3 weeks in and definitely worth it . Clean workout environment. Gym equipment is in great working condition, Never that crowded where you feel you have to wait for a machine. Only thing is ...who ever is in charge of equipment purchases...I hope they can add a weighted vest and sand dufflebag to the gym soon. Those are always a gym must have for strength training. Great gym overall

Awesome gym, awesome team. Eric, Melissa and the others always make us feel welcome and provide a great space for us to be able to do our thing. During the pandemic theyve made a great effort to keep up the cleanliness and keep the facility up to par.

They are horrible people, my contract ended 12/31/20, and not only are they saying due to covid19 they are allowed to bill me for an additional 6 months. They will not work with any of there members to make it easier for them during these times. And of course this is after last month when they called me saying that would honor the contract and I would not be billed after December 2020. DO NOT TRUST THEM. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GYM.

The gym is nice enough but very small. With only 2 squat racks it’s always crowded with gym bros and not the friendliest environment for women. I wish they could expand into the downstairs so there was a larger weights section. I may just switch us over to the YMCA so that we at least get pool access for such a high membership cost.

Great place to work out! The equipment is very high quality and well-maintained. Sanitary facilities are top notch. Staff is very friendly and eager to help.

Love the 24/7 access. It gives you the liberty to work out when you please, at your own pace. Staff is great and the equipment is brand new

Its great to have a new place to work out in Tarrytown. The equipment is new, the staff is friendly and I love that I can work out any time of day. They also give you a free personal training session when you sign up. I cant wait to try a boxing session!

This place is horrible! The owner is a big liar! I was there with my 2 friends to sign up the memberships. I know that some place charged cancellation fee, so I asked them if they do the same thing before We signed up. They said there’s no cancellation fee! Today I was there try to cancel memberships for three of us, they told me there was 150 cancellation fee for each of us! Also we need to inform them 30 days ahead! In another word, I have to pay 450plus 3 months memberships if I want to cancel! This is unbelievable! !!! If you don’t want to take any risk,please go to another place!This is very ridiculous!!

I love this gym. It’s clean and has a lot of equipment. The place never gets super crowded and I love that it’s 24 hrs. It allows me to go at 3:30am. My only conpliant is that they don’t have a stair master (Step Mill).

Excellent place to come workout! The vibe is always cool and inviting! Boxing, free parking, vending machines, WiFi and it’s very clean!! Staff is very nice and are always helpful in answering questions.

Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable sales staff. Have been to SNAP in NJ and LOVED IT! Cant wait to start in the new location :)

Quite a few issues here.. Not worth the price! $$$I was warned that the owner is known for lying about membership plans, but I didnt listen because he seemed nice enough. I know now that he will tell you what he has to in order for you to sign up with his gym. Now im short a lot of money that I dont have.Also, I could not get in contact with the personal trainer- even after leaving a her a couple of messages, so I couldnt even have that.

The owner will lie and never take any responsibility for anything! He lies about the fact that you can freeze a month if your out of the country or injured and cant make it to the gym. He will lie about getting new equipment. He pays people to write comments because there are so many issues constantly being brought up by members. He was even violent and physically threatened a member, even though the member was just stating his concerns with the lack of equipment. Honest super over priced, its $60 a month for less equity then NYSC or Planet fitness. Theres another new gym in tarrytown on Central Ave that is much much better. The owner will promise free work outs with an old lady who knows nothing about lifting and wont answer he phone to make the appointments. When you leave a message she never gets back to you. Seriously do not known how he is still in business. Hopefully this will help anyone looking to sign up! Do not do it to yourselves. TRUST ME.

Great place to work out. But very disappointed with the training of the staff. When I first sign up for the month to month membership, with paying of 3 months fees up front, the staff told me that i only have to give them a week notice when discontinuing the membership. When I went there a week ahead to cancel the membership, she told me once again that i will be refunded the money for next month. Appearently, I didnt . So I called and she said that she will ask her boss about it but never did. And I call back again and the other staff told me that it was a 30 day policy and refused to refund me the money. Very disappointed with the staffs lack of knowledge for its own store policy. Paid over $300 overall for only 3 months and a couples days of workout. Ridiculous .
