The gentleman was very professional and courteous and fast he even opened the doors for me. Extremely prompt I had door 12 so plenty of room and very very fast unloading. If they had parking this would be a perfect setup. Thanks. Best MB I’ve been too this far.

Awesome customer service! Unloaded me 26 hours early. Fyi call when you are two minutes away so they can open gate for you when you arrive. Places like this make trucking a lot less stressful!

Arrived close to your appointment time. If theres room, pull into the gate off of Puyallup St closest to Tacoma Ave and try to park out of the way against fence along Tacoma Ave. Otherwise park along street near gate. Yard jockey will look at your paperwork and tell you what door to back into or how many trucks are in front of you. Dont break your seal, somebody will come out to do this and take your paperwork. A little cramped, but otherwise quick in and out delivery.

You should be able to park along the curb on the other side of the street, not in the middle of travel lanes.. As suggested, get there close to your appt time and space will more likely be available.There is now a phone number posted at the gate to call for check-in. I found the person on the phone and the yard worker very friendly. While the space is a little tight and may not allow a traditional setup depending on the door, as a newly minted CDL, with just a little effort i was able to get backed to dock door 3 in front.They started unloading as soon as I got backed in, so was out quickly. Overall a positive experience, even if a bit challenging to the less experienced. It wasnt that busy, so low stress.
