The staff all went to great lengths to accommodate my grandpa and myself. They were friendly and professional. Plus, you get incredible full scale service at very affordable rates! I received a pedicure and an incredible massage with exfoliating scrubs and moisturizing serums. Much needed. Meanwhile, my electric, ergonomic, massage chair was giving me a great massage as well. Ill be back for sure!

I love it here Sunny is my favorite and only pedi tech, he is wonderful.. They do a good job, a little pricey.

I just left Eagle Nail Salon. This is the cleanest place around, in my opinion. They follow protocols for masks as well as social distancing. Operators wears masks. The work area has a plexiglass shield between customer and operator. My favorite operator is Quinn. But today I got Kim! Kim is very professional, goes above and beyond. Shes fiesty and bossy. My kinda gal. This is a compliment! I gave her a nice tip! I love this place. Ive been coming for about four months and will definitely come again! Great work! Also theres an ATM in the facility, which provides customer convenience. Parking out front.

The nail tech did really good on everything except the nails. Her painting was not very good and the nail polish never dried. I removed it after 5 hours.

I have never received such poor such at a nail salon. This is my first pedicure in 6 months and I selected one I could afford.They harassed me non-stop about getting a gel pedicure. I had to speak sternly to get them to stop asking. Then when it came time to pay, the gentleman kept asking about my form of payment.I told him 3 times that I would pay with my card before finally jumping up to leave before my toe nails even dried. Even after I explained clearly that I was getting up to pay and leave, he still ran after me like I was a criminal. And they have a $3 charge to use a debit card.This salon is in the Black community ripping us off and treating us like criminals.Pedicures are a great luxury for me. I deeply regret choosing this salon. Never again.

The nail tech cut my cuticles really bad I started bleeding and she tried to stop it by adding nail glue just moved here and will definitely not be visiting this nail “spa” again paid for mani pedi for my daughter as well and she was expecting them to massage her feet as well and soak her toes in the water but apparently they don’t offer that. She didn’t even shape my nails correctly either acrylic poorly applied walked out upset with my nail set I just won’t be coming here again

Love this shop! Theyll take their time to get it the way you like your nails and toes. The prices are also reasonable.

Amy did an amazing job on my nails. I have never had a better acrylic in my life. She helped me pick the right color and length. She really took the time to make them look good make them strong because I have a child and she showed that she cared. Definitely coming back!

Omg due to covid i tried to get my lashes done here.She started doin them different than normally than my nail tech she was shaking going very slow. I should of got up then. It was glue all in my eyes I told her stop it started burning I was screaming. She kept trying 2 finish. I ripped them off n start flushing my eyes. She had no idea what she was doing. Omg never cheat on your lash or nail tech.

I had a great time there!! They were friendly and very professional. I didnt have to wait to be seated. I walked in and immediately sat and got my pedicure done in a timely manner. Will definitely return.

They don’t do nails right I showed them a picture and my nails was not the same they rush to get nails done and it don’t look right when they finish and so unprofessional and they did not resolve the problem I basically wasted my money will not be coming back again my cousin got her nails done with mine and her nails was not the same size

They did great on my nails but I didnt like the fact that I had to pay 3 dollars extra for using a credit card. They should have a sign stating that. No other place charge you to use a credit card.

This place is the BEST! Great technicians, great service. There has been construction on valmont which really had an impact on their business. They always make time and would love to see them recover from the traffic issues!

Wish I could give it no stars, went on a date with my mom to get hands and feet done. Not only did the trick NOT give me the design I requested and paid for, but she also tried to get fly with my mom and buck her because she felt that her work was good enough for my mom to settle for and wear since she saw nothing wrong with it her exact words. Never will spend my money there again.

They over-serve cheap box wine to their clients so they can spend more money. And there customers come out stinking drunk smelling like cheap wine. I feel sorry for the ones that have to drive home with their children in the car. Wonder how many car accidents they are responsible for in this area?

I’m on vacation in Dallas and decided to go here to get my nails done last night. The experience started off okay but you could tell the tech was in a hurry to finish my service and leave. My cousin went first with minimal issues. I was next but they took a different walk in client before me even though I had requested a certain tech. I sat and waited for my cousin to finish and she started on me while my cousin dried. I showed her a picture of the design I liked and she assured me three times that it was possible to do. She began the process and then everything went downhill from there. My nails are uneven and bulky and I didn’t get the ombré I requested. She didn’t understand at all that what she was doing wasn’t what I asked for so I settled and just asked her to put designs on two nails each instead. She attempted one nail design. It was sloppy and barely stuck to my nail due to the uneven gel she applied. I asked her to fix it or change it so that it’d at least lay flush on my nail and she got upset. Snatched my hand asked me what I thought was wrong again and proceeded to file the shape of my nail differently. After multiple attempts to explain that the nail itself was bulky and uneven, she got even more upset and continued to aggressively snatch my hand, smack the powder off from what she just filed down, tossing one hand to get to the other. Needless to say by this time I was upset and wanted to have another tech try to recover the situation. I got someone else, who still didn’t seem to understand the concept of the design being unable to stick to my nail if the nail isn’t flat itself. They applied rhinestones to appease me but they were sloppy and uneven and the entire thing was just a mess. Finally I said forget it, I’ll just take the polished color only because anything passed that was too much to ask for. After that, they then decided to scream at me that, “they knew who I was and how people like me are”. So not only did you not do what I asked and was willing to pay for, you ruined my nails and my first nights experience in a new city, ALL that with the racist comment at the end was enough for me. I informed them of their review to come, paid and left.I’m upset. I now have to scour a city I’m unfamiliar with to get them fixed and done the way that I’d actually like. THIS is why “people like me” choose black owned businesses. I contacted a few fb friends to find where I could get them fixed and I plan to do so today! But if it’s up to me, for African American consumers especially, take your business elsewhere. They don’t care. And neither should we.

These Vietnamese are ghetto fabulous. The type of people that frequent this spa has created a hood atmosphere. Quyen is always professional. Services has went from wow to good. Really considering going elsewhere.

I hated the place. They had a lady doing my nails then all the sudden a dude was doing them my nails look horrible. THEY dont even have good services

I called in to see how much it would cost for a basic pedicure. They stated that it is $25. When I arrived, they tech had me to sit down in a chair but the foot area still had dirt in it. It was still dirty I from the previous use. She ask me which package I wanted, and I replied with the basic. She said for $5 more I can get the $35 package because male feet start at $5. I said but when I called in, they stated that it starts at $25. Even in their pricing list, there is no mention of male prices vs female prices. At this point, Im not satisfied. I ordered the milk and honey $40 because if Im going to pay $30, I may as well pay $40 for more.The tech proceeded to be lack luster in the massage, and the application of the additional services I paid for. I felt like a rush job. At the end, she asked if I wanted a clear coat or to buff them. I requested just to have buffing. When I got ready to pay with my card, she said they charge an additional $3 for cards but I can go to the ATM for $1 charge. So I use the ATM, then I hand her $40. She proceeded to tell me that buffing cost an extra $3. Normally Im quiet and reserved but at this point Im feeling nickled and dimed. I say WHY are you mentioning all of these extra costs and fees. She was like, its ok sir.Needless to say, I will not be back. In my opinion it was a horrible experience and I did not get my moneys worth in service.

Went in to go get a full set. I was waiting for about half an hour. Then this lady told me to sit on the 2nd chair I did and waited for about 10 mins. The lady started to do my nails and they ended up all wrong some where bigger then others. I had to go to work so they couldnt fix them. I called after and I spoke to a lady which was the same who did my nails I asked to speaks to the manager she told me she was busy. I told her I would call back she said ok. I called back it was the same lady who answered the phone I asked to speak to the manager again and she hung the phone. I tried calling and she would send me Stright to voicemall. I dont recommend you get your nails done here they are rude and they dont do them well.

Daughter went in on A Sunday to get her nails and toes done ..Went in enough time to get both ..They did a crappy job on her toes didnt do her nails cause they didnt have no gel tech and supposly didnt have time ..Were arguing amongst each other for someone to do her nails but everyone refuse ..When called to complain manger told me I need to teach my daughter not to lie ..She said he told her they closed at 6 and he said she got there at 5 ..Then turned around and said they closed at 5 ..So umm if she went there at 5 wouldnt yall be closed already ..Really didnt feel concerned about losing a customer ..
