I left the nail art in the booking notes since I didnt know how to add it on - artist didnt have time to complete the art. I also wanted my nails longer. I requested sculpted after getting their recommendation and didnt know sculpted didnt include extensions. Last time I visited, I got Gel-X with extensions. Why offer me something that doesnt include extensions if I came with extensions and left with extensions during my last appointment?And the new appointment took an extra 30 minutes. I feel like I paid almost the same as last time but received less. Its a regular gel manicure that I couldve gotten at a regular nail shop. For the price, it should look special.I will go back to Gel-X but looking at my nails now, I feel like it was a waste of money. The only thing I like is the design...wish I couldve gotten them on all 10 nails. I booked again because not many places do Gel-X, but trying a different nail artist.

Beautiful and professional! I had an amazing pedicure done by Alex and he did a phenomenal job! Very happy with how they turned out. They’re also all natural and use great products that aren’t harsh or toxic. I’ll definitely be back!

I love Paint Nail Bar in Dallas off Henderson Avenue. I have been going here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. From everyone at the front desk including Alex and Christopher and then my favorite nail technician, Lala who is a perfectionist and does an amazing job every time. Everyone here is so nice and they always offer you a drink when you come in and they sell the cutest jewelry and other retail. I have the passport membership which saves a little of money as well as a discount on retail. The rates for service are very reasonable and high quality products used. Everything is very clean and new and they have nontoxic polishes and gel‘s that they use so there’s no chemical fumes in the salon and it is like a boutique style salon. I love it...It’s my happy place!

I was informed upon arrival that since I had dip powder on there was going to be an additional $30 charge to remove it. There was no heads up before I arrived on this and the guy working the front desk made it seem like it was my fault b/c I booked my appt online. It felt so wrong especially when this was my first visit and It made for an over $105 manicure - more than Ive ever paid in NYC (just moved here). I would have removed myself if I had the heads up. Really should call first time customers ahead of their appointment or include in the confirmation text so this doesnt happen to anyone else. $30 is a lot of money to charge for dip removal - The most Ive ever paid is $10.Do want to note, Cathy did my nails and she was SO great! Really loved her and how detail oriented she was. I would come back if my experience hadnt been overshadowed by the above.

My fav nail salon in Dallas. Everyone is friendly and does a great job. Pricing is fair. I love they are a toxic free salon, offer other options besides acrylic (I hate acrylic nails). The nail techs truly care about the health of your nails.Cons: color options are limited for regular polish, but the gel options seem pretty endless, I’m not a fan of gel.

LOVED the mani / pedi experience. It’s SO clean, pretty, and relaxing. The best selection of polish colors, and all non-toxic! Every employee was kind. I was offered wine, coffee, tea, water... Kathy did a beautiful job on my gel mani & uptown pedi.

Great customer service, especially since I brought my son and husband with me, whom both antsy to go on our next adventure. They were patient and did exactly what I wanted. Only got simple nails painted and scrubbed, ect no extensions.

I will definitely give them props for customer service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and service in general!Everything was really amazing except when it came to the PRICE.I got a basic manicure (no paint) and pedicure, and ended up paying $80!Now I have been to nail salons before who promote the same “toxic/fume free” environment and have received the same level of service for MUCH less. I’m talking $50 total.If you don’t mind spending that much then this is definitely your place, but if you’re wanting to find the best price for this kind of service please look somewhere else.

My experiences with Paint Nail Bar has been awesome! All of the staff are extremely nice and very professional, The nail technique is awesome the salon is beautiful and very clean! they take high measures for cleanliness and social distancing, The lady that does my nails and my pedicures is awesome!!! Sandra you’re the best!! I would highly recommend this salon!

Good experience but impossible to get into if you don’t plan your mani/pedis a week in advance. Don’t enroll in their rewards system because you won’t be able to get in to use all of your credits before you are charged for the next period.

First time going there and was very impressed! Everything was super clean, the color selection was great and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be back.

Clean open space with lots of colors to pick from. Both times I’ve been I had a long wait even with an appointment. The last time I went I got a simple polish manicure and the girl cut my finger pretty bad. It’s taking awhile to heal. Overall besides that great experience.

This is the second time I have booked my appointment with this place. The first time they failed to communicate about the removal of nails cost and Lala was late. And now I arrive at 11:00 only to find that the did not book my appointment or changed my appointment from 11:00 to 10:00 with another the second appointment at 11:30. What a disappointment.

First time coming to Paint Nail Bar! The service was amazing, always kept are drinks full, kept us laughing and had us leaving with great nails! I would highly recommend coming with a group or by your self! I’ll be keeping them on rotation every 2 weeks 🙌🏼

I went to the PAINT for the first time last night. Ive been avoiding nail salons since the pandemic, but had some bad hangnails I couldnt take care of myself anymore. After some research I landed on giving PAINT a shot due to their covid protocols, so I made an appointment for 7. My appointment started a little late, but Lala did wonders for my hands. She was super sweet, worked quick and my nails feel/look worlds better. Honestly its one of the best gel manis Ive had from the shape to the color. Ill definitely be coming back!
