EXCELLENT. I got the jelly pedicure. Mai did excellent and was thorough in removing callus and moisturizing my heels which most places skip. She even gave me a bag for my shoes at the end instead of risking my polish to put my shoes on. Lee did an excellent job on my nails and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took care of my cuticles and I think this is the best shape job Ive ever had.The store is spread out so you dont feel like the next patron is on top of you.Very highly recommended theyve gained a customer.

This nail salon is clean and well decorated. Everyone here was very friendly. I got just a Dip manicure, plus a Jelly pedicure. They have a lot of OPI polishes to choose from. It was all very relaxing, and the massage chair was great. Ill definitely be back!

Cosmo nails is the best! Cindy does an amazing job with my nails and eyelash extensions. Their pedicures are so relaxing and Ive never been disappointed. The selection of polish is better than other salons. I highly recommend them, Im a customer for life!

I love it here. After the quarantine the nail salon where I used to go closed down. I am extremely picky and have a difficult time finding someone I am happy with. This salon was close to my home so I decided to try them. Let me tell you... I am so happy I found this place. Cindy did my nails and she overexceeded my expectations. Not only do my nails look beautiful but they last so long w/o chipping or breaking. The best nail salon in Dallas in my opinion.

Nathan did my wife nails and he was amazing - My wife told him what shade she had in mind and he picked the perfect color! Their staffs were very sweet and took care of us as soon as we walked in the door even though it was pretty busy. Also worked quickly while maintaining high quality. My wife was so happy. Definitely coming back!

It was ok. I did not get offered anything special, like I saw other ladies getting water and wines and it was my first time. You would think they would want you to see all the stuff they have and make a customer want to come back. Also I had to have the man doing my nails fix them in the process several times and he was going to leave dip color rings on my skin and all over my fingers under the nails.

This salon is very clean and all the technicians are great! I come here often on my lunch breaks and Im always happy with the results :)

Best nail salon! Anyone is great for pedicures. Always has HGTV on. Chairs work and massage well. Sanitary. Easy to make appointments. Lee does my dip manicures, but there are others who are also great.

I could not say enough good things about Cosmo Nails & Spa. They are my go to nail place and do THE BEST pedicures ever. I have been going to them for at least 3 years and honestly the feel like family! I live for long leg massages and they never disappoint no matter what pedicure I get. And Lee is my absolute favorite nail guy and his shoulder massages are everything! He is THE guy for dip nails and mine usually last for at least a month! They also have beautiful holographic designs if you ask for something fun! You HAVE to try them out!

Efficiency is their strong suit but at the cost of feeling truly pampered.

If this is how you want your nails looking like when leaving I guess go here... I don’t recommend. Rude people with no customer service. There are about 10 other nail salons in the area I recommend going to those rather then here. If you make a mistake o digest you don’t charge or fix it.

Lee is the best Dip Manicurist in town!!! Been going to him for 2+ years. Always have a good experience with the other techs at pedicures.Plus, covid procedures are great: they have plexiglass at manicure stations and they take care to clean down each station between visits with isopropyl alcohol!

Great job, no fumes or smells, and you can pay $10 to extend your pedicure massage by ten minutes and pay a little more for a killer shoulder/neck massage.

I have been coming to Cindy for the past few years and I love her work. She is very professional. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They go out of there way to make sure your very satisfied when you leave. And Nancy gives the best massage I have ever had any where. I promise you its worth ever penny you spend. And its so affordable at that.

I arrived 10 minutes after closing on a Sunday (6:10 pm) and all of the stations had been cleaned up. Most of the staff had already gone home. The few remaining employees/manager graciously agreed to allow me to get both a manicure and pedicure. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to be a loyal customer. They did a great job!

I have been driving from Waco for the past 4 years just to have Lee take care of my nails! I dont want to tell you that he is the best (even tho he is)...he might not have time for me lol! But everyone here is so kind and do a great job. The Pedicures are wonderful too. I cant wait for my next appointment to get pampered!

I love this place!! Mike is the absolute best at doing my nails. His work is perfection every single time I come in. Always friendly, consistent and on time. Mary does my pedicure and she is my favorite, always gentle and spot on with consistency, I highly recommend Mike and Mary.

My Mother and I frequent this salon. She is 82 and will not go anywhere else. Cindy is a real pro and her husband a jewel. If ever a nail falls off or a mishap shes quick to have you back in for free. Cant say ENOUGH good things ..HIGHLY RECOMENDED clean very upscale PROFESSIONAL.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Went there for a regular manicure. I had on gel which they didnt even fully remove. The tools were in a plastic sanitary wrap, but they were dirty. Dont be fooled. The old lady who did my nails was also so incredibly rude. She rubbed in lotion while my cuticle trimmings and the buffer residue was still on my hands. I obviously couldnt relax my hands because I was grossed out but she kept yelling at me to relax. I want my $20 back. Im over these gross, foreign nail salons. Id rather spend more money to go to a sanitary, professional place like MiniLuxe.

I am always happy when I leave this Salon from getting a pedicure and manicure. They always are friendly and take great care in making sure that you are happy with your nails and that you have enjoyed your massage. They are very good at matching colors and again making sure that you have had a calm and relaxing experience. They are truly professionals.I recently got 3D microblading done here by Cindy. Im loving it. I heard that it was painful, but the topical anesthesia worked great. I didnt have any pain! She does an exceptional job with my eyelash extensions as well. I feel pampered when I leave the salon. I live in Mesquite, but drive to this location (passing by at least 8 other salons) because Cindy and all the other technicians are genuinely interested in the end result and want their clients to be happy and relaxed when they are finished!

This place is a very nice place but the other day i got dip nails and i had to get them re done. I have gone to them before and they do an amazing job but the guy didn’t do what i wanted the others are very talented at their job but i was very confused to why he didn’t do what i did anyway i love this place and might come back.

I gave the salon 5 stars because of my nail tech, Lena. She left the salon Id been using for over 15 years, which is around the corner from my house. Cosmos was smart enough to hire her, and I followed her there. I have so much FUN there--we played makeup one day, they helped me put false eyelashes on! No charge either ! Give them a try, ask for Lena, but they are all good, and Im sure you will have as much fun as I do!

Ive been shopping around for a new nail salon closer to my neighborhood and based off of the rave reviews, I decided to give Cosmo a try. Boy, I am so glad I did! I usually get the dip nail service. Lee was my nail technician and he did a phenomenal job. Just gorgeous! The hand massage was wonderful and then he offered me a chair massage. I believe they charge like a dollar a munute. That was the most amazing 5 minutes off my life. You dont realize how much you need something like that until it happens. Heaven! The salon is beautiful inside and very clean .Customer service and the price can not be beat. Thank you so much Lee! Youve made a customer for life ❤

This one is good. I just had to wait almost an hour because they were busy. I made an appt but had to wait. You should definitely make your appt either the day before or early the same day. That was my fault. Kelly took really good care of me as to get me in and out. She does great massages and talks to you. I loved her service. There was no pressure on which package to choose and for that Im thankful.

They drilled my natural nails down to the pink nail bed on 6 nails. Not only painful to type at work, but the nails started tearing far up the nail bed. Had another salon repair tears with nail glue and one layer powder dip on tender nails. The other salon refuses to use drills and does not own them on site, doing nails the old school way, not fast and lazy. It is now 6 weeks later and I am still fighting the lifting tear lines and going in for touch up repairs and manicures weekly until they grow out so they do not tear off. Would not recommend this salon!!

I have search for a nail salon that I was comfortable using. Having been a nail tech myself for 17 years it was difficult, however Cindy and the staff at Cosmo nails are awesome and being as picky as I am about how my nails look it’s nice to find some place that does such a great job!

Erik did my nails. I got the powder dip. He was literally finished in 10 minutes. He said, thanks maam, and walked away. He came back for his stuff and I said do you have any cuticle oil? He didnt do anything to my nails except the dip! He said, ya I was gonna do that after they dried.. (they were dry when he left) he barely tapped each finger with the stuff and said, there. I rubbed it in myself.. i said, do you have an orange stick or anything so I can clean out from under my fingernails? He said oh ya, there is something under there and then took the tool that the pedicurist was using to groom my toes!!😝😯 to go through the motions of cleaning my nails. (I had to do it, for real, at home.) I got no moisturizer on my hands, no massage and this is a $40 service! Well, he got no tip, and☝️this is why. Hard knocks, kid. You live, you learn.

This place is very clean. Staff is friendly and very professional. I was accustomed to sore and sometimes bleeding cuticles when getting the powder or dip nails. Im so glad I came here, as I have yet to go home with either. Pedicures are just as careful. I HIGHLY recommend Lee or Amy for dip nails and Kay for pedicure.

I was really excited to try this place due to the convenient location and great reviews. Unfortunately, I had a subpar experience. On a positive note, I didn’t have to wait at all and the beginning of my manicure was really great. Unfortunately, the manicure ended on a poor note. My nails are an uneven cut, the edges are all sharp and scraggly, and the worse part is I accidentally nicked a nail on the fan that was drying my nails and the manicurist scolded at me and told me “that’s why I told you to keep your hands placed here.” I apologized and I thought she’d start all over on that nail but she just painted over the nail and now it’s all lumpy. I was too nervous (and it’s my fault I didn’t speak up) to ask her if she could just redo it. Long story short, I’m one bad review of many great ones, but unfortunately I won’t be returning😔

Beautiful building, excellent service and my NEW spot

I decided to check this place out based on the reviews and I was disappointed to say the least. I went in for a dip powder mani and had both my entire hands soaking in acetone- not just my nails like other salons. When she removed my hands, they had become dry and she proceeded to buff them with the nail buff! I asked her to stop and sure enough my skin was red and I had tiny marks on the backs of my hands. She also nicked every cuticle with her drill and seemed to be in a hurry. I will not be returning.

The most incredible experience!! LEE was fabulous for my manicure and he gives INCREDIBLE MASSAGES !!! Wish we lived in Dallas but every time we visit we will be sure to swing by here!!!!

Ive never written a negative review about anywhere before, until now. I went to get a pedicure last Sunday and the gentleman responsible was so busy talking to my neighbor about strip clubs that he cut my cuticle so bad that it wouldnt stop bleeding. He then proceeded to rub the salt scrub in it and spray it with acetone, did not feel good on an open wound. He never apologized for his mistake, he tried to cover up the bleeding and did not acknowledge that he had cut me until he saw me wincing in pain and I eventually called him out for it. He then told me it would heal soon, without apologizing. A week a half later, I still have a scab and bruise on my cuticle, Im beginning to wonder if its getting infected...never going back.

I never write google reviews but this experience deserve it. Today was my first time going to this nail shop. Cindy was super welcoming and listened to my request. Definitely try this place.. you will not regret it.Update: I went back to this nail shop on today to get a mani and pedi. Take it I went early to get in and get out before the crowd. I gave the name of the last tech and everyone looked confused. At that point I said well it’s fine whoever is available... take it I was the ONLY person in the salon at this time!! The elderly lady assisted me with my pedicure. She was nice and welcoming actually did a great job. (This is where it took a turn for the worst) I asked for an overlay on my great toe because of my natural nail breaking and being uneven! Once again everyone is calling the name of the person I ask for in the beginning. They asked an available tech to assist me she wouldn’t. However they were able to locate the person I asked for and take it this was not the person I had last time although the tech wrote her name on a card and gave it to me at my last visit. Since this person was put on the spot she assisted me with my overlay. The tech did a grea job on my overlay so I asked if she could do my nexgen powder nails. She stood up and passed me off to someone else.. this person looking confused and asked me.. Did you ask for me? I replied no ma’am I ask for the lady that just did my overlay however you do not have to worry another it I will pass on the manicure. Take it there were very capable tech available to assist me... I said all that to say this.. this place is so Racially bias!!! Every WHITE AMERICAN female that enter the salon was treated with the upmost respect. There were 2 NAIL TECHS per WHITE AMERICAN FEMALE (of course the services applied) being assisted with EVERY NEED.. They were waited on hand and foot... I will never return to this salon again. If you are of the African American decent expect poor service...

I am a Liscenced Cosmetologist who does nails and pedis but my fiancé doesn’t believe in his girlfriend doing his pedicure as of respect. So led by google reviews I stopped here on a Sunday two hours before closing time and explained to them the quality of service I was looking for. It was clean and the employees were all kind and welcoming. Nothing was rushed. My boyfriend loved his $40 pedi and I was satisfied by watching how everything was done. I get my nails done for free but since I was going to wait for him I decided to get a stiletto dip set which turned out to be $60. Tipped $10ea tech, overall I will be bringing my fiancé back.

Just like the other reviewer(Lekesha McCoy) wrote in the past, listen closely, IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN EXPECT POOR SERVICE. The 1 star is because zero stars is not an option. Do not waste your hard earned money at this place. There are many other better quality nail salons waiting to treat you with dignity and respect. Although I was waiting longer than 2 White American women, I was offered a drink last. The owner even forgot what I asked for and asked me again after giving the other women their drinks. They are racially biased against African American women, from my experience today. Of course I got up and left, and wont ever return. Had I stayed, Im sure I would have been called last for nail services too.
