Came into the shop for a pedicure, soak off, and new set. Initially the nail tech sat me down and cut my previous set off too close to the nail bed. She then proceeded to try to pop off the remaining nails off by forcing an acrylic nail between my nail and the fake gel…painful. I then asked her to do the proper soak off as requested, she deemed bothered by me asking her to not ruin my nails in the process. From there she led me to the pedicure bowl where my tech could get started on my toes. She continued to try and file down my but lacked the patience as she continued to try to force the acrylic to pop the remaining materials off. Another client came in and demanded a color change on her gel pedicure, my nail tech left me to complete her service and never came back. When I got up to leave after my pedicure was complete, she was cashing out customers while taking a FACETIME call. As I checked out to pay for my pedicure she said nothing to ne but my total while my pedicure tech apologized over and over again. Customer service was absolutely non-existent and I won’t be giving this location another chance. Top five worst experiences, an hour and 30 minutes in the nail salon and all I have is a pedicure and partially removed nails.

They are artists. They care about the integrity of your real nails and about the final outcome.

Michelle is amazing! She is so talented, kind, and friendly, really takes her time, and makes you feel special. She is the only one I go to for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. 🥰🤩

I went here to get my eyebrows done. There are no professionals here for waxing. The customer service is bad too. There was no one to receive when I entered and they asked me to go to room 2 which was also very messy. The lady who did my eyebrows was not doing it gently too and I got rashes now. I am not going back here and they really need to have a good customer service and professional for waxing.Not worth the money and time !!

Horrible experience.... man at the desk was rude I asked him a question he act like he didnt want to answer. I asked them if they know how to do ombre nails also known as baby boomers and they said yes. when I start doing my nails she began to sprinkle white powder then pink powder and I told her thats not how you do baby boomers the woman got upset she began to file my nails in a very harsh manner where my skin begins to burn I had to jerk my hand away from her because it hurts so bad she passed me alone to another woman who said that they can do my nails I explained to The Other Woman that baby boomers or acrylic in the fade Into The White she began talking over me saying okay and proceeded to give me a French tip I explained to the new lady that was doing my nails I did not want french tip she drilled off my nails at least 5 times until I told her to stop I was in there so long which was 3 hours by the way that I gave up I just let her do whatever just so I can get out of there some of my nails are longer than the others they look very stubby I end up paying $75 for my nails in my toes I would never come here again. And they need to educate themselves more on the updated trends ombre shouldnt be that hard to do. I feel like theyre taking advantage of the people in the area by charging upscale prices but low skills. overpriced with no quality.

I used to come here all the time when Gabby worked here. Now if anybody but Tina or Tony does my nails I leave disappointed in one way or another. The girl with blonde bangs did my nails this time and they’re uneven and sloppy. The worst part is that when I asked her to fix them she literally told me no bc it was too late. It just wasn’t worth $43 and Im going to start going around the corner to try Princess Nails. I’ve been coming on and off for 2 years but after my last 2 visits I’m officially done.

The staff was nice. Some of them were young. I only went to get my nails done in an ombre style that my home shop cant seem to get quite right so I didnt even go to the pedicure section. I got there not terribly long after they opened but there was barely enough soap between 2 dispensers to wash my hands. I thought that was neglectful because there were enough people there to have filled them. My nail tech cut me twice on the same finger while cutting my cuticles, but I really shouldnt have let them do it not knowing...This place is closer to home, my fingernails are pretty but I wont go back.

I usually go with Steve and today I got my nails done by a random lady. She didn’t cut my cuticles. I felt like my nails were going to fall off when she was shaping them. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I use to like coming here, not anymore. I have stained nails.

The worst i was a hour for someone to come and do acrylic on my big toe because no one wanted to help the lady that did my pedicure and so unprofessional they were fighting in there language and telling really loud i dont recommend this place they are just money hungry

Will NEVER be back. I came here as a first time customer because the place was actually open. There was a 25 min wait which was fine and I understood that but the lady who handled my pedicure was more interested in her conversation than actually doing my nails! Then I asked for acrylic tips, square shaped on my toes before I sat down to quote a price and agreed to get it done but once they started they acted like I asked for something different and tried to increase the price! The service was horrible and so unprofessional and the lady doing someone’s nails next to me tried to make it seem as if I asked for something I never did! I will NEVER be back, this place was just a horrible experience for me to be a first time guest!

Do not go here if you want your nail tech to pay full attention to you. This place is bull. Toook 4hrs for a mani and pedi because they kept stopping and doing their own stuff.

I visited VIP nails today. I clearly told the lady that I had a time restriction and she assured me she could get my nails...NOT 30 minutes late and my nails still looked hot mess!!! So slow, messed up the shape of my nails, reprinted nails and they were still smudged and needs to be re-done. I requested a discount because I simply did not have any more time to donation to this establishment to paint, file and bluff for the 3rd time. Lastly, the lady wanted to fuss with me after I demanded a discounted price....NEVER go there...Definitely not a VIP nail shop.

I use to go here long time ago. I left because I was treated very badly here. The only reason why I came back to get my brows cut and tweezed was because my other place was closed. But now I know why I left. The desk lady plucked my skin so many times after I told her she was hurting me. She also burped in my face twice! Very unprofessional! I walked out after I told her she hurt me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and neither should anyone else.

Poor customer service, was never greeted ... Dirty... Very strong acetone odor... Poor ventilation. I waited 40 minutes after signing in & I had to walk up to the register as someone was being checked out, to ask how much longer. After another 10 minutes I finally left, with a headache & hangry. If only the inside was as appealing as the outside!

Nails done great but pedicure was a lil rough

By far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. The woman doing my nails truly had no idea what she was doing. I chose to do the dip nails, she dipped them so many times they are so thick, she couldnt even file them correctly. They are completely uneven! To make matters worse, when she was filing them, she had a hard time just filing the nail. She filed the skin causing me to bleed on every finger. She probably was too distracted yelling at other paying customers to notice she was filing my fingers!Seriously, anywhere and everywhere else is better than this nail place!

Very bad in doing nails will not not go back again. The young guy didnt even clean up under my nails and he cut me 4 times..😡

I absolutely love VIP NAILS. Its so beautiful 😍 and peaceful. When you walk inside theres no acrylic or acetone smell. They make sure you are well taken care of. I love Ken! Hes an expert! Phong is a sweetheart! I totally recommend this place!

First time here and will not be returning $40 down the drain. I went there b/c it was near my job and had some time but never again. I don’t think the people who work there are licensed nail technicians. I could have done a better job next time I’ll just wait till Princess nail opens up.

If you go here, youll leave disappointed and thats putting it nicely. The only priority here is money, not customers or customer service. They will rush you in, rush your service while chatting to one another, then rush you out with mediocre nails. Go elsewhere if you work hard for your money like I do. Cant say that you werent warned! The manicure was awful. I went with the dip polish and the girl that did my nails must be a newbe. No gloss or shine. Very dull polish. I tried calling the number on the receipt and no answer. Two thumbs down from me. 😕

I used to like coming here. Have been going consistently since they opened but the owners son is an ass and could care less. Over the last 6 months I have seen almost a complete turnover in staff. All the good ones are gone and the quality has become horrible. I have had to return at least 3 times in the last two months to complain. The nails are either too thick or start peeling and breaking after the first day. I get dip sometimes but stopped because they looked so bad. Yesterday I went for gel and the guy didn’t speak ANY English at all and filed my nails so thin three of them broke starting last night to today. He didn’t even know what the word glue was, soaked my nails in acetone for over 20 minutes and then drilled them. I asked him to stop and he had no idea what I was saying. The owners son was there and didn’t help at all. The gel is peeling and they look awful. I have been going at least twice a month but no more. Not worth it at all. I’m going back to Lakewood shopping center.

I highly recommend VIP for manicure and pedicures as they provide A-plus hand, foot and nail care services. The atmosphere is relaxing and staff courteous and professional. I will definitely return to VIP for manicure and pedicures. I cannot recommend VIP for eyelash extensions due to the amateurish job I received there today. My lashes look cheap and quite fake, not the natural touch of glamour I am accustomed to receiving at Eye Candy. Also, if youre looking for an okay back massage, VIP may work for you, and my experience today was just okay; so I will choose a massage salon for that service in the future. Overall, FIVE STARS FOR FEET AND HANDS, ONE STAR FOR LASHES AND TWO AND HALF FOR BACK MASSAGE!

This place was absolutely horrible! They dont talk to you or ask you how your day was. No customer service at all, I speak Spanish and one of the girls doing my pedicure didnt know and was talking very inappropriately. I also had a full set put on and the girl left my cuticles so raw. She actually used the dremmel to remove my cuticles. I obviously should have said something, but my fingers were so sore. I honestly thought I was going to get some kind of fingernail infection. Please do not go here!!! This place was very trashy as were the girls. Wish I could have gave 0 stars.

I went here last Thursday 1/18 to get acrylic nexgen nails for a wedding that Saturday. First off while getting them done the lady tried doing a top coat of gel which peeled off in the process, and had to redo all of the nails. By Friday night the gel top coat which she redid, which I never requested had peeled off 7 of my nails leaving a dull rough color underneath. I could deal with the color because it wasnt terribly noticeable unless close, until the nails started popping off one by one and within a week they were all off. I called the nail salon yesterday spoke to someone and they told me to come in friday and they would take care of me. When i went back in the man at the salon basically accused me of lying and said i needed to come in while they were still on, (how am i supposed to do this if I am out of town and dont have super glue on me to glue them back) The worst service I have ever received. I never do this type of thing, but it was very rude and they were not going to budge on redoing my nails. At the end when i pulled up my transaction and one of the nails that popped off that was in my purse he let me know he could do it for half price. Please dont give these rude ignorant people your business. Way better salons out there!

Was here for vacation, rush job which is crazy because only me and one other customer there. Gel manicure peeling off and chipping on day four before I even got back home. Bunch of incompetence and I tipped 30% to boot, little did I know.

I have been going here for about 6 mos and today I had Alicia who gave me a basic manicure and she was phenomenal. She is very detailed and thorough.

Me and my daughter love coming here. I also bring me niece here for pedicures with my daughter. They are young and the techs always attend them like little women. They dont rush just because they are children like other places I have been to.

I drive half an hour to this shop because there I have yet to find a salon in my area as good as this one. The staff are so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I went to this location because it was close to my job . I arrived like at 6, the hours on the door said they closed at 7:30 . I felt very rushed ! I tipped over 20 percent in cash and one of the ladies looked at me like oh thats it . I told her that was over 20 percent. One did my pedicure and one did my polish change (regular polish) . I think the one that was doing my nails was the owner . The other lady only gave her 5. Well I decided to check my card statement and they had added more tip on the card !!!! That is a NO No ! Its not even about the extra 8 dollars that they added but that is illegal! Super upset about it! I will not go back!

They lady who did my pedicure was phenomenal she didnt try to upsale me the entire her sole purpose was to make sure my toenails and feet were healthy it was very clean nicely decorated and relaxing I had a great experience.

The moment I walked in I got a bad vibe. Dead silence, no music, no tv, and very dirty environment. When I told the lady I wanted a mani and peti, she asked me “are you sure you want a peti?” And I said “yes? Is there a reason I shouldn’t?”. And she said “no, go pick out your color”Very weird. I picked out my color polish and over heard one of the two customers who were in there complaining to her nail tech that she has already been there 3 hours getting her nails worked on and how they still weren’t close to being done still.. then I overheard her saying how the nail tech was hurting her.. this also gave me a bad feeling.. I then walked over to the chair to get my peti and saw that the insides of the tubs were filthy as well as a man passed out in the chair across from me. I’m assuming he worked there.. very unsanitary and unprofessional.. I finally decided I wasn’t going to stay.. I told the lady I got called into work and couldn’t stay. She relied kinda upset and said “well come back tomorrow, ok?” No lady. I will never be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I will never ever get anything done here again. The first time was descent but took forever but the second time was horrible. The pedicure lady didnt take her time scrubbing my feet she didnt scrub the bottom good and she painted horribly. The nail tech shaping was horrible, one of my nails is slanted, he didnt want me to wash my nails till agree he painted them, and i kept corrected him and voicing my dislike and he didnt listen. He started to get an attitude and be more aggressive. Do nor go here if I could give it a 0 I would.

I wanted to give less than a star but could not leave a review if i did. The first time i went they cut my finger which led to me developing an allergic reaction. I went again in a pinch because princess nails was closed. This is the first day with no acrylics and the technition was filing away when i asked not to. I picked my color and was told they ran out. Two colors later he starts applying in incredibly thin coats barely covering my nail. I asked him to change the glitter color he picked because i didnt like it abd he said okay then kept applying the same color. The fact that they dont speak any english is already a disadvantage but to treat someone so rudley ignoring all requests ridiculous they could not understand me when i said i did not want to pay for that treatment. So i had to pay 25 dollars i dont know how they are in business please everyone save your nails from this awful place

Yes, Im reviewing everywhere I can due to the fact Im unable to walk now I have a lot of time on my hands to sit here and type.Again my toes are purple and swollen making it unbearable to walk on Christmas! This is really irritating, she sped through my pedicure after yanking on my feet on skin that was NOT hanging or in the way of a nail! She obviously only knows how to talk with the other employee. Im very concerned for this business. They truly did loose a customer and the customers family, along with anyone else who this customer knows. Please do not go here, not worth the over priced savagery!

When they first open I was going every two weeks. I loved the service n the alcohol lol. After my third experience I called out a nail tech because my nail paint was all wrong. It all went left from there. The nail tech refused to do my hand n started speaking Spanish! Yesss Spanish really upset because I called her out. Eventually I was waited by another one . Okay ends. A year goes by u decided to try then again yesterday. Even worser experience. I was about to get my nails toes eyelashes n eyebrows done!
