Ive never had a bad nail salon experience untill Ive gone here. I dont know if it was because I came an hour before closing and they were rushing. But I didnt enjoy either services. I paid for a VIP pedicure which isnt worth paying the extra money for. Ive gotten much better pedicures for cheaper. My 10min foot massage turned into a 10 min shoulder massage which was so light and slow and not what I asked for. It was to accommodate the nail tech. They soaked my hands in hot acetone. Places I go to typically put foil around fingers which I like that technique better. I did not enjoy soaking half my hand in a bowl. My hands felt very dry. Not to mention my nail tech kept filling my skin and I bled on two fingers... And ultimately it was a bad job its not smooth and there a some dark specks on a few of my nails. They dont seem to listen to what you want and talk you into doing other things. Id add a photo of I knew how to upload one..I will not be back.

I appreciate that they are open late! That is important to me because of work and what not. I went a Monday night today is Wednesday and already my dip is breaking. My thumb nail has a hair or something in it that I thought was a crack. I got a cut that is bothering me but 🤞🏽 I’ll survive lol one thing about being diabetic is you have to be very careful with those types of cuts.

Nails look a week or 2 old and I just left. Thumb nail paint is peeling off. Didnt polish to the cuticle and looks very messy. For a fill and basic pedicure it was $95 which is 20 dollars more than I was told. NEVER AGAIN

I love the ‘zen’ of this place.it’s a hidden gem.i appreciate that every time i walk in, there’s someone waiting on me:both hand & foot [pun not intended.]the ambiance is so relaxing.helps me to disconnect from the world i live in, right across the street.i look forward to rina’s careful attention to detail. she’s always so pleasant.i could go on & on about what i love.just trust me, you’d enjoy this place!

Definitely recommend this salon to everyone. This saloon is in a great location. I went there to do a dip manicure and gel pedicure. They satisfied me with their service. They also had pretty collections of color. I asked a lady about their saloon name and I found out that they had moved from New York City. I found out this saloon has a well-experienced team with 15+ years of service. Definitely worth the money!!

I wish I could give this place four or five stars. I just cant.My wife and I went in for pedicures.My wife feels like the pedicure itself was mediocre compared to others shes had.Found that the Polish on at least one of her nails didnt even last 4 hours.It washed off in the shower.She says that normally when she pays for pedicure like this the color will last at least three weeks. Again, this didnt last a day.For my own part I normally dont get pedicures. I liked the massage but some of theclipping around my toes was a little painful.The staff was very attentive.However, they tried way too hard to push us into other services, especially their massages that they offer.At the end they even gave my wife and I eat free 5-minute massages to show how good they are. . . And they were very good, but they wouldnt stop pushing. I believe we said no to massages at least five or six times.For what we had done, the price was very reasonable... in comparison it was about half the price of our hotel, maybe even a little less. However, when we paid them and gave a $10 tip the lady at the registrer acted like she was insulted by the tip. In fact she was very rude about it.Well I might have given a little more had my wife not said this is the appropriate amount based on the quality of service, I certainly didnt expect them to be rude about it.In the end I give three stars because, while I wouldnt actively recommend the place, I probably would go back just being prepared now that I know what to expect.I would also consider a massage because, in the 5-minute free massage, they were very good.

THE WORST!! I went here for the first time to get my nails done and I asked for gel and got dip. Not to mention that they are already falling apart. I have been getting acrylic nails for years and this was by far the worst place to get them done. The top coat started pealing off after 2 DAYS!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars i would.

The pedicure was great.But their nails are garbage. I have never seen a company try their best to be horrible and claim that they know how to do thier JOB. Do not go here they are not worth it is for nails. There goes 50 dollars down the drain for nails. Im going to rate this a 5 star because I know people are looking at the most recent reviews and the highest reviews but most of them are fake. I am an authentic critic with values that are on a pedestal so that I can give people raw and honest reviews for the people by the people.

Im 46 and have been getting my nails done since high school. I just moved here, and this was the closest place to my house, so I went for a dip manicure.The people were SO kind. I almost feel bad writing this review... but my nails are HORRIBLE. They are bumpy, uneven in shape and length and Im actually in shock that I paid $72 for them. Worst nails of my life.Felt compelled to share.

I don’t think I’ve written more than one review in my life! My daughter treated me on Saturday to a dip manicure and pedicure, and it was a superb experience for me. The nail technicians were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. When asked if we had any problems with ingrown toenails, I said I did. The ladies switched places, and Endu proceeded to perform a miracle with each of my big toes, accomplishing what I was afraid would take a visit or two to a podiatrist! It wasn’t entirely comfortable, I admit; however, I was once before helped by a fabulous technician to the same extent, I could tell she knew what she was doing, and that she was doing her best to not hurt me. I understand the process, so I did my best to not show my discomfort ~ I truly needed her help and she was giving it carefully and considerately. I was nothing but grateful! As if that weren’t great enough, during the glorious leg massage, she worked deeply and considerably long on a “knot” in the muscle next to my shin; it was there for a couple of years and I thought I would always have it. Two days later, I discovered that it has disappeared! No more swelling or numbness, just smooth skin.

Fast service. Staff is super friendly and eager to help. They offer complimentary wine/ water as well. Plus they give massages while polish dries... So awesome! Love this place!

Nice people but did not do a good job on my nails at all. Asked for coffin shaped and told her a few times but they are just squared. The finish isn’t good either. She didn’t buff my nails so the polish looks really bumpy and just bad.

The ladies working here are very sweet but now it makes sense to me why this place was completely empty when I walked in on a Wednesday night.I paid 40+tip for the great service and my gorgeous gel nails that started lifting and peeling within 3 days.I wanted to leave a good review but gel really should last at least a week.

Literally the worst place I’ve been. They didn’t even put the color I picked on my toes. She filed my skin around my nails and it took 3 hours. Don’t recommend and it was $85.

Really enjoyed this place at the time and the staff are lovely so don’t want to leave a bad review, however I paid $100 for a pedicure and gel and gel nails and they are all peeling off within a week of getting them done. They’re not lasting at all. My big toe chipped and peeled the next morning and one of my nails on my hand I’ve had to completely peel off already. So they don’t last like any other time I’ve got gels. Paid a lot of money and dissapointed unfortunately.

Schrunda slays my acrylic sets every single time I swear I will not let anybody else touch my nails now. Very fast and friendly service, always has good ideas on colors and designs, the work she does lasts at least 4-6 weeks, and NO lifting everrrrr. 10/10 highly recommend.

The ladies are super nice but $60 for “spa” pedicure which was really just a normal pedicure is ridiculous. Also the seats aren’t that comfortable, you can’t recline back and relax and I don’t think there is any alcohol, at least I wasn’t offered any.

I love my nails and the neck and shoulder massage is amazing.
