I have been looking for a clean nail salon that has a good polish selection and has a nice environment and I feel like I have hit the crown jewel with this place. I can get in on short notice, they serve drinks and have a good selection of specialty pedicures too. Ask for Kevin he seems really experienced and always does a fantastic job

Krystal is amazing she is super sweet and the best nail tech I have met. I got the dip powder. She really loves her craft and the customers are her top priority. This was my first time and Definitely will not be my last!!

VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY... esterday went in for a gel manicure for $40 and already polish is chipping so Im not happy at all... this is so freaking ridiculous...got one nail redone Monday and again as of yesterday they just keep coming apart... somebody has got to do better with my nails...I want my money worth...

Only reason Im not giving one star is because the pedicure was pretty good. I have only been here twice, the service by the nails techs are not the problem here, the pushy owner/manager is. When I went the second time for the pedicure, as soon as the owner saw me, she tried to push a pedicure on me that would cost over seventy dollars. I told her no, as thats too expensive for most people. She still tried to push. I felt uncomfortable but had a long day and just wanted to get the pedicure over with. She asked if I wanted anything to drink. I asked if I could please get some water, she opted to bring a margarita instead that she kept telling me to try... She also asked if I wanted a design on my toe. I told her no, I just like regular polish. She told me I should try it, once again said no thanks. She then finally stopped coming over to me. I checked out and gave her a coupon I had for 15% off all services which of course she said was expired (I checked the coupon for an expiration before I even used it because shes very shady so I knew she would likely deny the coupon). She said they have new coupons and that she would give me 10% off... I was over the fact that shes going to let go of a repeat customer over 5% so I just said fine. Both times I have been here around 5-6 on a weekday and hardly anyone is there. I can see why, the owner is very pushy and awkward, makes you feel uncomfortable when you are there to relax.

Ive been driving past Crown Jewel for awhile but like the other review stated, thought it might be too expensive. I decided to take a chance and was so pleasantly surprised! It is a spa setting with nail salon prices. It has a beautiful and restful atmosphere plus they offer a wide variety of services. They are very friendly too. I will definitely be back!

Ive only gotten my nails done a handful of times, but this was by far my favorite (favorite NexGen manicure). The lady who did my nails, I believe her name was Crystal, took her time since she was very picky and noticed that I was kind of picky as well.I got tips added, and she made sure that the dip was layered correctly so that the end result was very smooth. Ive had bounces before when getting tips, so this made me really happy.She always made sure to make me check her progress just in case there was something I didnt like and wanted fixed, or wanted something changed before it was too late.However, during the grinding process, she got/scabbed me a few times at the nail bed surrounding the nail (the nails folds I believe). My nails/fingers were pretty sore the next day from that.Also, the appointment took about 4 hrs...dont get me wrong, Im happy it took a while because like I said, Crystal did a great job, but 4 hrs is crazy long.All in all, I still had a pretty good time. We got to sit in the massage chairs because they thought we were also getting pedicures (which we specified we werent).Probably one of the best parts though, they made sure to top off our drinks when they got empty (a good thing after being there for so long).

Great experience! The owners and staff are very attentive! Went with a large group from work and they took such good care of us. They have the biggest selection of polish/colors and the place is extremely nice and very clean. Our pedicures looked amazing. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could!

A good friend introduced me to this place and I LOVE it! Since then I brought several other friends and we all go there now. The salon has a beautiful and calming atmosphere and super friendly and well-skilled staff. I always leave there feeling happy and recharged. They also offer a lot of other great services I havent tried, but plan to. My friends and I wont go anywhere else.

Great Nail Salon and Spa! The service was exceptional and atmosphere lovely. The technicians did exactly what I asked and did so very graciously. The owner of the Spa came around and introduced herself and offered complimentary drinks. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured into some upgraded service. They aim please and do a very good job! The manager was unprofessional and had pushed my fiancé to get a pedicure and then she over charged me with my dip powder 49.00 really?this was my fourth time going here.The man that did my nails did a great job however. Will not be going here again hate to say it. You just dont overcharge people and expect them to return especially people whom are struggling to find a job. the only reason i had my nails done was because i have a job interview monday.

Brought my wife in for our anniversary. Amazing service. We had an hour long Mani/Pedi that almost put me to sleep. The Technician realized I had discomfort due to an ingrown nail. He had someone with more experience step in and fixed the pain in my toe expertly. I will now be a regular. Above and beyond

Im very sad to report that I just had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I was excited to have a fun girls day with my daughter and brought her in for some much needed 1 on 1 time with each other. Upon entering I was provided a form to ask for my e-mail and phone number. There was also a list of all of their services to check what you wanted, which I did. Apparently, the took it upon themselves to upgrade my daughters service, then told me it was my fault that I did not tell them to stop when I saw them putting lotion on my daughters hands. I gave them an opportunity to correct the charge and bill me what I selected, but they refused. When I told them Id be posting a review, they tried to scare me with the threat of their cameras. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere honest.

Discovered this new nail salon & spa when mine closed. Very clean, well supplied and friendly staff. In an office building area off Preston and Frankfurt rd so you might never know it was there but well worth the effort to find. Linda did my gel manicure and BeBe did my pedicure. They both listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Also a good massage on legs and arms. Next time I will take more time to have them massage my neck and shoulders. I will definitely go back!

I never write reviews but my experience warranted this one. I recently moved to the neighborhood and get my nails done every 3 weeks and take very good care of and am gentle on my nails. I went in for my first time for a gel manicure and pedicure and within 4 days my gel nails started to peel. I went in to ask for them to fix the peeling nail and I told them what the color was. They put the wrong color on and I asked them politely to please redo it and they insisted this was the color I said and it was my fault and continued to say this was my fault over and over and wanted to argue about it rather than help fix the issue. I have never had customer service this terrible at a salon and felt so embarrassed. Overall, I think the salon is overpriced, uses cheaper brands of nail polish (which might be the reason for the fast peeling) and I feel like they try to sell you up-charged services the entire time which really makes me feel uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Went for the first time on Thursday and I loved it. Hands down the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I got a luxury pedicure and it was so worth it. Customer service is amazing and everyone is so welcoming.

Kenny did an awesome job with my nails. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Staff is nice and professional.

The experience was fine but the results are awful. I went in on Friday and by Sunday I had 4 nails that were chipping and breaking. Ive never had this happen before. Thats what I get for trying something new.

IF i could give 0 stars TRUST me i would! AND She offers discounts to people who leave good reviews. NOT VERY HONEST. IF you want good quality nails, Great service and friendly workers. DO NOT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.. there are tons around this area that are good! The owner is very unprofessional. She over charged me and lied about the website prices and when i showed her the website, she fixed her statement but then when i showed her that I had a coupon she up the price retracting her statement AGAIN thinking i wouldnt look at my receipt. Me and my coworkers nails only lasted about a WEEK, they popped off so easily and cracked. I went back in because i felt that was way to soon and considering she made me OVERPAY i felt it was right. She told me to come back the next day in front of other clients, i go back in the next day with no one in the salon and she REFUSED to work on me. THIS IS THE OWNER i am dealing with. She told me her salon was better than others. She told me that the customers words dont mean a thing. The pedi area was dirty and cluttered. I look at the small things because I hold a Cosmetology license. I tried to support because they are in the same work building as me but i will never give them my time or money again. Neither should anyone else. This is not how you run a business.

This is a great salon located in North Dallas. The owners make sure you have a great experience and the techs are well trained. I love the fact that the salon is super clean!

Powder nail dip took a little longer than some other places but the tech paid attention to detail, brought my mother with me to treat her as well & she loved her pink & whites done by Kenny. Pedicure Massage was good also.

Nice place with a lot of color options but it took them over two hours to do my dip manicure. All of my nails were crooked and uneven so I had to file them myself and then they charged me extra for the shape- when I had to shape them myself! I was charged an extra $10 for the “coffin” shape but I have gotten the coffin shape before and this is not even close to that.. I have been looking for a new nail salon and it’s safe to say I have not found it yet. Over priced, they charge you incorrectly, and uneven nails.

I work down the street from this establishment and I said I would give it a try. I had a Royal Spa pedicure. They did try to convince me to get the higher services but they are business, its normal. They didnt force they suggested. Score Star one. I chose my color. I also asked for the Next Gen dip powder for my nails. So I had my pedi done while my nails were being done. Score star two. The pedicure is what earned the last three stars. The technician gave me the massage of all massages. She massaged my calf, the foot arches, everything from the knee to my toes. I didnt feel nothing but sleepy afterwards. As for the nails, it wasnt bad. The manicurist managed to shape my nails the way she wanted instead of keeping with my natural nail bed and growth that I have. I didnt specify for her to not reshape them so thats my bad. She didnt do a bad job. They are acceptable for what I got. I would recommend the shop wholeheartedly. I enjoyed myself and they gave me a wonderful experience.

Love that the nail techs listen to what you say, and arent pushy like in some nail salons. Krystal is super friendly and does awesome nail designs.

I dont recommend unless your ok with being overcharged for services. I reviewed my bill and I was charged $25 for eyebrows and $15 for chin waxing. The owner double charged me for those services. Its just bad business practices when you have 2 to 3 nice salons around the corner. I wont be returning. I prefer to work with trustworthy people.

My Mani and pedi techs as well as my sisters mani and pedi techs were extremely gifted in thier talent, were genuinely nice people and unlike all the other salons where the techs only communicate with each other, the nail techs here don’t leave you out while they talk and laugh amongst each other in another language, the nail techs at crown jewel FOCUS ON YOU! they respectfully engage in conversation with YOU and simultaneously work hard and create perfect end results! & the owner is a CHARM😍. Very sweet lady, instead of just selling what she can, she looks to meet your needs and make sure your picking a service that gets you the most bang for your buck.

I was the only person in the shop when I came in. When I walked in, the woman at the front didnt see me come in and I stood there for a full minute before I said something and she finally noticed me. Then after 10 mins of trying to convince me to get more services that I didnt want, she brought me to the person who would be doing my nails. 3 weeks prior I had powder dip done and the woman doing my nails spent over an hour trying to get it off. At one point she tried to pry it off my nails before I stopped her. When she finally got around to doing my new nail color and shaping my nails, she needed another associate to come over because she didnt speak any English. Several times during the shaping process I needed to tell her to stop because she was cutting me under my nails with the file and cut my cuticles too much. I had cuts on skin by 6 nails that were bleeding after I left. This place was awful. Dont go here.

OMG this place AND the service was spectacular!!!! Brought my mother in today for a mani and massage for her bday and she fell in love. The owner Crystal has a great personality and makes you feel right at home. The TOP SHELF drinks were an extra added bonus. Ive found myself a new nail salon. Thank you!!

Went for a pedi today and had a great experience. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The salon is impeccably clean and very beautiful. They serve all kinds of top shelf liquor, too if thats your thing! Would be a great space for a mani-pedi party! My feet now look and feel like new!

I went in for a mandi & pedi so I could kick off the new week feeling good. HOLY COW! It was not your ordinary mani & pedi, it was so much more. They treated me like I was the only person that existed. They cleaned up all my nails, gave me massages and made me feel wonderful. I believe they have spoiled me. How can I ever go somewhere else? Best part...cost about the same amount as other nail salons. Best mani & pedi ever.

HORRIBLE! I recently went here again on Friday for the 4th time, made appointments for 3 pedi and nail fills and had a given the names of the techs we would like, I have been here 3 times before and didnt have good experiences and the guest that i brought didnt have good experiences either, but my aunt likes the techs that do her nails and it was her day so i went back, NEVER again. Not only did the expensive pedi that were paid for didnt live up to the standards of the the simple $30 one i get at other places, i was done before they even started on my aunts toes. Krystal is sooooo worried about getting that $$$ she doesnt think about the services. After waiting another hour for nails to be done they wanted to start on her toes, we had already been there two and i was done after one, so no we arent waiting longer. Going to pay is another story, we wanted to split it dont the middle total $135 split $67.50. What does krystal do $85 for me and $50 for him ok fine, I didnt tip because i had cash for my toe lady and he tipped for his toes and aunts nails. Done whatever never going back there, well checking my bank account today KRYSTAL added her own tip on there of $7, something i didnt authorize. Although this place is beautiful it is poorly managed and i tried 4 different times to give this place a shot and brought people in and everyone has said they are terrible will NEVER be back and make sure you check that she doesnt add stuff to your bill.

Went for my first time today and was completely blown away, its a gorgeous place, no harsh smells, they have different rooms for everything . My service was amazing I was offered a drink, didnt have to wait, the lady made conversation with me . I got the nexgen without tips (something Ive never tried before) and was very impressed with the results ! Hands down, this place is top notch and definitely somewhere you could go to get away and relax without being disappointed ! If I could give it more stars I would !!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE:Crystal the owner lacks decency, honesty, EMPATHY and professionalism. You cannot miss her. She is the lady that is usually in the front and goes around TALKING/SELLING all the time. I went in the first time, I was literally the only customer. I needed an acrylic fill. 3 people worked on my nails including her. 2 1/2 hours later I was done. Meanwhile, she was using that time to sell me all kinds of services that she has, most of it is literally a rip off and I did not ask for. She uses the décor and looks of her shop to sell and attract customers, which does not seem to be working for her at all (this place is always empty). I went to pay at the cashiers and she charged me TWICE as much as the price she told me on the phone. She gave all kinds of reasons that did not make sense at all (Been getting my nails done for 16 years now) remember I was there for 2 1/2 hours when it usually takes 45 min.I thought to give them another chance since she promised that next time will be a very different experience. I went in this week for the same service. I have severe back pain and been getting injections for it and physical therapy. I informed her that Id like to sit at the massage chair since the regular chair will not support my back (everywhere I go, they welcome me to those chairs). She REFUSED to have me use one of those chairs even though she HAD NO CUSOTMERS THERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE SALON. She said the owners have a new policy now not to use those chairs...the owners are Herself and Her husband. She gave me a headache letting me now that the first time..I was so stunned by her reaction and lack of empathy and so annoyed that I told her that this will be the last time I go there. I picked up a color and upon paying she wanted to charge me $3 extra for no reason whatsoever.She is a BIG MOUTH, A DECEIVER, DISHONEST AND HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOVER. ILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AND WARNED MY NEIGBORHOOD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE..WE LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM HER..PS. I dont think this business will last long and she does not seem to care whether to attract customers, service them or retain them. With all it charm and beautiful décor, it is always empty. They must have a lot of money as she claims she has 12 others. Her business idea is to build those stores then sells them...exactly why customer service stinks there.Great option for those who live in the neighborhood is sky nails across the street.
