incredibly professional. My pedicure was one of the best Ive had and I didnt feel rushed or like they were trying to get me out the door for the next customer. They paid attention to detail and delivered a great customer experience. I am very impressed and intend to try their other services..

This place is the best! I called to make an appointment(which isnt necessary) and they were so nice and helpful from the beginning. Once I arrived they were friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole visit.I went for a pedicure and splurged on the its me time package. This was absolutely worth it and if you can, I highly recommend the upgraded pedi. I have never felt so relaxed and my toes look so great!!The atmosphere is fun and relaxing and staff is so great. Even if you just want a quick pedi or mani, this is the place. I wish i could give more stars.
